Domino's Pizza in Brighton and Hove

Ordered online via the app, incorrect order was delivered, had somebody else’s address on the box. Called the store twice and they said they will send out the correct order, two hours later and still no delivery. Would rather they would just say they are incapable of delivering it rather than lie to me. Update - Nearly a week later and still do not have a refund, they take your money and do not deliver the food. Do not order food from this franchise.

Ordered food online for a delivery between 1745 and 1800 on the app. Food arrived much earlier than selected time. No point ordering for a time if it's ignored. The driver said there was no time listed, not good to call your customer a liar. Sadly had to give 1 star as zero is impossible. If you need help email the CEO ( matt.shattock (at) dominos.co.uk ) 😊

Super fast delivery and gave me an upgrade last time I ordered. Friendly service and accurate tracking unlike some competitors. Amazing!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE VEGAN! I'm allergic to dairy so I ordered the vegan pepperoni, it's common sense to put vegan cheese on, and when I complained the rude staff blamed it on me when I had elaborated about 5 times to make the pizza vegan! and didn't even consider giving money back or making a new one or consider the fact I could have had an allergic reaction if I didn't spit the food out! dominoes, you do not care about your customers and it is not safe to come here if you have a food allergy, they won't take you seriously and they will belittle you for it! what a joke

The pizza was not bad, but no enough dine in option

pizza was undercooked, beef was soggy so I made a complaint and the store called back and was rude, making nothing but excuses saying it couldnt be. Made me feel like I was making it up, and we went round and round in circles. last time im ordering here again.

Ordered here a few times in the past but something was always wrong, or it was late, or the delivery driver was rude, but it had been a few months and thought I'd try again. Already the gluten free pizzas are extortionately expensive (16.99 for a small) but that's not this franchise's fault, so I ordered on two for Tuesday so I could save the second one for the next day. I placed my order and they delivered only one pizza...so I paid 21.58 (including a big dip) for one small pizza. I called them and they did offer an extra free pizza the next time I order as they can't send the driver out again, which is I guess, okay. But safe to say I probably won't be ordering again any time soon anyway, too much hassle when they always seem to be having problems. I've just chalked it up to mine own foolishness for ordering in the first place.

Awful awful service. We made a simple mistake with our order and asked them to simply add since bbq sauce to our pizza before or went out. "Not possible!" Was the reply. Guys, don't work in the service industry if you don't want to at least try to provide a decent level of customer service. Useless.

Standard Domino’s. Took 1.5 hours for delivery when ordering at 9pm. Expected them to be busy on a Sunday night but that was a long wait.

Lets face it, Dominos can never really be a 5 star due to the quality of the pizzas BUT I will say, the staff are usually very nice here and helpful. 3 stars for them alone.

Generally my experience with this branch is good, except once the Indian guy lying that the side meal offer is available, make me paid extra.

Never again from this store. Pizza arrived one hour late, freezing cold. Tracked delivery on the app said 5 minutes away watched the delivery driver at the bottom of my road he then headed back to the store and the delivery app says all sorted enjoy your pizza. Rang store. Pizza arrived 40 minutes later. Pizza was dry and freezing cold. Waste of money. Had a problem with this store about a year ago when the pizza didn’t arrive at all

Title says it all really. Got the notification that it left the store and then it too 27 minutes to arrive after that - I live at the top of Southover Street. I could walk up there and back several times in that time. Called to ask why and was told, they have a couple of orders to deliver before you - I wouldn't have ordered if I knew they were doing more than one. Inevitably it turned up cold. Missing big bbq dip which was for the chicken wings. And the x2 pizza's were a size smaller than ordered!!! We just moved from Hove, and the one there is a so much better!

This Dominos branch is absolutely awful. We have ordered from there three times now and each time the same thing happened. The pizza always takes at least one hour to arrive (on one occasion it took about 2 hours). Usually the tracker tells you your pizza has been delivered when it has not (sometimes a long time before it arrives) so you have no idea when it will be arriving. When it arrives it is barely warm. If you phone the store they do not pick up. We complained on one occasion and Dominos said they would give us a free pizza as an apology but never provided us with a voucher or code so we never got the free pizza. Thought maybe it would be 3rd time lucky but will not be ordering from here again.

I turned up to get me hospital bound son a pizza which was noice and cheap! Wonderful staff, crisp and clear no complaints! Was very happy all round.

I was flabbergasted to read so many recent negative reviews for this branch, as our experience this evening was first class in every aspect. The online ordering was easy and our pizzas arrived within thirty minutes of placing the order. The delivery man was very friendly and polite, and the pizzas were absolutely delicious! I would go as far as saying that they were the best I have eaten. A lovely base, not at all soggy, and plenty of cheese and vegetables on top. We thoroughly enjoyed them. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible. Orders the pizza, no delivery time goven. Waited 2 hours and still no pizza. Phones three times, staff unhelpful and rude. Don't bother.

Pizza was ordered at 18:40, called at 19:10 as the app said it was still in ‘prep’ told that they didn’t know when it would be delivered as they were short on drivers… told to call back if not delivered in 30 mins, called back, put on hold, not asked for any details and told I am no.3 in the delivery queue - very disappointing experience. Pizza left the branch at 19:35… Pizza arrived over 1.5 hours after the order was put in. We used to regularly order from this branch, but almost every time we’ve been beset by delayed service, meat contaminating vegetarian pizzas and lukewarm soggy pizzas with large gaps where there should have been cheese and toppings (so just pizza dough). Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Poor service and the pizza was laughably bad. The cheese on the garlic bread was about the size of a 2p coin. You’re better off going independent.

My boyfriend and I were staying in Brighton to celebrate my birthday and so we ordered a dominos to our hotel prior to going out. The order took well over an hour to arrive and when it did arrive, it was barely warm. Only ate half of it as it was so floppy and cold and didn’t touch the wedges as they were stone cold! Having seen the reviews after we ordered we were skeptical as to if it would turn up. It did but we were highly disappointed, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pizza places around the town at a much more reasonable price. I would certainly avoid buying from here, please read the reviews first!

I order a Hawaiian pizza… it said would be delivered between 24 - 45 minutes I waited an 1hour and 10mins! When it arrived the pizza was not hot and I had no pineapple on my pizza after checking my order it was definitely correct and they had missed it! Tried to give feedback and the site kept crashing utterly disappointed

Store clean and tidy. Staff polite. Prices a little on the high side for what you are getting as a walk in customer even with the deals on offer but I would still recommend Domino's. This site appears to mainly operate as a delivery store but on the other side of the road there is plenty of benches. No effort appears to be made to exploit this as a business opportunity. With many businesses struggling this seems a shame.

The pizza was highly disappointing. I ordered a thin crust traditional cheese pizza, however the cheese was over cooked and burnt. The cheese was the colour of charcoal black due to the pizza being over cooked. An absolute disgrace and totally unacceptable!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a lovely delivery driver today, I didn’t get his name but he was super sweet and very polite! He definitely deserves so recognition for his hard work!!

El domingo 5 de julio alrededor de las 11:15 am pedí 1 pizza grande de 1 lado y 1 botella de coca cola en la colección. Pedí una bolsa de transporte, lamentablemente, solo tengo 2 manos y el personal de guardia no me dio ninguna y ni siquiera se disculpó. El camino de regreso no fue agradable. Capacite adecuadamente a su personal con el servicio de atención al cliente o deshágase de ellos.Nota positiva que la pizza estaba bien.

Haven’t eaten pizza for a long while but last night we ordered from our local Dominos. They had a special deal on for 2 large pizzas 2 sides & a bottle of Fanta all for £25.99!!!! My veggie supreme was amazing. So so good & just what I needed after a tough week. My partner had the veg orama (thin crust) which he really enjoyed. Sides were garlic bread & the garlic bread twists. Couldn’t finish everything as there was so much! Very impressed with service - arrived much quicker than we anticipated. Food was great & enough to last us for 2 meals!! Thanks Dominos!

Having been in a hospital all day, we had been informed that dominos were offering NHS staff a free pizza to support them. Went to this particular branch as I'd been looking forward to this all day, only to be told that this particular franchise wasn't supporting the NHS staff offer. Seems very petty not to get on board a company offer especially considering the number of people in Brighton who work for theNHS. Very disappointed, especially as other pizza places are supporting us at the moment. I will advise all my NHS colleagues to avoid this branch and they should be ashamed.

Así que me entregaron pizza y picaduras de pollo. La pizza era pesada y vil. He tenido una disputa con ellos porque el pollo estaba crudo. Rang tienda de inmediato para obtener un reembolso completo. El gerente fue escandalosamente grosero conmigo y básicamente me dijo que estaba mintiendo. Todavía estoy en disputa con los servicios al cliente, que se han negado al menos a devolverme el dinero. Tomé fotos y también dicen que estoy mintiendo, ya que aparentemente todo el pollo está precocido, congelado y luego cocinado nuevamente. Estaba enfermo después de comer algo de pollo antes de darme cuenta. Horrible por días. Y aun así me llaman mentiroso. Repugnante. Aconseja no comer aquí! ! ! ! !

Ordered a takeaway pizza, half veggie half meat. Delivery very fast and it was delicious ( both halves). Perfect end to Alice Cooper gig!

It's my local shop, I tend to order from here maybe once a month or so. I would just say to keep an eye on staff. Wouldn't be the first time seeing them push down a bin with they're hands and getting back to rolling pizza.

Acabamos de tener una gran mitad y media pizza, autoselección con base de ajo. Llegó en un tiempo récord entregado por un joven español que acababa de ser robado de 2 pizzas, pero valientemente continuó después de haber estado con dominós solo una semana. La pizza era la mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo, la base era italiana y suave y las coberturas apenas en la cantidad correcta. Gracias Domino's.

Called and ordered pizza. Staff were good and pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes for collection. Parking can be an issue for collection.

Luego llamé y pedí uno, me dijeron un gerente sin correo electrónico. Que no venga. Caminó a conseguir uno impreso porque María me preguntó. Quick delivery and good choice on the website. The deals could be better and the price could be lower, given how much pizzas cost to make...especially when you bulk buy the ingredients! tasty pizza though and this time my garlic dip was missing!

My children had a take away from here and throughly enjoyed it. Between the pizzas the chicken wings that went down a treat. They loved their desserts too. Would recommend for a good pizza for the kids.

Me aproveché de la especial martes (2 por el precio de 1). Las pizzas no tenía mucho sabor y encontré la cantidad de coberturas muy miserable. Decidí no comprar desde aquí. Hay mejores restaurantes italianos pizza y independiente para llevar en la zona sin necesidad de recurrir a esta cadena.

Mi compañero y yo pedimos una pizza individual grande y fue una pesadilla. El personal no entienden los detalles de nuestra Orden, dirección o banco por teléfono. Pedimos una corteza de peluche y después eventualmente girando Hawaiano, fue horrible. Sin corteza rellenos, casi no abastecerse y delgadas. Era tarde en la entrega por casi 20 minutos y el hombre entrega fuimos a una dirección completamente diferente. Él tenía que pedir a la persona que él molestó a descifrar nuestra dirección para él. Que no tenía ni idea. Finalmente llegó y no era nada pero una decepción. La franquicia dominos debería ser consciente de cómo uno de sus empresas pobres. ¡Nunca más! Ir a ningún otro sitio...
