Under New management, great food amazing prices and now with no surprise extra costs and a speedy service. Now I go back there on a big regular. Look after these guys :)

I would like to recommend this place. They have the best grilled chicken and pizza. This place changed the owners recently and they are so kind and generous. Will definitely order again.

Ordered on JustEat. Order was late, they said wait 25 minutes, after 25 minutes they cancelled the order. Just cancel the order in the first place???

Might be the worst kebab shop of all time. I waited for an hour to be served only to be ignored and never receive any food.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent an hour here without being told when we could be served. Bro was by himself on 0.25x speed, poor guy needed some help. Poorly run business belongs in the ground.

From Their pizza to their kebab everything is really good, used to have an issue woth delivery times when ordered through just eat but when phoned them directly not anymore. Good food and value for money is great as well.

Most rudest workers ever. Claimed they delivered our food and left it outside, went to look and it wasn’t there. Called guy on the phone he said the driver is coming back with our order as we didn’t pick up on time. Afterwards started shouting and swearing vulgar language saying they did deliver it. Extremely rude out of nowhere. Terrible horrible place don’t ever order from here, taking advantage of university students!

Been here a number of times and like the atmosphere in this restaurant. Starters came quickly, my fussy teenagers ate everything so that has to be good. Salvatore, our waiter, looked after us very well - thank you

Girlfriend ordered from here yesterday via Just Eat, food took well over and hour to arrive, was stone cold and just not enjoyable at all. Whether this was due to the resturant or driver i dont know. very overpriced. the lady who delivered was very nice, but that was the only positive i can provide from this experience. Wont be ordering again.

FRANDZO IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. I've seen a lot of negative reviews on Google about this establishment, but I'm here to tell you how wrong they are. Me and my friends order from here almost every single weekend for the past year; which would equate to hundreds of meals. Every single time, we are more than excited to get our Frandzo order in. Everything we order is phenomenal. Thier wings are some of the most legendary so be sure to order the Peri Peri Wings. Burgers and Wraps are truly naughty, although they are slightly greasy, they are exactly what you need for a takeaway meal (if that is what you are looking for). The delivery is always incredibly fast and the lovely woman who brings to your door is a joy for us to see. The prices are unmatched, with a full meal under £10pp with amazing portions. I would highly recommend this place for a classic takeaway choice along the Lewes Road area. Support your local.

Save your money! Customer service awful. Took 30 minutes for a chicken burger and chips when there was only 4 customers… food arrived cold and was mediocre at best. No lettuce on a burger??? A sheg of massive proportions! Do not recommend to anyone. If your hungry, just go to Aldi. And if Aldi’s closed then cook food at home!!!!! Also, they don’t serve proper cheese!

Me and my friends arrived after a night out. 40 minutes before closing. We understood that they’re may be limited food available. But the man refused to serve us even thou he was planning on freezing kebab meat for the next day. He was being very rude and unprofessional and somewhat confrontational. We just wanted some food and we’re willing to pay whatever just for last bits. He said he wasn’t taking anymore orders whilst still prepping a delivery.

Poor driver customer service. Took forever, rude driver and food tasted gross. What a rip off.

After 2 hours of being told I was lying and I had recieved my order was finally called by the driver and apologised to that they delivered to the wrong address. And then after a total of about 3 hours of waiting for food, the chicken in my order was raw. The owner hasn’t even been able to respond to my voicemail and apologise for the two hours of being told I was a liar and had to get their driver to do apologise to me. Other than that and the chicken being not properly cooked in the middle the other food was okay.

Staff were incredibly rude and talking over us on the phone. Made us feel like a burden not a paying customer. Shouted at us down the phone. Incredibly condescending. Would not recommend although delivery driver was lovely. However when we tried to give our feedback to her she excused his behavior and would not take on board our complaint.

Very poor customer service and the rudest driver I ever had. We live on 12th floor and my wife needs help to go on wheel chair to get down and she was hungry I had to take a break from my night shift to drive back and take the food to my wife as the driving was refusing to come upstairs cuz he had more deliveries would never order again from here all Di******

Discussing customer service very rude treats customers like trash also has a very short temper, I even witnessed him taking a bite from some French fries and throwing it back into the bag closing it and packing it up for delivery which was vile be careful guys, also food is not great there.

I came at Frandos at 3.45 am. On Google says they close at 4:30 and i checked on delivero they were still accepting jobs at this hour. So we were at 3:45 and the staff told us they are closed i asked them we just wanted fast pizZa and the told us they are closed. So maybe they can change their working hours. I lost 30 minutes travel one way and 30 back because i just believe Google Frenzo working hours and deliveroo as well. Hope to see no other people get fooled. 1 star from me. Hope you do well

When I arrived to collect my food, It wasn't ready They were coughing everywhere and dropping knifes and putting them back on the rack Dropping chicken wings and putting them back on the grill Blowing on the food like...... Woke up after eating this and have never felt worse. Have been sick a few times and it's taken 4 hours to start feeling normal again. I ordered a chicken breast in pitta. Biting into the chicken breast was so odd, it tasted ok but its texture was like it was raw... Was just like biting into rubber. I threw it away is it didnt feel like a normal chicken breast. Also sent the wrong wings, only reason I ordered was for peri peri wings and they sent me deep fried. Will never eat here again, how its possible to mess up a chicken breast in pitta with salad I have no idea.

Pizza was 🅱️oneless, nothing more, nothing less.

Very poor delivery, did not call and did not tell me they had left the food in reception. Had bad customer service and was completely rude. Definitely would not recommend.

Every time I have had food from here they either get the order wrong or the food is cold!!! Bad manners when I have rang to complain. Would not recommend this place at all.

Frandzo operates illegally as they charge card fees, but calls it service charge that is only applicable for card payments.

On 2 separated occasions I was ill after eating there. The service and the food is inconsistent.

We used to be loyal customers until we got delivered the wrong order. When we phoned up about the order, we were hung up on, so we called back and after a long, heated conversation, my friend was sworn at by one of the employees. Tried to call back to reason with them the next day and was told that I was lying. Disgusting service. Will not be returning.
