Depite being marked as delivered it never even arrived and the restaurant didn't answer when I tried to call them. Horrendous service. Never happened before though and I order from them fairly regularly.

I purchased a burger meal which comes with a drink I then order a can of coke separately which didn’t come either. I always have this issue.. and plus the driver then asked me to come out to the car to collect my order. I don’t pay for a take-away to then be told to walk to the car because your drivers are to lazy to walk 5 steps from the front door

never delivered order waited until after 2am then called restaurant basically told me delivered when hadn't been I even swore on my children lives which I wouldn't do if was lying very rude over phone terrible service 😭😭😭😭😭 I demand a investigation.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't answer the phones. Pizza was awful! Supposed to be bogof on pizzas, I guess the delivery driver fancied keeping my 2nd one. Useless, would never order from here again.

I wrote on the order to call me because it was late at night and everyone at my house was asleep . Called the restaurant 3 times to make sure and tell the driver not to knock or ring the doorbell no one answered the phone . The Driver turns up half an hour late at 1.15 am rings the doorbell and wakes everyone up. Never ganna order again!!! Worst service ever.

Don’t bother ordering from this restaurant if you want your food within 2 hours. I’m not exaggerating, you are better off getting food from Burger King or McDonald’s, they take way too long to even prepare your order let alone deliver it. First phone call they told me within 15 minutes I would have my food, after 30 minutes passed, I tried calling them but they let us go to answer. Very very poor customer service and average kebabs. Would only recommend if there is ABSOLUTELY no other options!!

Came perfectly on time, unfortunately the chips were undercooked and the chicken over. Not a massive issue, as I can definitely put it down to me ordering late, however the Fanta can was incredibly warm to touch. I had to pop it in the freezer for 20 mins due to the temp of it. Not awful as it still tasted nice.

I ordered from here for the first time. I ordered through a third party ordering APP. Ordered 2 Pizzas, The Joeys special and a margarita. What I will say is its now my favourite pizza place! The taste of the pizza was great. It had high quality ingredients and a big portion of ingredients. They have other items they sell so I will be trying some of these soon

they left my food outside and it was cold by the time i realised it was outside my door. they did not even call me or text me to say there outside. i’m absolutely fuming and would like a refund

Kids said the dough bread was just a dry lump with herbs, but liked the chips & mozzarella sticks, & the service was good 👍🏻

Joeies, what can I say. Arguably the worst chicken experience of my life. Waited over an hour and a half, called driver several times and was incredibly vague in his arrival time. When food arrived, the cheesy chips (which I didn’t order) were solidified with a rubbery substance. Nuggets tasted like fermented trout. The 1 piece of chicken tasted like battered sand (goujgons aight)

The donor meat, chips and salad superb quality, donor meat seasoned and tender, best ever, fresh varied salad and non greasy chips, tick, tick, tick. The driver so friendly to,definitely use again and again. Ohh yes, and garlic mayo best ever too. Thankyou.

First time ordering from here and was def impressed. Thin crust was a little too thin but still really nice. Didn’t scrimp on the toppings. And BOGOF on the pizza, can’t complain at that!

this was by far the worst food if that’s what u call it that i’ve ever had it was absolutely vile very poor Donna meat tasted like rubber it had gritty bits in the meat freezing cold extremely small with only about six or seven pieces of meat considering it was a large £13 kebab the salad was off the cucumber was literally rotten and slimy honestly you should be ashamed serving food like this. very disappointed an absolute waste of money. I will never be ordering again.

I waited 45 minutes to 1hr and when it turned up the curly fries they were cold and the burger only had a little bit Donna meat in and hardly any sauce and the garlic bread was not very nice . I won’t be ordering from them again and I wasted £16 on my dinner not Happy

I ordered food and they never delivered it. Called them on the night and they were not answering. Called the next day to ask about a refund and nobody had any idea what happened and was clueless. We have a ring doorbell so I would seen if they tried to deliver it, there was nothing. I’ve asked just eat for a refund because of this so hoping they sort that but other than that I wouldn’t order from here if you actually want to receive your food.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Absolutely disgraceful. I never received the food as it was mark as delivered! I tried to call the restaurant multiple times in the last 24 hours and they never answered! Please do not order from here. I’ve seen multiple reviews of people not receiving their food! 50£ just gone! If I could give it less than 1 star I would!

Burger and fries were okay, definitely could have been hotter. Cookies were absolutely gorgeous, but the pizza was a Margarita and we ordered a Farmhouse. We got it at 3am though, and were too tired to contact them to swap.

Took 2 hours from ordering my food to being delivered. Food was cold and soggy. A bit rude and blunt when I called to ask on an update. Delivery driver was nice and they gave a me a can of drink for free for being over an hour past the ETA

The pizza was one of the worst I've had. The dough was so chewy instead of crispy, cheese not even melted but hard rock, pineapple was the only fresh and tasty thing on it. Delivery time took ages as well. Won't be back

I did not receive an order at all, the restaurant does not pick up the phone - i called a million times. I need a refund.

Walked by the shop during hours when it was closed and saw they had left the kebab on the meat spike but with the heat turned off. So if you ever get food poisoning from this place (as many other reviews have mentioned), don't wonder too much how.
