Visited for breakfast The scrambled eggs were well overcooked Very rubbery I wouldn't recommend Was given coffee in a paper cut as they said they had run out of cups I mean really Come on guy's it's not hard to make sure there's enough cups and saucers. Coffee was ok but lacking the little short bread you used to get with it. Complimentary

Just ordered a take away have always got it from here but wont do any more. For 1 they now dont have kheema rice. The curry was really watery and taste less. Really disappointed wont be ordering from there again even though this is the only place we order takeaway from.

Absolutely disgusting service when called to ask for a refund for the state of the BLACK ROTTON chips they served, stating that black chips are normal!!! Please do not order

Excellent service, very nice and gentle people. Very good food. We went there during Ramadan and they were about to break fasting. Servers us delicious meals and shared some of their food with us! Truly authentic Bengalese experience

Rude over the phone and shouting down phone at me and hanging up when I’m trying to explain my side of story , food never turned up last time I ordered , waited up till 3am for my food and now refusing to deliver to me when In need of food due to my medical reasons!

Ordered vegan chocolates on line. Received a box with a very dull selection. At least one was broken. Most weren’t actually on the vegan menu enclosed so have no way of knowing if they’re actually vegan. Also ordered a non vegan box wasn’t much better. The packaging wasn’t the lovely Xmas packaging shown on line and the selection was awful. I had ticked the ‘little bit of everything’ option we actually seemed to be ‘what no one else wants’ option. Complained to Gina who offered me another box when I was in Brighton (135 miles away!). I said I wanted to give them as Xmas present and so that wasn’t a reasonable solution. I’d previously bought chocolates from the shop so knew these fell well below their usual standard. Gina emailed me and said they’d send replacements which would arrive this week. Unsurprisingly nothing has arrived. I will have to go elsewhere to buy replacement presents as I can’t use what they’ve sent me. Extremely disappointing. I like to use local artisan shops but there seems no comeback when things go wrong. £40 wasted!

Love this place. Such good service and donuts! Lucy was an absolute gem, really bubbly and lovely and I've never been disappointed going in. Don't personally get these bad reviews, every donut I've had has been sooo good and have a greattt vegan selection!

Recientemente renovado con un gran diseño. Cafetería muy encantadora y amigable. Pasteles griegos recién horneados.

Served a Luke warm pie that had one piece of cold chicken in it, shockingly bad pie and white sauce that gave me a belly ache, I am currently considering taking this further as this morning I had a really bad belly ache.

Found this gem last year just as it opened up, so it was first on my list when I came back this year however the bar that was is now a Mexican restaurant so you can’t get a look in for some nice afternoon drinks with a sea view - I did manage to get a table at the bar but the cocktail menu was slim and the presentation wasn’t what I experienced when I first discovered this place! Totally gutted but understand the business opportunity and the food did look amazing still worth a visit

Nah.....Just not the same anymore, gone from one of the best pubs you could ever visit. Now no atmosphere, poor drink selection staff not caring if you are there or not, this is our 4th and very last visit since it reopened from Dr Bs to the Star and Garter.

Bon-Appetit is a self service restaurant in North Street, in the centre of Brighton. The restaurant has been changed since our last visit, the food was only cool and there was led to choose from. There is a selection of prepared food cooked in-house by chefs. The food includes meat, vegetables, Pizzas, Salads and Fruit. Drinks are available too. The restaurant is kept very clean and there is soft background music playing. Toilets are available too and they are clean.

Just had a delivery. Eaten half a burger to find a thumb nail in my beef burger. Absolutely disgusting. Called the shop they didn’t understand a word of what I was saying and just tried to send me another one. Put off is not the word. Do not order from here. Customer service is a joke and food is never how it should be.
