Express Pizza and Chicken (Hove) in Brighton and Hove

Ordered before brilliant service. However ordered tonight, ordered within the same time, didn’t come within the expected delivery time. Called them said it would come and never arrived. We kept calling after and never arrived. Not impressed. Just tell us you can the bothered next time not happy.

I have been getting food delivered from this place but my recent delivery was atrocious!! Delivery driver didn’t call me to let me know my food had arrived and just left the pizza box on the ground near a small tree and when I had called the shop a couple of times, the driver was on the other end of the phone call with I’m assuming is the manager, and told me he had called me a couple of times which I got no calls from which he then should’ve messaged me. Oh and no apology either!! Disgusting honestly!! I liked their food but after this never buying from them again!

Absolutely dreadful the worst service and food I’ve ever experienced they gave me raw chicken wings and cold burgers and they even came to check if the wing was raw and once confirmed he still drove away and once we phoned they proceeded to swear at me calling me all sorts of names if I could give a 0 I honestly would please never order from here again

Absolutely dreadful they sent me a raw chicken and when they came to check he admitted it was raw and still drove off without giving a refund or changing the meal he. I then proceeded to phone them where I received abuse and them telling me the delivery driver said there was only two chicken wings left which was a complete lie they are so rude and there food genuinely tastes awful aswell wouldn’t be surprised if the chicken wing was rats by the way it looked

Ordered 4 pc chicken meal and told to come back in 10 mins, after the guy behind the counter had finished his conversation with his mates. This was at 11.15pm. Chicken was stale, dry and inedible and the fries were barely cooked. After 10 minutes??? WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered via Deliveroo* Absolutely appalling!! My delivery was due at 5:55, at 6:30 I called the store as my order had been marked as on its way. I live around 5 minutes from the store. By 6:45 I still had not received my food. I called the store and asked where my food was. The line was broken so I hung up. The manager “Sam” called me back swearing at me asking why I hung up the phone. I contacted Deliveroo to get a refund but the store told them that my food had been delivered. It is now 7:25 and I still have had no food. Avoid at all costs!!!

The amount of times I have been to this shop and ordered from them then they got my order wrong when It turned up and I went inside then realised they missed something from my order I called up and asked for it then they said cause it wasn't written down I did t say it sorry I'm not stupid won't be seeing me again trust me lost a daily customer

Ordered a double cheeseburger meal and chicken, the chicken was so dry and they messed up the sauce and salad on burger. I called up and the guy told me to call tomorrow and they will deliver what was wrong so I called the next day and they told me it was my fault and called me a drunk

An absolute disgrace chicken was pink I had to throw it in the bin avoid this place it was a laughing stock of a joke.. food should not be funny

Don't order from here. It is a front and not a real shop. You will most likely not receive anything and if you do it will make you ill. Horrible.

Very rude staff and very dirty kitchen

I’ve ordered on Deliveroo app after a 1/2 hour I never receive my order, and the restaurant said that they delivered my food in 29 min but they never did and i got robbed for 17.89£

I ordered chicken tikka pizza with pizza bread but to my surprise I didn't get what I paid for. When I took the first bite of pizza I could tell it wasn't fresh at all. I called the restaurant and spoke to the staff and told him this isn't what I ordered and was so rude on call. Without coming to a conclusion he argued with me and hung the call. Waste of money and time. Not recommended 👎

Awful they appear on just eat but refuse to take deliveries not ordering from them again now have to wait for my refund which takes 5 days could have used the money for something else

AWFUL!!!! Ordered online, rang multiple times asking for an update of which they had none! The last time we rang it had been delivered but not to my house!!! The man I spoke to in the end was only helpful once I got my boyfriend to speak, so very misogynistic as they were no help when I rang the 3 times before! Food has been sent to the wrong house but they are too busy to help £25 down the drain

Food poisoning, couldn’t eat for 2 weeks and lost 5-6 kilos. Blood in my stool, gut infection. Why open a takeaway when your chef can’t even cook.

If you want food poisoning go ahead, chicken is raw staff don't care! Was told if chicken no good eat the pizza!! Delivery driver completely agreed with me that it's bad chicken and look embarrased

We ordered two pizza. One is a simple one with no extras, the other one is a make your own... They mixed the pizzas together. This is just two simple orders and they can't even get the right orders. Not recommend at all.

When you order different variations of pizza you'd expect to be able to visually tell the difference. Three pizzas that all looked the same and tasted pretty much the same. Dissapointing.

Extremely rude and dismissive when I called over and hour and a quarter to ask where my order was. Denied ever receiving it even though it was ordered through Just Eat. I would never order from them again. Thanks to Just Eat I eventuality got a refund and had to send the husband out to get Fish & Chips instead.

Today- 25th April, I ordered chicken and that didnt turn up, but rang my phone, when I picked up they was unbelievably rude, saying I gave them the wrong address and I should of answered my phone if I dont in 5 mins i wont get my food. It was the correct address, which we was waiting outside ! I then said about still getting my food they then cut me off and then rang back giving me abuse over the phone then charging me 3 pound in cash extra to redeliver the same food, which my then would be cold!! I then rang the shop to discuss this and how bad the customer service is. They said it's not bad customer service u should of picked ur phone. We will redeliver the food and will have to was 45mins. Lets hope the food is ok. Will never order of here again!!! Everyone avoid !!!

Open late. 10 quid for a massive 18'' pizza and they even done the topping half and half for my fussy ginger wife and I. Terrific lads. Will probably drop by in the future if I'm ever wandering around Hove as drunk as a skunk again.

Took 2 hours for our dinner to arrive and when we received it our chips were cold chicken was pink :( when phoned to tell them about the under cooked chicken we got told it was impossible, had to argue on phone for 20 minutes before they finally agreed to send some cooked chicken! which were then over cooked!!

Massive pizza!!! Great tating chicken strips. Good valur for money lasted 2 meals. 2 18" pizza for 1999. Ollection well worth it. Bighest pizza in hove

Today 26 th may 2019 I have ordered collected chess burger & chest and chips . They pot burgers in pizza plates then pot to pizza Owen .. boss doesn’t say don’t have bbq grill .. Theo are not pot any cheese top to burger plush had to much chilli souses ...🤮🤮🤮🤮 but I say to him way you not say it’s was rubbish. Abut cheese and chips same was cold chips and they pot to cartons box .. anyway it’s really rubbish I paid £6 for rubbish 🤮.
