food was great I did ask for less veg but apart from that food was hot and tasty xx

Do not waste your time at this establishment, not only I ordered 5 dishes that were ready in under ten minutes (suspicious) but while ordering I find my lemon chicken and prawn toast RAW! Unacceptable!!!!! I already feel my bowels crying out for help, dear god. Spare me. Oh and if that was not enough, my fortune cookie had NO fortune. That was my 13th reason.

Not the best but also not the worst. Still not in my top three. They do have the only acceptable hygiene rating - which is 5 stars in case you were wondering - and unlike some nearby nameless competitors, you don't get double whammied here with a high minimum spend plus a delivery fee plus a card fee plus a bag fee - which is probably a big part of the reason I decided to order from here today to be honest - it was only when I looked at the reviews afterwards I saw I'd made a very similar review 2 years ago. The food will fill you up but theres just no sparkle.

If you cannot afford a gastric band order from these guys - eat their dreadful leftovers from two weeks ago reheated and delivered within 20 mins guaranteed to bypass your stomach and straight to the toilet plus it’s a cheaper option than Turkey

Doesn’t pick up the phone, couldn’t get through to anyone. Called for over an hour. Prices change from website to menu.

Outstanding food. Whilst only ordering small quantities the Spring Rolls were just enormous, & v tasty! Chiu Chow chow mein really good and the sweet & sour sauce old school in flavour and my wife's favourite of the (many) local Chinese takeaways. Do try

First time and defo last time I will order from here ! Quite possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had ..... bland curry sauce,bland curry,salt and chilli chips (no salt on them at all) house special rice in gravy was the worst thing I've ever tasted,and to top it all off a long black hair in the chips ! Guy on the phone offered free food next time ..... there won't be a next time !

Food arrived but several items were either completely wrong, or so badly cooked and incorrect that they just weren't what we ordered. Called to arrange replacement, but they would only offer to send replacement items within 45mins, by which time the rest of the food would have been freezing cold. Chow mein was totally dry and was like eating rubber. Fried rice was actually boiled rice. Chicken was overcooked and rubbery. Staff just didn't want to know...Once they have your cash they don't care. Avoid this overpriced rip off joint!

Offering one star as I can’t give any lower. After sending the wrong rice and everything on the order being tepid at best, they offered to send the correct rice. I explained that everything would be freezing by the time this arrived and I would like certain items on the order replacing. The guy on the phone said they won’t do that and will just send a cash refund for the rice then hung up the phone. Still waiting for this over an hour later. For an order just under £40 this isn’t acceptable. This isn't the first instance of issues from the takeaway. Shame because this used to be our go to Chinese. In future I will AVOID.

I recently ordered some food from this place, particularly liked the “King Prawn in spicy salt” and “king prawn chow mein”etc. will definitely come back ordering the same dish!

Aweful ! Don’t waste your money ! Ordered three dishes they were the three of them of the poorest quality. Even the rice was nasty. Very little meat and egg fried rice totally untasty . Soup without meat though ordered the one with meat . Total RIP Off.

We used to enjoy ordering meals from here until there was change of reception staff. The service was always sufficien,However yet again today being the second time this new lady who seems to not have a clue about the menu, sends the food to a different address where the driver showed us the print receipt was written to a different place therefore food arriving cold and chicken looking undercooked and watery, whilst the address he was asked to deliver to declined the order, not only this but we were food overcharged and the full order not being delivered. On ringing back the lady was extremely rude and refused to pass to management.. Certainly this place is gone down hill don't waste your time ordering here HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SHOP ELSEWHERE

CHICKEN WAS RAWWW!!!! Please don’t order from here we ordered to Sussex uni for a night out with friends only to find that half of our orders had raw chicken. So so dangerous and when we called up they denied that we had raw chicken despite us offering proof photos that they didn’t even want to look at...

THE CHICKEN WAS RAW! And the woman’s manners on the phone were very very poor, not good customer service at all, I can’t believe I actually went to eat this chicken!

Our food was 3 hours late, no communication at all, tried to call them, no one answered the phone.

Just a bit of business advice - if you want to appeal to customers to order from you, then it would be good to show some manners and not lose sight of the concept of the ‘happy’ and satisfied customer that would be likely to return again.

Absolute disgraceful food. Should be shut down. More than an hour wait. Noodles were not cooked. The spring roll is like a Mexican burrito and the food was cold and disgusting. Shocked that this can even exist.

I was looking forward to a nice Chinese when it turned up 30 mins late so had to walk to the shop to see where is was and there was no apology. Got back to my house and the food was cold and the sause was all over the food and spilt all in the bag. Will highly advise not to use. Waste of money and time.

These conmen were 75mins late delivering, at which point I'd tried to cancel the order several times and had ordered elsewhere. Phones were off all night so couldn't speak to anyone and they've refused to refund the food I never had. Thank God I ordered with just eat who are refunding the order. Don't order from here

Been regularly ordering crispy duck, prawn chow mein and prawn in spicy salt - all consistently very good. Delivery can take 1h+ on Friday evenings.

Ordered food at 7:10pm this evening advised that the order will be with me at 8:35pm, then changed to 8:55pm. Tried to call many times as food still hadn't arrived. Finally got through to be told that they are sorry for the delay and it's in it's way. From placing the order at 7pm it had taken 2 hours for it to arrive. This is the 3rd time that this had happened a 2 hour delay, I will not be ordering again.

Genuinely the worst Chinese I've eaten. Flavours aren't great. Pretty sure the chicken in the chicken chow mein is boiled. Not all the noddles were cooked, we had clumps of hard noodles throughout. That dish in particular is laughable.

Ordered at 18.30 for 20.00 delivery ,the food arrive 20.50. Due to having had lots of orders they had taken their phone off the hook but this made it impossible to get updates. I have to agree with the other reviewer that the chicken (in our chow mein), didn't taste like chicken at all and had a very odd soft texture. Shame as the beef in yellow bean sauce was a good one.

The best Chinese in town, definitely recommend this place!

Pure muck :( Chicken has such a weird texture I'm not even sure it's real chicken, whatever it is, it is really really cheap. Soggy noodles that are supposed to be crispy fried. Was looking forward to dinner, looks like I'm going to have to head out and pick up another one that's edible from somewhere else.

Never had a problem with my order and I've been ordering for more than 6years. Always good food for the price you get. Noticed that's it gets quicker when order directly. Well done guys.

We ordered last night it took about 2hours to be delivered, no gesture of Goodwill was made which we thought was poor service we will not be ordering from there again.....!

Awful service, waited over 2 hours to get cold food. Delivery driver said it was the takeaways fault, takeaway blamed delivery driver, just eat (who it was ordered from) were next to useless. We were then blamed for having the audacity to put the food in the microwave instead of waiting a further 2 hours (in which time they would have closed anyway) to have someone pick up the food and then deliver more! They refused a refund or credit. Appalling service and atrocious customer service.

My partner's family proceeded to order a meal. 30 minutes after expected delivery time I rang up to question the food timing. An hour after expected delivery we were informed a refund wasn't possible. The food then arrived midway through the phone call and was cold. The delivery driver then began arguing with us. It then turned out restaurant was lying about the time at which the food was sent out. I then asked for a refund and told by the receptionist that the boss wouldn't process the refund even though: the restaurant had lied, the food was cold, and the driver was arguing with us. The staff were unhelpful and rude The total time between the order was two hours and twenty minutes. I'm just disappointed that Google can't allow zero stars :)

It has just took 2 hours for my food to arrive waited an hour and half then rang and they said they had delivered the food only for them to say they had delivered it to the wrong house!! Staff were very rude about the whole situation! Waited another half hour for them to send the order out again for it to arrive cold! The noodles were dry! certainly not worth the 2 hour wait at all, this was the first and last time I shell be ordering from here!!

Took two and half hours to arrive. Certainly not worth waiting for. Prawn with lemon grass, no lemon grass, just a few prawns with chunks of completely raw pepper and onions in a sickly sauce. Egg fried rice with no egg, sweet and sour pork balls, lumps of fat in batter. Never again.

Me and my girlfriend ordered from this resturant. It took 2 hours to arrive but we don't mind waiting for food if its good. Unfortunately it arrived just below body temperature, which is not only unpleasant but is dangerous. We tried calling the number provided for 30 minutes and was constantly busy/off the hook. By this point I'd given up on eating and my food went in the bin. Finally got through to the resturant and told them the food arrived cold and wasn't safe to eat, he just apologised and offered no refund and no solution. I won't be ordering from here again. If you want to I would suggest going to the resturant to collect it and check it over first. The delivery driver was charming but this didn't make up for everything else.

The quality of food has dropped drastically. The staff was soooo RUDE. I was making a complaint about the tasteless rice and soggy chicken balls (which is unusual of them) and the lady said “there’s nothing I can do, get the government involved if you want”.

They don't know how to cope with big orders. Food was disgusting. Dishes were missing. Delivery driver didn't bother to offer me my change. Won't be using them again.

Quick delivery but probably should have spent longer making the food nice. Food was bland and chillie beef looked and tasted as if it was there for hours! Wouldn't reccomend.

Always have a good takeaway, don't order from anyone else..

--DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE- Terrible Food, was late and cold. Tasted like the awful MSG soaked nastiness we used to get 20 years ago. It didn't taste anything like it should do, my Sweet and Sour sauce was like jelly it was so cold. Threw it straight in the bin, the chicken was also revolting and tasted weird. I hope these terrible places shut down. Having been to China I know what good Chinese food tastes like, this isn't it. The Sweet and Sour sauce is most probably a mix of Ketchup/Brown Sauce and MSG's. I'll never order from here again. Now they constantly put junk flyers through my letterbox even thoug it has a big sign on the box saying No Junk Mail.
