Not welcoming, no atmosphere, existing and long service… Too bad the view is beautiful To flee

I went today and was waiting with other two older ladies waiting to be serviced at the ice counter, the ladies tried few times to tell the staff; which there are serving fish and chips to other people; to come and serve them with ice cream. After few minutes without any service the two ladies left and I kept waiting for about more than 10 mins, finally a young girl come with grumpy face and I asked I want an ice 2 cones of ice cream two scoop each, instead of apologising for the wait, she said what do you want in a rude manner which I founded offensive, so I said cancell and l don't like your customer service. That was at about 2:00 pm Tuesday 17/9/2024.

No recomiendo este café en absoluto a menos que quieras que te hablen con una manera grosera. Las bebidas frías son demasiado caras. Horrible experiencia

Always come here top quality service and food if you don’t know get to know. The cheesy chips are probably the best in Brighton!

Visited on a whim as we passed by and will be back! Best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted, so much meat. Fish lovely and fresh. Chips delicious. Good staff too. Great place.

Large pub, good value for drinks, friendly staff. This is a place for a couple of quick drinks whilst out an about.

The manager is an absolute rude Peterson was shouting at me and the poor staff.

We were looking for a place for afternoon coffee and cakes which we paid a considerable amount for and found a seat downstairs. Tables were all uncleared and dirty so we pushed the dirty cups to one side. A customer came and unlocked the disabled toilet with a key and took one look and turned away and struggled upstairs! The toilet was left unlocked and people kept opening the door and immediately turning away looking disgusted. The smell reached us and we had to move to another filthy table. At least 4 staff behind the counter. Someone should have been cleaning! About time the place was managed correctly and I seriously wonder if head office are aware of the state of the place.

Food served on plastic plates. Expensive. Argued with owner that tempura is a batter not breadcrumbs, said I would change for something else which was a £1.00 more expensive and she made the young girl go get the card machine before I could reorder! Dreadful customer service and food very poor

No se moleste con el menú de Navidad - pavo reconstituido anunciado como recién tallado, NO. Patatas (enormes) zanahorias chirivías frías y fuertes. Salchicha rosada con tocino veteado graso colgando, debajo de la pila de repollo negro. Las coles de Bruselas son lo único comestible en el plato. Café Luke caliente. No como se anuncia en el menú. Sobreprecio.

¿Ni siquiera hemos estado todavía y el restaurante supuestamente está cerrado definitivamente? Vivo en Irlanda y he estado planeando el cumpleaños de mis amigos organizando un fin de semana en Brighton. Busqué en línea y envié un correo electrónico a la compañía para verificar dos veces la reserva y si este cierre era cierto? - No he recibido un correo electrónico o reembolso por el depósito dejado para mi reserva a finales de junio en el restaurante del Brighton Karen. He enviado un correo electrónico - tenía una respuesta (solicitando qué sucursal) y ahora han sido fantasmas Si la franquicia o sucursal ha sido cerrada, es una decencia común informar a las personas que han pagado un depósito y darles tiempo para reorganizar otra cosa. Se supone que la experiencia es divertida con el personal siendo grosero, que puedo manejar, pero el servicio al cliente y mi reembolso - sin contacto es ridículo Si así tratan a sus clientes antes de experimentar el lugar, no es de extrañar que la franquicia haya cerrado.

The absolute charlatans don't except cash and refused to take cash which is illiegal in England. DOESN'T NOT ACCEPT OUR LEGAL TENDER. Good news though, so many other choices in brighton an hove now you can stroll in somewhere else. This place is a shadow of its former self since Mr Johnson sold up.

Not sure why they have the adverts on TV for a place like this.. there is mo care to the food its just somewhere that's wants your money for very little in return..

What a fantastic surprise Billie's is! We absolutely loved our delicious mushroom and avocado hash Pot of tea , salad, water and hash shared between too.1£18! Stunning!

For my visit I was served by an unsmiling unhelpful member of staff. I could live with that but my problem was the food. I got a few different meals to take away. Both meals contained sushi rice. Both were completely devoid of flavour. Absolutely none. I have enjoyed both meals often in Eastbourne, who get 5 stars every time I go. I must leave them a positive one actually!
