M&S Cafe in Brighton and Hove

El café no parece acogedor. Sin ventanas y mesas muy juntas, pero por lo general está ocupado, así que le di una oportunidad. Tuve que apretar a través de sillas y mesas para conseguir un asiento y probé la pobre madre con un cochecito. Pedí papa con queso y té. Té bien, pero la patata chaqueta del gusto se calentó y el queso era del tipo plástico rallado que no se derrite. ¡Un trato de comida podría haber sido mejor! ¿Por qué suele estar tan ocupado?

Ojalá este café tenga un mejor ambiente con ventanas para que te sientas menos deprimido. La tienda tiene una gran oportunidad de ser el número uno debido a la ubicación, pero desafortunadamente no es un buen diseño.

My mum and I visited M&S specifically for their new Afternoon Tea. All I can say is WOW! This was absolutely amazing and so worth the money! £10 per person and it was delicious! Highly recommended and I would absolutely come and treat myself to this again!

Very nice and jacket potato so cheap. Nice tea and always clean. Selection of cakes avaible. Peaceful cafe as well.

Lovely staff and very tidy despite business! Good humming atmosphere 👍🏼 😊 , addition of music rather pleasant. Only downfall is that it is quite busy so a bit of a wait, but that is to be expected in Brighton

Nice food and service, staff were lovely. Cutlery is filthy and floor is disgustingly dirty. Whole place needs a good scrub.

My wife and I often visit local M&S cafes. Today we visited the one in Brighton. I ordered poached eggs on ciabatta bread which came with baked beans. The ciabatta did not exist as I was given a slice of medium white. 1 slice, cut in half with the poached eggs thrown on the plate, not even on the bread. The beans were cold. It was clear there was absolutely no effort to present it nicely at all. Never again will we eat at M&S if this is what they now expect customers to put up with whilst paying 50% more than most other cafes.

Just like so many previous comments, dirty floor, dirty tables, very slow service and to rub salt into the wound, very poor selection of food available- given that this cafe has been getting the same reviews for years one can only assume M&S aren't too bothered. I for one won't return. Last week went to the Guildford branch and that was the same . Time avid M&S cafes altogether!!

How on earth can this Cafe run out of eggs avocados and potatoes i will never understand. There is Great Big Supermarket in the store

I have been there on most dats of the week and found it to be dirty trays laying everywhere crumbs on tables (not clean) I went there one Monday. Morning and it looked like a bomb site even piles of rubbish under the cake and scone table. Staff either standing around or chatting to customers. I would not recommend using the cuttlry as not washed properly. Bad show mandatory s

I dropped in for a quick lunch and chose the fish finger sandwich with a latte. From the start I felt pressured into adding items to my order, and paying extra for the new roast coffee. The restaurant was 90% empty, which surprised me as usually it's full and I have to wait for a table. Once the food arrived I realised why the restaurant was so empty, the fish fingers had absolutely no flavour, and the chips were bland as well. The coffee wasn't as good as the usual blend and left a nasty after taste. I think the food quality has deteriorated, it is over priced and the pressured selling isn't helpful. I won't be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Stopped for lunch with my daughter. Both of us had the bacon rolls - ok, tasted fine, however at £3.25, a little pricey. Cafe clean and a good selection of food to choose from.

The "all day breakfast" was agin a bit Industrial ......tinned mushrooms....tasteless...thick cold toast with unspeakable butter.....the eggs had virtually no white and appeared to be semi poached......the bacon cold and hard......staff excellent but not enough of them to wipe the tables ....it appears that MnS have a policy on NO mustard available but sell it in the food hall..such is the nanny state.........would I eat there again....well certainly NOT the All day breakfast....

This is a typical store type cafe. The food is ok, overpriced, but ok. The cheese scones are really good.

He visitado el restaurante anteriormente y me gustó bastante así que hoy pensamos que probaríamos el desayuno de todo el día como un cambio en la otra fiesta. . .Con 8 por porción, esperaba una porción de tamaño decente, pero me decepcionó bastante. 2 pequeños trozos de tocino, 1 salchicha, 2 huevos escalfados (?), 2 trozos de pan tostado y 2 tomates fritos pequeños. .En general, es mejor que te encuentres con una de las cucharas grasientas más pequeñas. . .

Me parece demasiado tranquilo aquí ahora. . La música desapareció, los precios de calidad desaparecieron. Algunos miembros del personal son encantadores, pero hay algunos que son tan groseros como ofensivos. ¡He visto y presenciado esto en el restaurante en numerosas ocasiones! Si el personal no puede ser cortés y sonreír, ¡entonces están en el trabajo equivocado! Incluso mis hijos comentaron sobre lo grosero que este miembro del personal es / era. La tienda en general: las paredes en todas partes son blancas, ¡nada te hace sentir atraído por tener un buen aspecto! Parece que solo se dejó y se olvidó. La selección de ropa interior en la tienda es menos que hace unos años. ¡Estoy bien, puedo ordenar en la tienda, pero no hay nada que haga que la gente compre impulso está ahí! ¡Compre comida y restaurante regularmente y eso es todo! ¡Ya no puedo comprar ropa escolar debido a tamaños inconsistentes en los pantalones de la escuela! Demasiada molestia. Use un supermercado para camisetas y la tienda de deportes local de la escuela para pantalones (también venda todos los artículos de la insignia) buen ajuste 1 a 1 y si compra 2 pares de pantalones, ¡sabrá que serán los mismos!
