How can you find a fishbone in a chicken burger. When they dont sell fish.absolutely disgusted 🤮 Will never order from here again.

I went to order two large pizzas Mon, Tues, Wednesday buy one get one free £9.99 The leaflet and window displays said that. The till assistant tried to charge me £15.00 and said the offer is not in anymore despite it still being advertised. Not a good start to half term as refused to pay any extra and would not recommend 😕

Love the food here, but the garlic balls are awful. Just a lump of chewy dough. Order anything else and you will love it!

New to the area and introduced myself to the owner.. The Food I was given went straight into the bin, the shop keeper does not care. Be careful the shop is based in Portslade not Brighton and Hove. Reported to the council.

Great food but the staff isn't nice at all tried ordering multiple of times but got the order wrong all the time main guy blamed that he's not from this country and can't understand??!!!JOKE

Ordered from JustEat, order accepted and then cancelled. I called the resturant to ask what the problem was and was told I was too far away (it's a 10 minute drive). I told the man on the phone it was only 10 minutes away which he denied, I said I had checked Google maps and asked why did he accept my order in the first place if it was too far away when they knew my address when I ordered. He then became very aggressive, shouting down the phone saying both myself and Google maps were both wrong so I hung up. This kind of service seems to be the norm at this place judging from other reviews on here. Would not recommend to anyone and won't be ordering again. This place seriously needs to sort its customer service out.

Food was good but I ordered some chocolate chip cookies and they was burnt

Wasn't expecting much, have walked past this restaurant often, the restaurant looks very tired. The mixed starter was OK but the mains were great. Braised pork with pickled vegetables was good but lotus root hot pot was fantastic, loaded with peppers, chillies, garlic and Szechuan pepper. Portion sizes are large too. A great change from the more boring Chinese restaurants you find everywhere.

Tucked just off the sea front, this place should be great. Built on a number of floors and with a roof top garden. But I can only comment as found. Tired people making the place look dull. Disinterested staff. What a shame. Feel sure it is good on the right day!

Just ordered here for the first time, very fast delivery the nachos were loaded with toppings and the pizza was very tasty and not greasy, with a great price to boot. I would definitely recommend!!

Always quick, yummy and excellent portion sizes. Also excellent price for quality. One of my favourite takeaways.

Food was delicious we all had something different and each thing was fabulous ... delivered well before time given and I had even given the wrong address to begin with and they had to redirect the driver. Even after all that food was lovely and hot and staff were lovely ... highly recommend great value for money😍

Absolutely won't be going back. Garlic dough balls, more like dough on greasy over melted cheese. Burnt burger and chips! What chips? Greasy crisps more like. Such rude service.

Had burger and the meat was like eating rubber appart from that everything else was nice just such a sham I won’t be going back their due to the rubbery burger

food is ok I wish they had a 1/4 bacon burger on there menu not just a 1/2 as it’s too much kids meals state they come with drinks kids Pizza ok chips just chucked on top and no drinks also no drop down option for the drinks with kids meals

The food was good quality. However I requested no mozzarella on pizza. Both my pizza were FULL of it. I don't like it so I had to destroy my pizza to eat it, taking off all the mozzarella. Also, I ordered bbq chichen wings... what arrived was NOT bbq but spicy ones.....I don't like spicy food so I can't eat them... I am really unhappy.

The 241 pizza deal on Tuesday's is great, and the chicken wings were honestly some of the tastiest I've ever had! Will definitely buy from here again :)

Normally i can put up with a later than advertised delivery, but after calling twice after an hour then half hour later.... food no where to be seen :( Pizza finally arrived gone 2hrs after ordering and despite a deep crust being ordered a thin one to boot. Such a shame...... feel like the service has dropped and the quality. Sorry guys

Ordered around 18:30, delivery time initially 19:20, which they then added an extra 5 minutes on. at 19:35 called restaurant who apologised and said to wait a couple more minutes. Had to call again at 19:45 as status on app said 'Delivered' but still had no food. Was told they were very busy this evening but to please wait a little more time and next time would give me something free the next time I order. The food arrived about 19:55. Understand restaurants can be busy especially on Saturday nights, and appreciate the offer of a discounted service next time, but would rather be given a later time of delivery initially if they know they're busy, otherwise there is an expectation if the delivery time is stated to be earlier. Food was good though.

My kebab was really burnt, didn't ring as I was feeling vile, not happy I've had to throw it away. Nachos weren't up to scratch either and the cake was hard in the middle

I don't normally leave reviews and I was worried about paying only £3,90 for a kebab. worst kebab I've ever had, chicken nuggets were dry and the burger meat is extremely poor it's cheap so you get what you pay for but really will avoid this place forever now. don't eat here

Very quick. Only just got home and food arrived. 14 mins from time of call, not sure how it was cooked and then driven to me in that time!

Service & delivery very good, but the pizza didn't match this. Quite greasy, heavy & the jalapeños didn't seem very fresh. But the pizza was edible.

AMAZING! Calamari was hard and chewy but everything was incredible.

Sooo much better than nearly all of the standard non gourmet style burger/pizza places. Tasty, hot, on time and you can tell they actually use half decent ingredients and not just the cheapest available option. Well done guys

30 mins early! I was not in. Re-delivered, but then late. They didn't even offer any compensation for their error. Like the food, but this may make me go elsewhere now

Delivery was late, and although the friendly delivery driver did apologise the food was stone cold. The calamari was like rubber and the batter it was in was wet/soggy. the rest of the food was freezing cold, and the curly fries were also soggy. Probably won't order from here again.

Pizza was over cooked. There was supposed to be a Kebab tray but there wasn't enough meat to fill half a pitta. Not happy. They were late to not good considering we ordered well in advance.

Delivery time said 6.30 and was here by 5.45 but food was POOR! Chips were missing and no free bottle of coke after spending over 15.00 which it states on restaurant page! when rung to complain the person on the phone was very rude and said because we bought a kids meal we did not qualify for the free bottle of drink! childrens pizza meal was awful and ended up having to cook food. will not use again.

Diavola pizza described as: "Extra Italian pepperoni & extra cheese & herbs" (ie no other toppings) arrived with only TWO slices of pepperoni per slice on a 15" pizza!!!... Also pizza was only 14", not 15" as advertised, I happened to notice it actually said so on the box and I measured it to confirm. This must breach trading standards.

I ordered Deep Pan pizzas but got thin crust, but other than that they were good

More often than not small independent pizza take always have poor quality food (greasy, nasty pizza. Dry, flavourless chicken) but I took a gamble and went with Italian@Home and I was genuinely impressed that the pizza was really good, it wasn't too oily and certainly not dry. Well recommended!

I must have been last on the round as it was all going cold, soggy chips etc. First time I have used them, but will try again as the food quality seemed like it could have been excellent .

The burger wasn't cooked properly. The chips were disgusting warmed up over cooked and soggy. The person delivering was impatient and expected the door to open instantly knocked and knocked again when I was trying to unlock the door when you can see me through the glass very rude won't be using again

The meal was a lot better than last time but the sauce in the chicken burger was wrong and we didn't get a toy with the kids meal

The calamari was cooked from frozen not served with lemon or the sauce that is described. It was the most awful I have ever tasted and can be compared to icelands packet except of poorer quality when I called the restraint to inform them of the cold stale calamari they refused to take any blame passing me from person to person one who admitted it was cooked from frouen and this is now how they serve it another who said he cooked it fresh no sort of refund offered and refused to take any sort of responsibility definitely wouldn't order frkm here again

Was sent wrong order, then when called to inform was rudely told that I am wrong, and that they wouldn't be sending me what I had actually ordered. Enjoyed food here before, but won't be using again.

Wrong drink, undercooked wings, cardboardy pizza.

Did not get my drink or desert that I payed for called them up several times and all rude and didn't come back with them still and the food was below average anyway and that's being generous. All in all it was a shocking experience. 0/10 would never order again.

Ordered food at 21:20. Delivery due at 22:05, added on 30minutes. Order still wasn't received at 11pm and after calling twice restaurant lied about food being on it's way then second time offered to cancel order, received food at 11:30. Guy on phone was insincere and unprofessional. Food okay not worth the wait and item forgotten on order

Pizza was decent, like primary school pizza, chicken burger was basic and never informed me they were out of chocolate milkshake. Weak 3/5 if you're hungry.

I was quite disappointed with my order last night. One of the items I had ordered never arrived and the burger I had ordered was terrible, however the chocolate fudge cake was the best part of my order as it was pretty much the only part of my order that went right

The food is fresh and it tasty so healthy if you like fresh salads with your meat, everything is boxed right so it is hot when it arrives :) Delivery was quick and the food is high quality :)
