Subway in Brighton and Hove

Terrible service they younge man serving us today gave us terrible sandwiches stingy with the salad and fillings we paying for our food and yet want to RIP us off will never buy here again

We are regular Subway customers at this branch - my 3 year old son who is potty training needed the toilet suddenly We asked the lady to use their toilet as it was an emergency Despite being regular loyal customers she’s refused my 3 year old entry - consequently he had an accident Thank you very much

They missed my food and I said is everything in there and they said yes but my sides was missing and when I tried to call them they don’t pick up

Will never eat at this subway ever again. Rude women servicing. I got the same order I get at any other subway but here they said I could only have it the way they said I could. I got about 3 peppers in my order, they put camerlised onion in my order even tho I said 3 times not 2. It was the most tasteless and cold (altho toasted) Purley disgusting subway I've ever had

Leaving a review for the first time because I usually order a footlong once a week and for the past month every single sandwich I’ve received has been basically empty. In the past my sandwiches have always been full to the brim with whatever meat I’ve chosen, now I feel like I’m just eating bread. I don’t know who has been making these sandwiches but they’re awful, selfish, stingy and shouldn't even be working there. I’ve had enough, it’s disgusting and the staff are USELESS I’ve called a million times on different occasions and not once have they picked up. The staff should be ashamed.

The two young ladies Maliha and sab are very friendly and very polite they are also nice people to talk too, they always know my order Couple weeks ago I fall outside the subway and the two girls were very kind they gave me a chair to sit on and asked if I was okay Thank you Keep up the good work

Ordered from here on Uber Eats. Most of the salad items were missing and just filled with lettuce. The worse subway I’ve ever had.

This is the first time I’ve done a review and it will be the last, so you can imagine how poor this must have been for me to comment on it. My group had done a £70 order for 2 big breakwich’s meatballs, drinks the lot. Almost everything was there, cold. They completely missed a footlong out of the order, and then in attempts to call them to notify them on there error they do not answer the phone. I’ve called 5 times over a 2 hour window not a single comment on the order. So I’ve been left with no food this morning, and £12 has just vanished. And a previous order we had from there, food spilled all out in the bag, and the food is consistently cold. I will never be ordering from here again. And I strongly recommend no one else does. It’s a shame because the food is actually good if the service wasn’t so poor.

IV tired to order twice now from this subway and everytime there's a problem either with delivery or poor customer service poorly IV tried to call 4 times and it's left to ring out so would save your money and go elsewhere

Nice pictures, poor quality food. The service is ok. But there’s seriously no pride in what’s delivered. I also worry for those with Allergies as they go from box to box at the counter dropping cheese etc everywhere.

Expensive sandwich, filled the hole. Nether fantastic or terrible.

Worst possible customer service!!! Never give them your custom. Blag their way through life cos everyone expects a level of service from Subways- they should be stripped of their franchise. Order kept getting pushed back, couldn’t cancel and now has just not arrived! They’ve in essence stolen £30. No opportunity to talk to a person to resolve it cos they don’t answer the phone. They’re jokers, thieves and degenerates !!! Ruined what was supposed to be a treat and kept my daughter hungry for ages… furious doesn’t cover it!

Food was as expected but the person behind the jump sat around on his phone when tables needed clearing and wiped down. You may not be busy but you should always look busy. If they're lazy in one way they maybe lazy in another (where it matters). In my kitchen this wouldn't stand.

Booked in very last minute to eat at this restaurant. Found it quite hard to find as even the Brighton taxi drivers didn't know where it was (it is technically round the corner from Clyde Road). Meal was a set price for a 2 course or 3 course meal. We chose 2 course as was on a budget for our weekend stay. Our host was very nice and very friendly. He asked us for drinks and must have mis-heard my boyfriend ask for a glass of Pinot Grigio rather than a bottle. I didn't want wine at first but just went a long with it. Throughout the night our glasses were being topped up and I presumed our host was being generous but it turns out we had been charged for a bottle. The set meal for the evening had a good choice of food. We chose to have a Main and a Dessert. I chose the Veal meal and my partner chose the Lasagne. He loved the Lasagne. My veal was nice but would have been worth the money with a better side rather than peppers and capers. For dessert we both ordered the canaloni style dessert which was lovely but quite messy to eat. Our host also gave us a small slice of Tiramisu as he "couldn't resist". The evening was very enjoyable - it was a very very small restaurant with around five tables seating around twelve people in total. It had a very Mediterranean feel to it and I actually felt like I was in Italy. Our only shock was receiving the bill which was around £20 what I expected to pay - something quite hard for a couple on a low budget for the weekend. We were not aware we had to pay an £8+ service charge and I was disappointed we weren't told when booking.

Lovely place to get lunches and dinners it is nice and healthy you can get verity of options and loads of different toppings in the sub and it is nice and cheap

I have just ordered on just eat What was delivered to me I wouldn't even feed to my dogs The fries were Stone cold, the sandwich had no cheese in and no sauce with the fries which I ordered I took one bite and spat it out 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Hence it went straight in the bin

Fantastic Subway, very clean plants of space in seating area. Wheelchair/prom friendly. Staff polite and friendly.. good range of fillings and very generous helpings. Highly recommend this branch of Subway.

Spotlessly clean, served quickly and efficiently. Friendly chap behind counter even told me about the Blue Light scheme for NHS workers.

A guy with beard bigger than priest's and ancient philosopher's beards and no mask on served me today. Very slow almost lithargic in every move and very hard to understand his English, yes you guessed right, he was of Indian origin.

Slow service, food was somehow worse here than other stores likely because it was prepped poorly with the wrong portion sizes.

Better than some subways around the place.

Ordered lunch it came late,cold and the lettuce was soggy. Usually very nice food but not great to order from.

Man who served me at lunchtime on 9 June was incredibly rude and very slow. The roll was awful and tasteless and was overcooked. Subway is not what it used to be. Will not be back.

This branch has improved alot recently. Last three times I've been (in day over last month) There's a friendly guy works there who's also very efficient. The new vegan wrap is excellent, as are many of the new ingredients

Just entered Subway that should be open til 3am according to Google, its now 11:30pm and we have been refused service. Please rectify immediately!

Ordered here a couple of times, staff behind the counter was friendly. Although was not 100% on the Salad in the tubs on both occasions. Good as a lunch option.

Excellent value. Don't forget you can have a salad bowl - very healthy. Also use your sibcard or App on phone to collect points every purchase. Get a free meal with your points after a few visits.

Kieran during the late night /early morning shift on a Friday night/Saturday morning was delightful. Subway should employ more Kieran's for the day shifts, compared to the normal miserable incoherent staff members rallied together for the day. Night shift Kieran is an honest friendly subway representative that made me happy about buying a sandwich.

Nice food, really bad service ! I would change the staff members and explained to the new team how to be polite with customers, especially the day to day costumers !

Store seemed clean and presentable. However as I proceeded to enter I noticed two members of staff sitting down and one of them who served decided to stop eating where sitting and licked his fingers before slapping on a cheap glove. Friendly guy but was very off putting as u don't want saliva subways. My partner was adamant he had washed hands but I didn't clock that part. Store very quiet and bread wasn't the greatest after being heated up. I prefer the Shoreham branch to here, except tonight Shoreham ran out of bread..

Ordered via JustEat, the order was late. Item missing off the order. Called and the woman was rude and hung up stating she was too busy, when reporting the missing item

Hands down the worst subway I've ever eaten. Bread was stale and the staff were miserable as ever. Door at the front doesn't fit properly, a real sub-par experience!

I will always rate this as my favourite Subway in local area, staff are always great, Inga who works here as sandwich artist Is always very helpful and always smiling, despite being obviously overworked, why management allow one person to work on their own in an obviously busy time, is amazing, food quality always good, always asked what I would Like, I love Subway because it is my choice what ingredients are put in my sandwich, keep up the good work, but bosses, give you staff some help, THEY make this Subway stand out.

Nice staff. Nice food. Slightly better than most subways, imo.
