Pizza Express in Brighton and Hove

Muy rara vez escribo comentarios, ya que normalmente abordaré cualquier problema, pero tenía un tren que coger. Mi hija y yo vinimos a almorzar ayer y el servicio no era genial - nuestra camarera - aunque amable - pasó mucho tiempo en su teléfono y estaba tomando selfies de sí misma. Tuve que llamar la atención de otra dama para tomar mi orden. Mi hija adolescente pidió en el menú infantil ya que tiene autismo y quería boloñesa - esto podría haberse ofrecido como una porción adulta? De todos modos, disfrutó de la comida y estaba deseando su brownie - la porción más pequeña llegó en el plato más minúsculo, y lo que quedaba de ella parecía que había sido hackeado hasta la muerte - no había guarnición para acompañarlo. Luego vimos a la camarera cortar lo que quedaba del brownie de mi hija y repartirlo - ¡esto nos causó diversión! Sin embargo, no es realmente aceptable - podría haber comido en la hiedra por el mismo precio que pagué y recibí mucho mejor servicio.

Esta fue una experiencia muy agradable. El servicio, la comida y el personal no podrían ser mejores y disfruté de mi velada, pero para una pareja que sintió que era necesario ser grosero e irrespetuoso no solo con el personal de mesa, sino con el gerente. Obtuvieron lo que querían comida gratis, pero la forma en que el personal lo manejó no fue más que profesional. Desafortunadamente, algunas personas no tienen en cuenta lo que se necesita para estar en la industria de la hospitalidad. Quítate el sombrero ante el miembro del personal (lo siento, pero era de Polonia) que permaneció almeja y trató a la pareja muy grosera con un nivel de respeto que no se merecían. Y en cuanto al gerente, cómo mantuviste la compostura, no estoy seguro, pero lo hiciste. A todos los aspectos de este establecimiento, usted hace un gran trabajo y recomendaría completamente su establecimiento a cualquiera. Sigue con el buen trabajo, está realmente rico - gracias.

He estado en muchos restaurantes de pizza express y tengo que decir que esta es la mejor experiencia que he tenido. Las pizzas fueron las mejores que he probado en un pizza express. El personal era muy amable, sin duda volveré a este en Brighton

Tomé una ensalada de pollo y mi compañero tenía pasta. Las comidas fueron decepcionantes. El vino tinto de la casa era prácticamente imposible de beber. Y la cuenta llegó a más de £ 50. ¡No iremos allí de nuevo!

always consistently good here and if they make a mistake are quick to rectify and apologise very friendly staff always attentive and very polite . Take advantage of the deals on voucher cloud Me and my friends eat here regularly and always have a great time

Ottimo ristorante, trovato per caso la sera del 31.12! Da padrone cordialità gentilezza e simpatia del personale. Molto buone le pietanze provate.

Le personnel est hyper hyper hyper sympa. Nous avons été chaleureusement servis par une serveuse pétillante et gentille comme tout.Les caprices des estomacs difficiles ont été satisfaits sans une remarque.Les dough balls, légendes locales, sont incontournables. Quant à la meilleure pizza... nous en avons pris 5 différentes et toutes les assiettes étaient vides. Aussi, choisissez les yeux fermés !

Would expect similar service from all pizza express restaurants, however the Brighton franchise is very slow with service and the restaurant was slightly run down. However would not criticise the general customer service as all waiters/waitresses and polite. The food was good, similar to what it is like at most pizza express restaurants. I wouldn't come to the Brighton one again, as there are so many restaurants I still need to try but overall was satisfied with my experience.

Valoro positivamente que pudimos cenar tarde. Otros restaurantes amablemente nos invitaban a marchar por la hora. Pizza muy buena. Camarero eficiente. Lugar situado en plena zona de marcha en Brighton. Precio quizás un poco elevado, pero repito, pizza muy buena.

Прекрасное место, чтобы плотно поесть семье с детьми. Достаточно недорого для Британии. Сетевой ресторан, где знаешь чего ожидать. Рекомендую пиццу Romana Padana с кармелизованным луком и Sanpellegrino Aranciata Rossa

Pour une sortie imprévue, un arrêt pour une bonne pizza, sourire de service et addition très correcte.Simple et évident!

It was my first time in pizza express and i think also my last!!! the food is so chainy that I felt like I was eating a pizza bought in a supermarket and eating it at home...I personally found the food serving absolutely indecent...good bye pizza express!!

Fuimos a comer un grupo de amigos, y pedimos cada uno un plato. Con el mío (una pizza Il Padrino) se equivocaron, y me trajeron un calzone vegetariano. Me pidieron mil disculpas, me invitaron a una cerveza y además nos dejaron el calzone para que lo comiéramos entre todos, gratis, por supuesto. Las pizzas y lasañas que pedimos estaban bastante bien, sin llegar a la excelencia, pero de las mejores que he probado en un local de comida rápida. Muy recomendable.

Pour une sortie sans prétention c est impeccable. Les pizzas sont bonnes, entièrement faites maison sous vos yeux , les recettes sortent un peu de l ordinaire. Les enfants sont choyés c est très appréciable. Notre serveuse, kathy fait parfaitement son boulot, le reste de l'équipe aussiÀ recommander +++

A Atmosfera do restaurante é excelente, o atendimento perfeito e a vista da Marina maravilhosa. A Ceaser Chiken Salad estava excelente. O sorvete de framboesa com palitos de chocolate deliciosos.

É um local para se fazer um lanche rápido. Uma pizza boa e o atendimento é bom. Recomendo para se fazer um lanche sem muita pretensão

Visited this place last week some old school friends for a catch up.One of the girls had a voucher that we were all allowed to use there was no hassle about us all using it.We were put in a good are as one girl had a baby and buggy and space was needed.We had starters, main, and desserts and a couple of bottles of wine.All of which was good. The food was tasty and fresh. The best part of this visit ? for me it was the fact that we arrived at 1.30 and left at 5.30 and we were not hassled by the staff, they were content to leave us to chat and laugh. We have met in some places and been rushed out the door.Good food, and great staff make for a return trip

Se siete a brighton e volete mangiare della buona pizza, spendendo poco, questo è il posto giusto! Nel centro della città, ma silenzioso. Le pizze sono buone e se scegli di fare il buffet, per poche sterline, mangi tutta la pizza che vuoi (sempre calda e prontamente riassortita). Il servizio a volte è un po'lento e sbadato, ma credo per la stanchezza e non per menefreghismo. Comunque lo consiglio.P.s.Tutte le pizzerie hanno vari tipi di farina, per accontentare tutti.

Ate here back in August for a bank holiday. We ordered Garlic Bread with Mozzarella Cheese, Thin Crust Americano Pizza with beselmel sauce, Chicken Ceasar Salad and Diet Coke and Still Water. Service was slow, though the restaurant was busy. Food came. Starter for the Garlic Bread was fine. The main course was anything but fine. Pizza was raw, and was sent back, along with the salad which used lettuce which was clearly old and going off. Second time around, the food came back exactly the same. As a result, we didn't want to risk a third time, so left without paying as we refused to pay for rubbish food. When I complained I was told the lettuce was wet, like I am an idiot who doesn't know the difference between wetness and lettuce going off. I pointed this out to the person at the restaurant. I fed back my complaint to Pizza Express and the manager called me. He offered me a meal at Brighton which I rarely go to rather than the customary vouchers and said that staff have been told and been updated on preparing fresh lettuce. I am not really impressed. This is one of the worst Pizza Expresses within the Gondola Group. Avoid. Brighton has more choice to offer anyway.
