"Dining alone can sometimes feel a little less exciting, but this was definitely a step above the usual! The welcome was so warm, and Robin was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my meal, as was her colleague. And the food? Well, it's what you'd hope for – simply superb!" Merci!

No idea what the food is like because we waited at an outside table for 15 minutes. Eventually gave up and went inside to order and was told to sit back outside and someone would come out. Another 5 minutes passed so gave up and left. There was only about 6 customers inside so not as though they were busy.
Crap service.
Alcampo Lounge is one of those places you keep coming back to not just for the great food and drinks, but for the people who make the place feel special. Special shout out to Robbie and Joe who always go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome as well as the rest of the staff tbh. They're friendly, attentive, and really add to the overall vibe. The whole team is lovely, consistently warm and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed and quirky in the best way, with comfy seating and a great playlist in the background. Whether you’re grabbing brunch, coffee, or cocktails, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!
Had a beautiful breakfast and coffee with my son the other day. Best I've had in the longest time so will definitely be passing through again next time I'm in Brighton. Give thanks to all the staff 🙏

Just back from an excellent 2 room, 2 night stay at this Premier Inn Hotel. My room 518 was the largest standard room I've ever had in any Premier Inn. The cost for the 2 nights was £131 for each room. We booked around 2 months ago. Each room was very clean and tidy. All equipment worked perfectly. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is great for the seafront, as well as The Lanes, Pavilion and 360 tower event. I'm rating this 5 stars due to the staff. 2 exceptionally friendly members , Fred Jennings and Oliver Roberts, welcomed us upon arrival at Check-in, and were our dinner host/servers for both nights of our stay too (we had a 2 night meal deal) They are great ambassadors. Highly efficient, attentive and good fun too. Please pass on our thanks, and hope to see them again.
