The best restaurants in St. Peter's and North Laine Brighton and Hove South East

Extremely disappointing. Spent £50 on a large takeaway order. The 2 orders of large special fried rice were just steamed rice and had barely any meat (just a few little pieces dotted thoughout). The chicken balls were big, but the batter was undercooked. The batter on the lemon chicken was soggy and the meat was dry and the sauce tasted like washing up liquid. The 2 curries were ok but didn't have much meat. The only nice part was the BBQ ribs.

Después de haber escuchado mucho bombo por este lugar, finalmente tuve la oportunidad de probarlo, mientras hacía algunas compras en las rebajas de enero. Tenía la casa hamburguesa y patatas fritas. Fue muy agradable y caliente! La empanada de hamburguesa parecía de picante y queso de alta calidad y las patatas fritas estaban perfectamente cocidas y calientes y crujientes. El servicio y el precio es la única razón por la que no califico 5. Yo diría que 3. 5 si pudiera pero la comida era EXCELENTE. El servicio es prácticamente inexistente, ya que es un lugar de comida rápida. Sin embargo, ni siquiera eran rápidos cocinándolo. Esperamos casi 20 minutos, y aunque no tan caro como cinco chicos, todavía era mucho para una hamburguesa con patatas fritas. ¡Probablemente vuelva! Pero ten en cuenta que si no tienes mucho tiempo, el taxi les tomará tiempo cocinarlo.

Staff very pleasant but the food is dreadful- do you still make your sandwiches fresh every morning? The bread tastes so stale and also soggy at the same time- how long have these sandwiches been sitting out for? You can’t charge premium prices for what you’re selling

Awful takes over an hour to deliver food and no way of getting in touch with restaurant and food isn’t great!

The hotpot is delicious compared to other Chinese restaurants in Brighton and Hove. I always come there.The stir-fry dishes is also good.

Went in Jan for a birthday lunch, the food was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious! Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely outside section which is very large and clean.

Love this place. Staff are friendly and helpful. They clear your plates quick time. Will sort out birthday cakes and play birthday music for you if requested. No complaints.

Came here on Saturday, 12th April. Every single member of the bar staff was so nice and friendly. (I was there on my own as my party had left early!) I had a great time in this place. The DJ was awesome as well. Recommend to all. 😍

Very slow and inattentive service, especially when place was nearly empty. Food good nothing out of the ordinary but also add a 15% service charge which is ridiculous considering the service we were given.

This place is great. Cocktails are really reasonably priced (£6 each if you download the app) atmosphere is good and small plates are great for sharing. Will definitely be back.

Sándwiches y bebidas bastante agradables pero mesas sucias, polvo / suciedad espeso en zócalos y repisas. Piso sucio. Como estaba ocupado y no quería hacer cola de nuevo, limpié la mesa yo mismo con gel de mano y servilletas de papel. Dejé de ir en cualquier Café Nero poco después de pandemia ya que noté que, como cadena, no eran buenos limpiando. Lamento mi decisión de ir al Brighton hoy.

Great food and taste! Had soups as didn’t want huge amount but they were tasty and filling. Will go again!

Second time visiting for lunch. Delightful healthy fresh options. Staff happy and attentive, very clean worth a visit.

On arriving staff pleasant enough and acknowledge we were sitting next to the door that was an issue. During the 45 minutes we were there we had to close the door after ever customer in and out which was extremely annoying as the cold draft was bitter and made the stay uncomfortable. The worst thing was ever the staff left it wide open each time they used it, I did challenge one staff member who left it wide open and the reply was, we always leave it open which j thought was extremely inconsiderate given they acknowledge wd were dityunv by the faculty door. Would never recommend the small batch Co to anyone as staff are very none customer friendly nor focused.
