Me encantó la hamburguesa y aún más el hecho de que estaba en un bollo sin gluten. Soy un enfermo celíaco y esta es la primera vez en 10 años que encuentro una hamburguesería de comida rápida que puede atenderme. El personal era "en la pelota" y servicial.

No comas aquí si tienes alergias. Terminé en A&E. Cuando intenté discutir con ellos después lo que había pasado, solo trataron de cubrirse las espaldas en lugar de identificar dónde se habían deslizado.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. My chicken burger and milkshake came quickly and were absolutely delicious! The staff member Theo helped me access the wi-fi as I was eating in, and was very friendly throughout my whole dining experience. Highly recommend a visit to anyone looking for a quality bit of grub! 10/10

Their burgers are excellent, possibly the best in Brighton, but whilst they use Just Eats for their delivery partners the service is appalling. I ordered delivery Smashburgers many times when they were delivered by Deliveroo and never had a problem. On two of the four or five occasions I have ordered delivery burgers since they switched to Just Eats they have delivered the wrong order. Last night was exceptionally bad. When I realised we had been given the wrong delivery I called Smashburger and they confirmed the rider had picked up the wrong bag but assured me my order would be delivered shortly. Twenty minutes later I called again and Conor told me that I would not be getting my order as Just Eats had refused to deliver it. Thanks for the warning Conor. Lucky I called as I could have been waiting longer. Conor told me that I should use the Just Eats app to ask for a refund, which I have. I think in the circumstances Conor and his team should hastily find another way of delivering their food, maybe a taxi at their expense?.. rather than leaving their customers hanging. I shall endeavour to contact the management of Smashburger in the week for a constructive chat. Whilst they continue to use Just Eats as their delivery partner I will be a very reluctant customer.

I would not have gone in had it not been for the first review we read. And they lived up to the recommendation ++ 1 Happy carnivore fed, delicious food, brilliant staff. I felt completely welcomed!

The lady Debby that served me was so nice and helpful, 5 stars for service, I hope her bosses appreciate her, and the food was excellent.

They managed gluten and dairy free no problem and dodnt male me feel i was a hassle. Staff were super nice and accommodating to our picky needs. Big portions and generous chip portions - really impressed. It was a quiet time tho

I went at a time nobody was there so very quite, the bread in the burger came completely cold, so I asked the waiter to warm it up, she came back 5m later saying they couldn't do anything as it went through all the process already, so basically 5m later I had even a colder burger. Seriously you couldn't take the top off and put it in the grill for 30secs? Will never come again. And that was with me be the only one in the shop, imagine when they're busy..

Felt very let down after travelling up with friends especially to eat at smash burger which advertises as being open until 10pm, we arrived at just before 9:30 and found a shut restaurant with staff inside that told us the manager had decided to shut early tonight. Left with a very hungry set of friends and family that were very let down by this experience.

I went to smash burger with my fiancé to give it a try we ordered, quite expensive but thought it must be worth it, we were told we would need to wait 30 minutes to get our meal. 45 minutes later we asked how long and was told at least 15 minutes as takeaways get priority. So people at home can phone up and their order takes priority over someone sitting in the restaurant. Almost 55 minutes after ordering we asked for a refund and left and won't be returning ever absolutely ridicules.

Me and my pals tried this place on a Monday They gave us more loaded Frys then we could ever have eaten amazing cheese n bacon covered things they are. Then the burgers THE BURGERS 10/10 Juicy,seasoned, Perfect 🥰 If your not there already you best get going

The burger and fries was tasty and very affordable. The kids meal was £5.50 and was even adequate for an adult. Soft Drinks aplenty. Nice place to eat in. Friendly staff and good service. Easily accessible from North Street and in the City Centre

Love this burger place full of flavour and that brioche bun is delicious, they chips are nice too especially the one with herbs and olive oil, nice thick milkshakes too and their sides are delicious too.

The queue was very long downstairs so ordered to table using website but the food took half an hour to come. It is very nice food but quite expensive for what it is.

Food was nice. What totally let this place down was the staff members sloppy attitude to hygiene. No hand soap in any of their 3 toilets. Having tried all three, one of their taps were running on full, I tried to turn it off but it was too stiff. I told the front of house staff member of the lack of soap and the running tap and she told me she knew about both but looked unwilling to do anything about it. If they want more than one star from me then they need to sort out their facilities. I had to wash my hands in their kitchen area, not ideal to say the least. A family member recommended the place and felt the need to apologise following that experience. Your guests shouldn't be embarrassed about recommending your business, shame on your staff for not addressing the two very basic issues. Brighton and Hove health and hygiene team must be very sloppy for giving you 5 hygiene stars.

I cannot thank the Brighton smashburger staff enough, especially Craig and Myrtle who came to the rescue when I needed 80 burgers and chips for a work event that included vegan and gluten free versions. They worked out how best for me to place the orders online in batches and then the team worked flat out to get it all ready intime for me to collect. wonderful friendly and super helpful service but also their burgers are delicious, we will definately be ordering again soon.

We just wanted to grab something quickly as we arrived to Brighton very hungry. As we always like to try new places we decided to go to Smash burger as around were just well known restaurant chains. I had veggie burger with portobello mushroom and avocado and my boyfriend ordered chicken burger with blue cheese, salad with egg, bacon and cheese. On the site rosemary fries with olive oil and some other little fried potato croquettes. My burger/sandwich had tasty whole grain bun which was probably the best part of it :( The other burger was overpowered by blue cheese and you couldn’t really taste anything else. Fries were very yellow and soaked in the oil, we prefer our fries golden and crunchy! Salad was the best - I wish I would take big version of it and that’s it:) Overall average ratings as I would definitely have the salad again anytime but wouldn’t have probably anything else! Also extra star for very lovely girl welcoming us with big smile and ensuring that we aware of seats upstairs and also we need to order at the counter⭐️ ps: for drink have a beer as they will give you awesome frozen pint

Trovato per caso mentre camminavo devo dire che sono stato molto fortunato. Il locale è molto carino, si ordina, ci si mette seduti e quando il cibo è pronto viene il cameriere a portarlo al tavolo. L' hamburger era veramente ottimo, cotto bene con ingredienti buonissimi, ho preso anche le patatine dolci, erano deliziose le consiglio. Mi è piaciuto inoltre moltissimo il fatto che da bere si paga il bicchiere e poi si riempie alla macchina automatica quante volte si vuole.

Nipped in here with my daughter during a shopping trip, and wow! We're already planning our next trip. We had a childrens meal plus a chocolate milkshake (meaning i had the juice that came with her meal, saving a few quid!) and I had a mushroom truffle swiss burger that was out of this world... I shared my daughters chips and there were plenty to go around, we got a seat looking out onto the street so we could do some people watching (always so good in Brighton!). If i was really pushed to criticise I would say it wasn't *as* quick as it could have been (we were happy chatting so it wasn't an issue, but might be if you were on your lunch break), and we had to ask for the apple juice as it didn't arrive with our meal... The toilet (there is only one) could have been cleaner, if i'm honest... but the food was amazing, and we'll be back!

Avevo voglia di un burger e in questo fast-food lo pubblicizzano bene così ho voluto provare. Il posto è carino, pulito, il personale è gentile. Il servizio è stato veloce. Ho preso un bacon cheeseburger. Si possono scegliere i burger in diversi formati, piccolo, medio, grande. Io per non esagerare l'ho preso medio! Il prezzo, alto rispetto hai fast food commerciali, dovrebbe essere giustificato dalla qualità delle materie prime. Io l'ho trovato troppo piccolo rispetto al prezzo e per essere "medio", la carne era buona ma troppo cotta. Nel complesso il sapore era buono comunque. Ma se dovessi tornarci prenderei il doppio o triplo strato di carne :-))))

I ordered from here via deliveroo. We had a large portion of smash fries, the stilton burger and the goats cheese burger. Everything was disappointing. All of the food was cold, there was barely any cheese in either of the burgers to the point that my husband couldn't taste the Stilton in his. As I ordered his as a surprise and Stilton being such a strong flavour I think that goes to show how little, if any, was in it. The chips were cold. The only positives I can say are that the smash fries had a good flavour, despite being cold, and we had a free milkshake. We will not be ordering from there again and I won't be eating in either as the price is about 4x higher than the quality. I would steer clear!

We’ve long since reached peak burger and Brighton is absolutely loaded with choices on that front. Which makes Smash burger a bit redundant really, pitched as it is somewhere between Burger King on one side and the likes of Patty & Bun or MEATliquor on the other.

Wow! Just loved those burgers. We bought the cheese burger and the bacon burger and they were just great. Service was perfect. Only had to wait a few minutes before they were ready.

They were offering a meal deal (for around £6.95) burger, fries, cold drink, which made it reasonable. Sadly, no longer.

Had never been here before Saturday night. Just needed to grab a quick bite before meeting friends for a few drinks. Excellent burger, very nice fries and you can get a beer with your order. Top Drawer. Friendly efficient service. You have my burger business when in Brighton from this point on.

My burger with stilton and bacon and chips came to 16 quid with a drink. I think that's exorbitant for an ok burger in a fast food restaurant. There's better burgers out there for less. Considering I ordered a large, it wasn't even a generous portion for the price.

Blonde boy working at the till was uninterested in serving us, seemed bored and like it was annoying we bothered him, was short with us all, and when we asked to order milkshake he said no it's broken.. but when we got back to our table the people next to us had milkshake so we just asked another server who made it for us. He was also sniffing constantly - for what reason I don't know. The last one of us to order wanted haystack onions in the burger which the previous orders also had and I was told they probably didn't have enough but he could ask if I wanted.. which I did and it turned out they did have them. Also when asked what the smash sauce is like he didn't know. Chicken burger had multiple bloody veins in it but other than that the food tasted really good although small portions for the price with poor service.

The burger comes with very delicious beef however it is not big enough , it is like designed on the purpose to order another one . The chips are very skinny so you can't call them French fries .My ex was French and she wants skinny . Overall I Will advise you to try it but the price is a bit too much for that size of burger , I could have two burgers with that price . And also prepare for the tax , it is like bloody American style , they charging us tax in our soil .

I'm not usually a burger eater, and I'd never heard of this chain before, so i decided to give it a go. Staff were friendly and helpful to a n00b like me, and I soon found myself with a huge burger and sweet potato fries. It was so tasty and filling that I didn't actually eat anything else for the rest of the day. I'd recommend, but only if you're REALLY hungry.

I go there every now and then and I am satisfied every time I eat there. The burgers are made freshly and you can get troufle mayo there so no cheap burgers. The soft drinks are refill as many times as you want. And the atmosphere is great. Kind of like an old American diner.

Don't get me wrong, my meal was enjoyable! I had the truffle mushroom burger and it was simple but tasty. However, I think that the price is a bit much for a chain restaurant. I'm willing to spend a bit more for independent burger places with local ingredients such as Burger Brothers, Trolls Pantry and Sidekick. The menu is quite limited, my friend got the only other burger on the menu that appealed to me. A Mexican burger. I tried a bite and wasn't really a fan in the end. Although it wasn't a bad experience by any means, I don't think I'll ever be returning.

I dropped into this new burger restaurant before a meeting and was very impressed with the customer service and the overall experience of the venue. The fact that they give you the rest of the milkshake to top up was a nice touch and the shake itself was delicious being made from Haagen Dazs ice cream. Being greeted at by the door was also something that sets this place apart from other fast food restaurants and I should imagine the buzzer they give you will come in handy when it gets busy. I did find it a little costly and more in line with 5 Guys but the burgers are better tasting than a Burger King or a McDonalds. I've given it a 4 out of 5 due to the taste of the burger and service, if these factors weren't there ... because of the price of the burger and shake, it would have been a 3. I will definitely be visiting them again the next time I'm in the city Centre and I highly recommend you try this place as you will enjoy the experience and find their burgers expensive but delicious.
