Pizza Hot Express (Brighton) in Brighton and Hove

Ordered around 12.50, after my order didnt accept for half an hour i called them up to figure out if it had accepted or if i had to make other arrangements for food. As i called up i asked if my order had been accepted or declined and I was told that my order would be refunded if it was rejected, I then asked if it had been rejected to have the person on the phone repeat himself before hanging up. horrendous customer service.

Very delicious pizza's delivered each time I order through Just eat. Once I received it late, but I thought it would not be delivered. So I left a review that food was not delivered, but then I received it. Thanks to the restaurant owner, for all his efforts, really happy to order with you every time. 5 stars food quality 👍

Absolute jokers, 3 hours wait time for stone cold pizza and no drink, avoid

Poor costumer service, order was cancelled after waiting almost an hour because they didn't have a driver but was still charged for the order, and was told to wait a day for the refund.

Ordered delivery through website, food came 10 minutes earlier than expected, tastes amazing.

Worst takeaway go in order through Deliveroo didn’t turn up, tried calling the restaurant they purposely switch the phone off if you want to lose an excess of £30, then go ahead and use this place

Walked in and tried to order one night and the guy didn’t understand a word of what I was saying so had to leave. Went back and was ok pizza but wouldn’t bother again

This pizza gets the Alex vote of approval, but I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him. Thin crust is decent though! Go for the carribean tuna, you won't regret it.

best pizza i’ve had for a reasonable price

Walked in at 9pm, nobody else in there. Guy serving immediately looked unhappy we'd walked in. We asked if he was still open he said yes, we asked if we could order one pizza. He said it was going to be about 20 minutes we said okay thats no problem. Then he just stood and stared at us. We were like - okay so can we order it? Then he just started saying 'bus. bus. bus' to us. We asked him what he meant and he just laughed at us and said nothing else. We ended up just walking out and going around the corner to one of the other food places that actually want to serve you. Considering they don't close until 2am, not sure why he acted like us wanting to have food was the worst thing in the world? He lost business because of his rude attitude. The place looks filthy anyway. Don't bother going.

I’ve been waiting to hear back from Just Eat who said they’d refund me for the awful service and quality of food for over a month now. I’ve got photos of the food which went straight in the bin because it was cold, hard and disgusting after originally being delivered someone else’s order and phoning them to be repeatedly told “do not touch the food” and hear the driver being phoned in the background and shouted at for his mix up. So many problems here, hygiene being a main one! But where is my refund, Just Eat?
