The bread they sent was totally stale

It's a perfect subway bite. Friendly staff. Good sitting place.

Staff always polite and patient regardless of them always being very busy with both instore customers and deliveries. Is a nice place for me to come and sit and eat lunch I feel very relaxed here.

Disappointed with the service and the way issues were dealt with and the communication from the staff and between them. The artist didn't listen to the requirements at all and made the wrong sandwich even as I was saying it over and over that he was putting in the wrong ingredients which is a serious food safety issue and had to make a complaint to remake the sandwich which I initially paid for. They were rude to each other as well as when communicating either Customers. Only caught one name Uday and I am not sure who the other one was.

Guaranteed to get exactly what you want and how you like it. Really friendly and easy to talk to.

The worst food. They gave me stone cold cheese bites and the cheese / garlic slice was disgusting. Worst takeaway I ever had and I’ve had takeaways in Scotland

Choose your own bread, fillings, etc..... Its nice to have so many options, in front of you, to choose from! Meal deals, too!... I recommend the meatball marinara... Foot-long, of course!! 😂

Went in for a vegetarian sandwich, saw member of staff drop a piece of cheese on the salami then put it back in with the cheese. Disgusting..

not faulting any of the girls who work here in anyway , my issues is more is the manager who stands around drinking sodas and calling people on his phone half the time, then occasionally towers over the girls to try pinpoint faults, just looks bad on the manager that hes the most lazy one out of the entire shop yet is so quick with criticism - poor show

A top rate subway. The salad and baguette was very well cooked and laid out.

I had a wonderful tuna salad as I can't eat your bread ,GF service was great in Hove.

I recieved Chicken tikka via deliveroo with almost burned bread taste was really unpleasant.👎👎

Having tried all the local subways the hove branch in my opinion is far superior to the others , always super fresh salads & meats, with very generous portions and super friendly staff, highly recommended:-)

For a subway I actually enjoyed.my purchase.. Tasted fresh, wasn't dried out and overall a great product. If kept.like this I would highly.recommend but being subway it's a take or leave scenario....

Really well packed and prepared sandwiches, one of the only Subways I've ever been in where the drinks machine actually has flavour, and the staff are very friendly :) real assets to the owner

How dose it work, standing in a queue as a first person to be served but a lady comes after but getting served before than you! What a great service, would be great if you guys respect customers as law requires, So next time I'll send a woman to get my food then! What a great suff, really

Food good service could have been better perhaps they could listen to the customers order instead of walking off to chat to the other staff then come back and ask again what your order was.

Good place for a bread treat. Very wide selection of toppings that you want to create. Every thing is fresh as it's most important point. Various variety of subs to choose. Would recommend if you want a good filling sub for lunch with a health fresh food theme.

Love the footlong and even a better deal with the offers currently around - £10 for two footlong plus 2 drinks and 2 cookies or crisps (groupon). The thing about Subway is that you know what you are getting. It's tasty, freshly prepared food at reasonable prices. There are often deals around and I see that some Subway's have just announced offering people that are homeless, free food between 3-5pm. Well done Subway! Whenever I go I enjoy the experience. I hope you do too. My favourite is tuna and cheese! The the meatball sub seems very popular.

for vegetarians it becomes repetitive but like the bread salad sauces that one can choose and with vouchers it really is very cheap...

The food was good but quiet overstuffed, the bread was filled to the brim with salad and there was a lack of meat.

Says it's open till 12am yet at 10:10pm it's closed and is not open until 3am because I went there at 12am and it was closed SORT IT OUT

The guy that works here is the best, always interacting with the customers with a good sense of humour, the best subway employee in Brighton by far.

Massively wrong order despite phoning up after ordering online to make sure it was correct, after being hung up on the first time. Ten quid for absolute rubbish!

Mega melt (breakfast roll) with coffee or tea only £3. Up to 11am. Salad bowls good value and healthy.

Subway is always great. Your making your own. On weekends open till 3am. Good for a bite after clubbing

Metro es Metro, es consistentemente una tienda de bocadillos un poco pijo. Es razonable el personal es amable y eficiente. Este es el único que tengo que decir es cuidado con las gaviotas que tuve que literalmente tomó una de mis manos. Mantenerlos cubiertos. x

Lo que es agradable sobre metro está bien me gusta un montón de vegetariano. Esto está disponible en cualquier metro - son un precio controlado y cobran lo mismo en todos los metros. Naturalmente he comido aquí quisiera darles 100 / 100. Ningún problema es agradable!

Very poor. Everything tastes the way the shop smells. The bread they use is the worst thing about it.

I regularly visit this branch of subway to get a salad and drink for £3.00 - it's an absolute bargain and the staff are great.

I like Subway for their vegetarian pattie subsbut it really does depend on the individual server whether you get a product that is not defiled by meat cross contamination. I sometimes watch in horror as the server neglects to change his or her gloves after making a meat sub previously. Then there might be flecks of meat on the work surface that the vegetable pattie is placed on or near. Usually, but not always, they use a separate knife to cut the pattie sub in half.
