The best restaurants in St. Peter's and North Laine Brighton and Hove South East

100/100 it was that good I went back two days in a row. They make everything from scratch. My choice was cream cheese and salmon. Outside of the states this is the best bagel shop I’ve ever come across!

Regular stop for Albion fans for many years on the way back to the station after a couple of post match pints. Always busy.

Cam with friends, I had an iced coffee was ok but could barely taste the coffee in it, had a chocolate muffin as well. Very friendly staff but over priced

First time coming here I got the number 2 my food came wasn’t impressed one bit gave it ago as I’ll never judge before trying I ate 1 sausage and half an egg I picked up the bacon and the amount of grease was flooding my plate it soaked 3 tissues I also picked up my hash brown and it completely fell apart because of the grease it had been sitting in I’m never the one to complain I took the breakfast back and said I couldn’t eat it as the amount of grease that was on my plate the lady was so rude and told me if i don’t like it I shouldn’t get bacon and also tried saying it was the tomato juice and not grease proceeded to be really rude and not understanding at all I told them I would pay for the sausage I ate and half the egg and still tried charging me £5.30 I wasn’t getting anywhere so I just paid it I understand it’s not nice hearing complains but there was no would you like something else or would you like me to refund you not even a sorry I’m really unhappy with the service and food would not recommend!

My friend attended this cafe on the 4th of June in the Lanes in Brighton, she was served by a vile woman who made it clear she was opposed to serving black women. She was rude from the get go, even though my friend was perfectly polite and only wanted a vegan cake. When she was served she slammed the cake on the table with complete disregard of customer service, and apologised to the white woman who was being served next in the line, implying that my friend had done something wrong, when all she had done was attempt to study in a cafe as a person of colour. This behaviour should be regarded as unacceptable and hope the staff will find a way to correct this issue.

Tasty burrito at Glastonbury but very small and expensive, mostly wrap, and pretty light weight

we stopped off here to get somethingfor our dinnwr and a coffee which as always is very good and staff very friendly

I would give 3 1/2 overall as the sundaes was good for the price, we found the service was slightly slow even with few people sitting down. Tea bag was left in in the mug as well

Worst chicken tikka masala I've ever had!! The gravy tasted like coconut and nothing like tikka masala. This is definitely not Indian food!

Poked our heads in the Sussex Yeoman as we were exploring Brighton and had such a warm welcome and entertaining conversation at the bar with the owner, Magda. She’s recently taken over and renovated the place, offering a fresh alternative to the other pubs in the area. Go check it out!

Despite living round the corner, I'd never been to Caxton Arms, until I urgently found myself needing a place to host a 30th birthday party. I'm glad we booked a room and buffet here. The manager is open and friendly, the pub has a good atmosphere and nice outdoor space, and all the bar staff were great too. As for the buffet, which was fairly priced, one of the barmaids said it's better than food she's seen served at weddings. I don't eat much fish, but everyone who does loved the whitebait.

As a local hongkonger this place is so authentic! Highly reccomend. Great food great service

I recently visited Taco Bell, and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable vibe, perfect for a casual meal. Highly recommend Taco Bell for a quick and tasty bite!
