Always spot on wouldn't use any one else.

all dishes ordered were feel like sweet dish. No traditional recipe followed . Would never recommend to anyone. Before ordering pls call them and tell them that you need authentic Indian spicy food else you will get all sweet food .

Ordered a few times when in Brighton and food as always was hot & delicious but unfortunately quality of popadoms was not, they were poor at best, not fresh & not fit to eat. Food also arrived 30 mins early, not a big issue as we were home but could have been. Having said that the main meals & starter were excellent.

Ordered a couple spicy dishes and wasn't spicy at all. Had no spice to either dish. Chicken pakoras were really good. Was first time ordering from here. don't think will do again will go back to other restaurant we normally use. chicken in the currys was nice, Just lack of flavour. delivery driver was really kind and happy.

Ordered a biriany but no veggie curry included. Never had a biriany without a veggie curry being standard. My other half said she had very little meat in her curry. That said the food tasted good.

I must say the delivery time was great, but the food itself was awful. The Chicken Chatt was more like mush covered in yoghurt and tasted sickly. The Chicken Korai was tasteless and there was more onion than chicken. The colour was a deep red and I have to ask whether they actually taste their food. Very disappointed.

Worst chicken tikka masala I've ever had!! The gravy tasted like coconut and nothing like tikka masala. This is definitely not Indian food!

Would normally recommend, but on this occasion definitely not. Food was cold, aloo gobi had 1 bit of cauliflower rest was potatoes, didn't seem like full portion in any dish we had. Definitely not there normal standard.

Fabulous: we had vegetable pasanda, duck dansak, pilau rice, sag paneer and onion bhajis. The bhaji were a little on the dry side, but we enjoyed every mouth of everything else.

Fui con un amigo y me senté en el restaurante. El servicio estaba bien, la comida estaba bien, toda la comida y la experiencia fue bastante agobiante. Era fin de semana, pero no había mucha gente y no había ambiente. En cuanto a la comida, nuestros currys tenían una cantidad inusual de cebolla y tomates. Mi ajo naan no estaba lo suficientemente cocinado para mi gusto. Nos fuimos de acuerdo en que no podíamos encontrar ninguna razón para volver tristemente.

Just ordered the Uber eats. Worst taste ever I had. Too much of colouring in food. Not healthy and not even close to the Indian taste as well. Waste of time Waste of money. Never recommend to anyone and will not order definitely.

Me and my partner come to this restaurant often and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a curry. The best food, good prices and lovely atmosphere.

Worst dining experience in a long time. Food was okay, mediocre, wouldn't rave about it to anyone. However, service was terrible! Felt rushed, uncomfortable, passive aggressive staff, food tried to be cleared before finished. Towards end of meal, taking a rest, asked if we wanted to take the food home. Said yes because of atmosphere, foil takeaway tins followed on the table for us to pack it up ourselves. Waiters moody and unwelcoming throughout. Not worth the money or the time. Extremely disappointed. Advise others to try somewhere else

Uber eated from this establishment (if I can can call it that) Who puts cheddar cheese as a substitute for paneer in both mutter paneer and saag paneer. Please do not try to sell vegetarian food if it’s going to be awful. Stick to what you know.

Won’t order again. Horrible chicken tikka masala with sweet runny watery sauce and not many pieces of bullet-hard chicken. Chicken patia had some flavour but still watery. Delivery on time but 1.5 hours from order to delivery on a Saturday.

Absolutely delicious lamb madras boiled rice and chapati. Soft lamb.

When the food turned up, it was all in the bag and not in the containers. Called up, and all they said was its the drivers fault, and no refunds were given. Ended up having an argument with the owner. Very poor customer service, and when we did get another curry after much debate, the food was not good. Word of advice changes the packaging for the curries as this is not the first review, complaining about the state of the food when it arrives. The packaging you have now is cheap and is not suitable for travel!

The worst restaurant ever tried… the person was very rude who was serving us … we ordered jeera rice , dhansak, pilau rice, veg bhuna, tandoori roti and chapati… tandoori roti was very thick , chapati uncooked he took so much time to serve half of the food was cold by then.. veg bhuna tastes more like onion sabji , dhansak wasn’t a proper balance of lentil and vegetables, rice were good, tadka dal had good taste but tadka was burnt // the jeera was burnt making it more worst…will never visit this again… after I paid bill the person serving us became rude and said things should be said before… we were very hungry and tired couldn’t wait for more time they anyways took it longer to make our order there was no sense in complaining about everything and waiting for everything that makes no sense in dining out.. severe disappointment.. At first place I ordered everting except from extra chapati and extra rice at one order … whatever I ordered next was the extras and not the original order obviously if we are paying for something we won’t waste food so needed extra chapati and rice. I think this restaurant need manners none of the employee asked us how is the food.. even I own a restaurant and we take multiple orders from single customer. So what are you suggesting a customer comes in and just order once ??? Is that a manner to be learnt by customer??? Or is it a manner for restaurant to serve its customer with good food even if same order is ordered at different tables ?? I mean what you saying is there was only 3 tables when we were dining I didn’t see any delivery drivers so the restaurant wasn’t able to serve 3 tables and that was considered busy ??? And still be rude to customers who paid for something they didn’t like without more complaining?? I think this restaurant need to learn more customer service .. as apart from everything they are still rude and now they are being racist by differenting with cultures ???

Rude customer service I was here and ordered food in one go and only extra chapati and rice was ordered and still the restaurant replied us that we were not being good customers. Such a racist comment to differentiate a customer with a country and than ask customer to have good manners.. I think what this restaurant expect from its customer is they should just order once as the restaurant is busy if you order extras it’s going to be uncooked as the restaurant is busy and can’t handle it’s customers and most importantly the restaurant serves Indian food but they don’t like INDIAN customers and I was with my 2 friends at the table celebrating my wife birthday and this is the service I got so I paid for this comment ?? I think we’re being good and generous to pay without making a big deal out of it and yes we all Remember none of the employee asked about how was the food and they were rude from the very beginning. Final conclusion- please don’t be an Indian customer and just order once this restaurant is very busy!!!

We love this place - we have been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal. The food is excellent and the staff are to. Good value for money highly recommend.

Good tasted like reheated leftovers. it didn't have the sweet, sour & hot taste of a Dhansak. Mint sauce was disgusting. even the poppadoms tasted stale. The delivery driver claimed he had no change and so my £16 order actually cost me £20. Would definitely not recommend!

Awful, tasteless takeaway tonight, boiled rice has more taste, ordered vegetable curry and a chicken curry, couldn’t eat such a tasteless meal and no rice included and expensive, samosa came as 2 and were tiny, don’t bother with this takeaway it’s terrible

Been here a few times now, both dining in. The menu is huge - quite overwhelming actually, but the waiter provided a bit of guidance. I found the food both times quite good. The ‘grabbing a curry’ is deeply rooted in the English culture, but this is mostly done through taking food home. I like it how this restaurant has two parts, a dine-in and a take-away part. But I find the atmosphere in the restaurant not great. Partly this is because of the lack of people, but maybe there’s a chicken-and-egg situation going on here. To add a Dutch word here: I don’t find it very ‘gezellig’. Will be back though.

I wasn’t there but I ordered the worst biriyani I have ever tasted like microwaved pilau rice with chicken pieces no flavour definitely not worth £12.50 I honestly don’t know how anyone could sell this. Wasted money after a long day of work and all I wanted was a biriyani and I got yellow tasteless rice

Food came early. Couple of poppadoms and onion salad thrown in for free which was nice. Ordered a chicken dansak but unfortunately was brought a chicken korma instead. Tasty but its my least favourite curry hence the lower score. Also my lamb balti was overly sweet. Because of the error I'm more likely to try different place next time but shahi is normally really good.

A truly wonderful Indian! Great authentic flavours, plentiful portions and a friendly, punctual driver. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Top draw Vindaloo and Pasanda , ordered tonight after recommendation. Arrived on time , piping hot and so tasty . Vindaloo perfectly balanced and mushroom Bahji cooked gently and as a result full of flavour. Can’t wait for next time

The staff was friendly and attentive but the food took so long to arrive even though the restaurant wasn't really busy, food was good but some of the dishes were a bit bland.

Very disappointing food. Flavourless, hardly any meat in the curry, just a box of sauce. Very overcooked, dry bhajis. Samosa seemed like it was from a home freezer. Do not recommend.
