Regular stop for Albion fans for many years on the way back to the station after a couple of post match pints. Always busy.

Delicious, friendly service, and when I was a kid would deep fry a mars bar for us. Went back this weekend to find quality not changed at all - over the moon. Lovely place

So dirty in there the thought of eating the slimy chips made me feel ill. I tried one as I was so hungry and almost threw up. They don't clean anything there.

I have been going to this chip shop for 40 years - I have only ever had the chips, which are of a consistently high standard, hot, fresh and well cooked. It's the last chippy left near the station and it's open when you need it to be.It is shabby and the people that work there have been there since I can remember but I wouldnt change it.

Run by a characterful couple. For some reason they refuse to cook any chips in advance so have to repeatedly apologise for keeping people waiting. This is actually their main job- asking people if they mind waiting, and apologising for keeping them waiting! Quite entertaining and at least the chips are fresh.I would suggest it might be worth cooking up a batch of chips at busy times and just take the hit if you end up throwing a few away if they go unpurchased!

Looks like someone's living room, pretty dank and dirty looking however the food is crisp and fresh. I was very very poor when I ate here and I remember adding 'vegetable fingers' for 15p each to my portion of chips to put something more in my belly. surprisingly tastyand the owner seems a stand up dude

It really is the cheapest fish and chips in Brighton. And its located just outside the railway station. Don't worry about how it looks or the atmosphere. Just go there buy the food, leave, and you will be happy. The guy serving the food is very nice.The food taste alright (like any other fish and chips) and is all hand made but their price is very low. That's what makes it special.

The huss & chips from Sing-Li is to die for! This is the best "chippy" in Brighton. Although I now live in the US, every year when I go home to Brighton my first stop is Sing Li for huss & chips. He has been in the same location for 28 years and still serves up the same incredible food. I have just returned from 10 days in Brighton and ate from Sing Li 5 times!!! It is tucked just round the corner in a side street right by Brighton railway station.
