Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Brighton and Hove

I visited around the evening and enjoyed Popeyes' crispy, flavorful spicy chicken tenders, packed with bold seasoning. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy, perfectly complemented by the rich Cajun gravy....a truly satisfying meal!

Outstanding service at this Popeyes! A gentleman, possibly the manager or a dedicated staff member, went above and beyond to take care of me and my party. He personally cleaned our table, served our food, and even checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The hospitality and attention to detail made this visit exceptional. I’ve been to other branches, but this one stands out as the best by far. Highly recommend!

I feel this place is overrated and the batter on the chicken is sickly. I've been a few times and it's just not consistent. Only ever had it once when I thought they got it right. Awkward step to as you walk In so be careful, definitely needs looking at. Think it's a bit over priced too. It is child friendly so I'll give them that.

First time at Popeyes. I ordered two meals but when the food came, we opened the bag and it wasn’t ours, then I explained what happened to the manager, he kindly gave us the right order and told us to keep the wrong order which was really nice. Basically got 4 meals and only paid for two. The food itself wasn’t I expected, I still prefer KFC as the flavour of the chicken is better although the fries are better than KFC. I couldn’t fault the friendliness of the staff and the restaurant was clean though. Slightly disappointed with the flavours of the chicken. A good experience in a busy restaurant.

Tuve que poner en el microondas que arruinó las patatas fritas (porción pequeña, muy pequeña). Tuve que ponerle salsa de pimiento picante para que fuera comestible. 6 pedazos de pollo pidieron 3 pedazos de pollo real, luego dos alitas y una baqueta. Lo único bueno fue la ensalada de col. Me siento estafado y no voy a volver a pedir desde allí.

Visited Brighton and walking around . Found Popeyes and realized it's been a long while since I last tries it. Tastes good, quite automated and was served quickly with little fuss, server name is Indhu

Food was good, but always packed and with pidgons frequently entering. I would recommend due to the free side if you got recipt

Great service, but I've noticed the portion sizes have gone down and the price has ballooned since they opened. Still better than KFC any day of the week.

My 1st time at Popeyes and I’m already sold! From the moment I walked in the door, everything was ‘spot on’. Great music, clean tables and the food was fab! The guy who brought my food to the table was super friendly and seemed very genuine. I’ll definitely be returning and will recommend to all my friends too!

Crunchy, flakey breaded chicken is the speciality here. For flavour it really needs the sauces as the breading is quite bland compared to the KFC. It's certainly not greasy and the breading is quite dry and falls off the chicken easily when you chow down on a wing or two. Fries & sides are okay but nothing special, and it's a close call as to which is better, slims or Popeye's? Overall, it's just another fast food chain restaurant pushing low quality cheap food with virtually no nutritional value or health benefits. I agree it's certainly junk, just not sure you can call it food. Good luck!

Food taste better than KFC for me. Ordering is straight forward and at reasonable price.Not enough space to dine in on busy periods, so take away is the best option. Friendly staff and located close to shopping areas.

The cleaner /worker in BRIGHTON&hoe was swearing and had his trousers so low his bum was on show ridiculous

Toilets aren't the cleanest but food is great. Bigger than maccies and tastier than KFC!!! Highly recommend!!!

A bit of a wait for the food which I didn't mind for when we got our order. The chicken was so crispy and the other ingredients were fresh. Had the bbq wrap and loved every bite. Very busy store, and the only issue I found was the toilets were unkempt.
