If you want to look like sheriffs from Louisiana then this is the place to go. The food is so well packed in grease that you will call McDonald healthy. I think I will be not able to sleep after consuming so much oil. Luckily for me I am not going to match Americans and will definitely stay with my cooking style. That was the first takeaway in years for me and will be the last. Good luck lazy generation and enjoy the journey to become obese 😅

I and my family was at one of the eatery at Brighton. It's our first time eating from popoyes. It's amazing,lovely food and atmosphere was all fantastic. The staffs are helpful,friendly, and neat. The milkshake is very creamy than other stores. Please visit them if you haven't before

Still the best fried chicken you can get in chain shop

Chicken is the best I’ve ever tasted especially the sandwiches however the wings are pretty mediocre in comparison to the rest. Fries? banging 💯

First Popeye's I have been to and it's great. Been here twice now and both times a faultless experience. Good service, good food, really clean and plenty of places to sit. Big fan of their tenders and classic burger.

got 2 meals for £20… my boyfriend had the hot wings and they were pink!! When I went over to the front to complain and take them back they swapped them for new ones which were just as bad as the ones before. Every single one was pink. I was ignored for 5 minutes while waiting and then all that was said was ‘sorry’. The soda machine also had no syrup in so all the drinks tasted awful. Safe to say I won’t be eating again as I don’t want to have food poisoning!

Friendly service, however could only eat half the chicken burger due to coating being incredibly hard, tasteless and greasy. Actually made me feel sick. Chips were quite tasty but again greasy.

Food is a disaster.Even i m working in a food restaurant.I dont know when was they changed the oil,all the chicken fillets are dark in color.Even the service is not good.When we report to team,they are not even reaponding properly

Hai team I would like to provide some feedback about food in popeyes I literally face bad experience here as a manager I’m also working in food restaurant I know how the things going on I ask staff to change my tenders which was looking bad and burger filet as black they keep saying it was fresh batch coming out the lady in counter was so rude I definitely not recommend anyone of my friend to don’t visit this store . The manager in shift not able to answer me just looking at me and the other staff was giving free icecream asking for a feedback . Please tell to staff maintain polite g serve them good food as a proof you can check xcc tv footage from 1.30-2.00 pm today thank you

I've had a high success rate with Popeys so I was expecting a few issues somewhere down the line. The colour of the coating on the chicken was a little on the dark side indicating the oil was either too hot or it sat in the fryer too long . the flavours were good and the chicken was still moist inside thankfully. the fries were more than acceptable . Forget the shakes, really unpleasant texture and far too sweet. My recommendation is to never stray from their classics, the basic chicken sandwich is ually always excellent

I ordered a burger, fries and coke from Deliveroo. Chips were cold and coke was warm. What a rip off! I think Deliveroo is terrible as you pay much more and the food is cold and they never send even a napkin!

Clean and not too crowded. Carbonated drinks tasted like pure water, no syrup at all. Sad. And you have to pay extra 25p for regular cola. And this is the first time I see cheese that looks like that. And tasted funny. But they know what they’re doing with chicken! Amazing chicken tenders. Only coming back for chicken tenders, nothing else.

today when you arrive at the restaurant to make a collection. There was no one to assist, so I used the buzzer to call the attendant. As no one came, I did this a few times. After that, the manager called Florin came, very rude, shouting and saying that he wasn't Macdonads there and that he was also a driver and that I had to wait, he didn't even wait for me to speak and said that he was the manager there. and he didn't give me the order that was already ready. Totally unprepared manager, he worked at KFC and did the same there. completely unprepared for the role of manager.

Staff always smiley and friendly, super quick service. Unfortunately my chicken was pink, it has blood bits in it and I’m writing this feeling very 🤢. Last few meals here have always left me feeling really queasy, I honestly don’t know what they put in the food but it’s bad. I won’t ever buy from here again, especially if I get food poisoning now.

I didn’t know that not just Popeyes, but also Dunkin and Wendy’s are now stationed in the UK! I went here and I thought the food was very different, to Popeyes in the US and different to Louisiana’s flavours. But I liked it, it was a small bit different and it was nice to see familiar restaurants around.

Chicken burger is tasty juicy as always!Service is nice, the lady was lovely and kind, and the place/ toilet is clean and cozy!
