Clean environment and friendly staff.

We had a very nice meal here including chicken sandwiches and chicken wings which were all delicious and spicy. The staff are excellent with all polite and friendly especially Ryan who really goes the extra mile in service making you feel a very valued customer. Good job thanks!

Service, atmosphere and general vibe is immaculate. Diverse range of options, starting from budget to premium. The food, however, was not quite what I expected. Perhaps it’s just the way us Brits are accustomed to Fried Chicken, but the texture of the chicken was lacking imo. I can concede that this is my subjective view, and the quality otherwise was great. Popeyes should be tried by all chicken enthusiasts, but expect an experience unlike the existing chicken shops on the high street.

What the hell... I went here and quite litteraly ascended into heaven. I had never tried popeyes in all my years of living, but boy... this popeyes was succulent and filled up my tummy. They have cheap saving meals for those on a budget, and combos for those that are not. When I first visited, I acquired a meal of 2 tenders, chips and a REFILLABLE drink! What in the America!? Popeyes is seriously one of the best fast-food spots out there. Their fried chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the flavor is just unbeatable with their seasoning. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it's hard to resist going back for more after ive just eaten. Life hack: when checking out, it will ask you if you would like anything else. Click 2 tenders for 2.50, it levels up the meal with 2 extra tenders, and in the name of all that is holy... popeyes is seriously THE BEST! AND when you order basically anything, on your receipt you are given a QR code to scan, and it's prize everytime! I have received am ice-cream, hashbrown and my friends have received a portion of chips. Later this week, I am planning on visiting popeyes, and munching on their crunchy chips amd juicy, succulent chicken.

Everything is amazing! As a Muslim, knowing that every chicken is halal, as stated on their website, makes it so much better. Enjoying chicken with no fear? What else can be better? 😭❤️

First time in a popeyes, really impressed with food. On expensive side, but it's brighton center.

I wasn't super impressed by my first Popeyes, and doesn't seem as tasty chicken as other places. Too much bread/coating and a bit greasy. Staff are super nice. Also, doesn't help that the building is covered in scaffolding at the moment, doesn't make the best atmosphere

Delivery time kept changing, eventually took 1hr 20mins after placing order for delivery but food was delicious, arrived well packaged and very warm! Probably order from Uber Eats next time

I'd never had a Popeye's so I had to give it a go. The coating on the chicken puts other fried chicken establishments to shame, but that's as far as the positives go. It looked grey and bland, so it's a good job the flavour was good. The fries were meh, as was the biscuit, and the shake hardly tasted of anything. Disappointing.

Compared to Popeye’s in the U.S or Spain, the classic chicken sandwich had a tiny piece of chicken, the bun was barely brioche, the fries were simple fries with a seasoning powder instead of the usual yummy cajun fries. Price of the menu was more than double the same menu in the U.S. So overall the U.K. version of Popeye’s is hard to recommend.

Best (well equal to a limited availability artisan touring truck I know) chicken burger you can get. Delicious, top notch, superb. Separate fillets and fries great too. Highly recommended. Only negative was no coffee available as machine was broken. We need way more of these in the UK please.
