The food was lovely but the horrible aggressive attitude from the delivery OGRE has put me off ordering again. The food was 15 minutes late so I phoned up for and update. She had dropped my order off but not followed delivery instructions so left it with a housemate I don't trust instead of ringing the doorbell, She then barged her way into my shared house and stormed upstairs and banged on my bedroom door, accusing me of trying to get a free order whilst being incredibly aggressive. 1000% AVOID THIS RESTAURANT
me and my partner came here for lunch in November. it was a pleasant atmosphere, except for the staff and prices!!! the sausage roll was 8 pounds and was raw and small. the staff member, negrah i think her name was, was very rude and called me a old hag and my husband a terrorist. I couldn't of been more appalled, i waited 35 minutes for one sausage roll and could smell all the staff sharing a joint out the back. my soon to be husband (jokingly) said he would give a 1 star review and the employee said of course you would you terrorist (he is a Indian Muslim)
Wow!!.Great friendly greetings from staff .They work so hard but with a smile every time .
As for the food ,you won’t be disappointed, all the food is exceptional.
I love the new pods that have been set up outside .Fantastic place to visit 😁😁😁
The grounds are stunning. The manor house impressive. Staff fantastic.
The Manor - restaurant was great service but VERY expensive. The mains are £28 - £32 each and does not include the potatos or veg. The mains are tiny portions. The potatos £6 for a side dish

Where do I begin with this one? I no longer frequent this Costa branch. Instead, I have started buying my coffee from The Coffee Shed at Coachworks, which is just a two-minute walk away. The coffee there is cheaper, quicker, and of better quality.
The staff at this Costa are generally uninspiring, possibly because they are understaffed. When they do have enough staff, one seems to wander around aimlessly, looking for paperwork to do.
The opening hours appear to change continuously.
The coffee quality is inconsistent, and the food shelves seem to be perpetually understocked.
Overall, I used to be a daily customer, but now I don’t visit at all. It’s simply not worth spending my money here anymore.
Awful service. We were with a kid and we weren’t told there was a kids menu, I asked for a 2 in 1 pizza but the waitress said I can choose half and half or separate so I said separate and then I was charged for 2 full pizzas. We waited more than half an hour for the pizzas. It was pretty basic, probably costs £2 to make an they charge £17 for a pizza. Would not recommend
The restaurant is a decent size and tables are clean and well spaced out.
The lunch time buffet is £14.99, the evening one £19.99 and you can eat as much as you want. There are many different types of food to choose from, some Chinese, some Indian and some English.
The sweet selection is a bit limited, but the ice cream is delicious so save some space for that!
The staff are polite and the tables are cleared quickly.
This restaurant is worthy of a visit.
The food is average, I don’t understand what is the need for meat to be drenched in food colour. No salt on the lamb curry. Got two king prawns only and paid ridiculous amount- they are very stingy with their meat, that’s all I could say. Moja lesh nai khani
