I had booked for a group, twice confirmed with the manager or owner. The day before the visit I called to ensure all was in order and was told by the assistant that the manager was absent but that she had sent a text to the assistant telling her not to honour the booking. I had less than 24 hours to make alternative arrangements

We try to visit Blossom on our weekly trip to Tenterden. Always a friendly welcome and a lovely smile. We recommend the Quiche with home made chutney or Almond Croissant. A very pleasant atmosphere. See you next week.

My Salmon & Cream Cheese bagel was perfectly presented. Tasted lovely as did my coffee. Staff were very polite, friendly, helpful & informative. The inside is beautifully designed & I look forward to returning.

Never experienced such appalling service, staff were rude and unhelpful. Food and drinks overpriced and nothing special. Would definitely not visit again if this was the only coffee shop in Tenterden.

Lovely and inviting from the outside, beautifully presented gift items, and reasonably priced. However the coffee was weak, and the pastries dry. Obviously not home-made. There are so many coffee shops in Tenterden, I think it is necessary to sell good home-made produce to compete. Sorry to say a friendly welcome and service was missing too

came here due to it being new in my area, was very pleased and shall be returning. Lovely vintage pieces in the shop, something for everyone with the little gift pieces as well! The dried and fresh flowers are a personal fave! The welcome I received was so warm and welcoming from the two girls behind the till, and was let known if I needed anything just to ask them which was lovely! Such a sweet place and a fab atmosphere created by the girls.

I discovered this lovely little cafe while walking around Tenterden, so decided to pop in and am glad I did. Warm welcoming staff, great atmosphere. Loved looking at all the vintage items too. A little gem for Tenterden

Whilst the atmosphere and general look of the cafe was nice, very cottagecore-esque, the service was terrible. The food and drink were expensive, though admittedly not much more so then most places nowadays, and the staff were unfriendly and rude.I bought a brownie(£2.50), which was admittedly very nice, and a 'hot' chocolate(£3.20).The hot chocolate that I received was cold,my mother insisted we say something and went and asked one of the workers to just heat it up for us.I had drunk just under half off it, and it still had cream and marshmallows in it when we handed it over. When we were given it back it was scolding, felt like she didn't appreciate the cold comment, my mother received no apology, and I had less hot chocolate in it than when I gave it over as well as the added bits having been removed. All in all bad service, bad experience, won't be returning. Also, the stairs are very narrow going up so be careful not to trip or fall.

tasteless coffee in a soulless environment we have visited here in the past when coffee shop was at the top it’s now where the aquatics centre was. the building is lacking character , the drinks we had were watery and lacking flavour , but if course paid top dollar for it ! why do these places make these changes and you end up paying more to get less - it was so nice before and now it’s very mediocre / poor - shame

Terrible service. 1 classic hot chocolate with cream, 2 lattes and 3 cold mince pies. Shouldn't be too hard. The barista (slightly overstating the job title here) made the hot chocolate first, added the cream and then sat it on the side whilst getting and opening the milk for the coffee....by which time the cream had melted into the hot chocolate. I asked for the cream to be added when the coffee was ready, expecting them to pour it away and start again, doing it properly. No, more cream was added to the original drink, left to melt again, 45pence worth (8) mini marshmallows added, all the melted cream poured down the side of the mug, then it was put onto the tray. 2 coffees followed and I was asked if I wanted the mince pies warmed up. "No thank you". They turned around and started serving the next customer. I asked for my mince pies and was told they were in the microwave. "But I didn't want them warm" I said. So they got them out of the microwave, dumped them on my tray "they're not too hot". "Errrm no, I wanted them cold". Hence more slamming things around and 3 cold mince pies came our way. Along with a hot chocolate swimming with 2 lots of completely melted cream and not even an apology. £20! Wow, train the Saturday staff please.

The customer service at this cafe is excellent, the salt beef sandwich is off the charts, so good!, the smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich is lovely too, great atmosphere, I would thoroughly recommend this cafe 👍
