Everything is except the closing time which is quite early, 5:30pm.

How does it all work out I did right on here about the drinks all being spilt haven’t heard anything

I got the wrong order delivered to me

It's a Starbucks, what more could you want - No better or worse than your average, but does have a nice big upstairs!

Would be nice if they stopped putting hot food on top of cold food! Especially cakes

Long queue not much to choose from even though you could see out the back there was more to out out.

Bit expensive but nice coffee untidy inside out good lower level for disabled

I love a good Starbucks and they have great service here. If you fancy a cold coffe or milkshake in town centre definetely come here.

Over an hour late food arrived stone cold and the way the refund system works by giving a 15% discount next order is disgusting, especially when the total was over £40+

The man was rude who delivered the food didn’t want to bring it in the shop

One drink was entirely side ways and spilt - they didn’t send the sticky labels on top for protection so we lost half almost. Usually they come protected with sticky labels for delivery.

It was one minute early 🤣 thank you so much (couldn’t even pick the five minute option)

Amazing but don’t like that Starbucks up the prices for delivery on the actual drinks. I can’t go out at the moment.

Loved the service provided and the staff are excellent and friendly .

Was shocked to be charged £2.35 for hot water, 5p for cup, £2.30 for milk as they could not put water through on the till? Surely if they charge there should be an option on the till! I understand we should pay for a cup, but £2.30 for boiling water. Cost of living crisis and Starbucks are charging for £2.30 for tap water, I was ordering a coffee as well by the way so wasn’t just asking for water.

actually came sooner than expected and was sososo good

Large lattes are huge! Great tasting coffee. Sat upstairs as I had a zoom meeting. Music wasn't too loud and the area was generally clean and tidy.

The delivery time kept getting later and the food arrived about 15 minutes after the first time it said it would be there but I’m guessing it could have been traffic or something of the like so not unhappy. Just later than I was waiting for but also probably in the initial given time frame when you first order :)

It was quite quiet this time but the service was just as good as it always is, everyone was really friendly and polite. The shop was very clean and well presented and the drinks and food were spot on

Coming here since day one. Always has a great team. Always good coffee. Take note @starbucksuk Little things make all the difference. This sort of creativity should be encouraged.

Went to Starbucks as no seating available at Costa that afternoon. Used to be a regular but I remembered why I don't go there anymore the moment we walked in. Prices are way higher than any other coffee shop, atmosphere is depressing and uninviting, chairs are uncomfortable and it's just not a nice pace to sit, relax and have a nice coffee. That being said, my Caramel Macchiato was yummy. But back to Costa I'm afraid.

Drinks were amazing, but 4 chocolate cookies completely melted because they’re pressed up against hot coffee’s in a bag!

Lid was not down on my venti coffee. More than half had spilled

Ordered once, drink turned up half full where it had spilt in bag. Received a refund, ordered again and the lid wasn’t on properly so again had spilt in bag!

Drinks good but I do hate it when they put tape across the menu saying out of stock its a big brand so why no stock? Staff friendly, not much hard sell to buy a large rather then the requested medium.

Delivered on time, food was hot and drink was cold as ordered! Perfect.

Initially due for 1310 to 1330. After minimal actionable updates turned up at 1407. Had somewhere to be at 1400 so despite requests for updates (on email) no real customer service with just eat. Pathetic.

Great service. Came in with my friend from New York who wanted an American Starbucks drink made. A lovely lady called Jenny was very helpful and made it. Let me tell you Jenny’s drink was better tasting then the American one! She was professional and went above and beyond. A big thank you also to a kind smiling face Franco who was helpful too. Will visit again very soon thank you!

Alright so I’m from New York traveling abroad to the UK in the East South of Kent and I’m a big fanatic of Starbucks back at home. I’ve missed iced coffee since I been here. So I came into the shop today and let me tell you it was the best I could ever imagine! To the amazing cashier Jenny, who was absolutely great at making the drink after showing her on my phone of what I drink back at home!!! LIKE OMG WHAT?! IT WAS REALLY BETTER THAN BACK AT HOME IN NEW YORK!! 🙃🙂💯 Thank you so much Jenny!! Jenny was an outstanding, energetic, kindness, and absolutely amazing employee! If I were her boss, she would have gotten a high raise and employee of the month!! P.S. Jenny, keep up writing your books!!

Drink leaked all over bag, no straw and also only half my drink was made!!! The cream, sauce, caramel drizzle was all missing. My drink is sour so had to add my own caramel shot. So annoyed!!!

One of the drinks has spilt everywhere, the lid was not put on properly on the iced white chocolate mocha.

Today I witnessed staff refusing a 5 year old child her basic human rights by using to toilet because the mother hadn't ordered anything..YET. she was going too. Absolutely disgusting. Child ended up wetting herself. Should be ashamed

Delivery was quick and efficient but disappointed in the hibiscus lemonade, tasted very watered down and was flavourless

Driver was brilliant, however Starbucks packaged the drinks badly, no sticker over the hole so it had leaked everywhere, coffee stained carpet now..

Coffee was OK, tables dirty and littered with empty used cups, toilets were locked. Normally OK but disappointed with recent visit.

Panini were cold and mostly filled with stuffing. Drinks were just warm but tasted good . The order took an hour to get here from the time I placed it, not the service I’m used to.

Stopped for a coffee and well! Wish I walked on by.... coffee was weak, staff very unprofessional, dirty tables and with Covid you would of thought they would wipe down.. won't be purchasing from them again

Driver couldn't find the place despite nobody else ever having an issue. Gave him instructions and he still couldn't find the place. Shouted at me because I didn't know where he was! 45 minutes he drove round for refusing to listen to my direction. I tried to cancel the order but Starbucks were no use and didn't really care. The food arrived after being driven around for 45+ mins, was stone cold! Rock hard, inedible. The chocolate had melted off my biscuit and I couldn't eat anything in the bag.... will be asking for a refund for the food that is at present in the bin!

One of the drinks had entirely spilled into the bottom of the bag. Starbucks and just eat have been really unhelpful.

Good came in good time and tastes fine but the lid of the coffee cup wasn’t on properly causing it to leak which made the bottom of the bag tear while I was holding it. Instinctively I tried to catch the cup which made it spill all down me burning me.

Ordered coffee and food for delivery. Arrived sealed and not spilt. One of the coffees was missing at least one third of its contents so I contacted the shop who were unwilling to concede that this ever happens and were not prepared to compensate in any way. I personally have had occasion to take a coffee back when I attend this cafe for this very problem and my guess would be that I am not the only customer that this has happened to. I usually attend this cafe at least every other day and often with my family. I shall visit the branch to discuss this and if I do not get redress the company will not be receiving my or my families custom again. Their loss.

Not up to usual coffee house standards.

Frappuccino & Pumpkin spice latte had too much syrup in them. Wasn't enjoyable to drink due to being too sweet.

Loose Starbucks lids mean that no matter how careful the driver is, the coffee gets thrown all over the bag. Pastries ruined. Only 2 of 3 drinks delivered.

I love it so much! Unlike Costa they don't burn their coffee and it's always to high standards

I'm well aware everyone's tastes are different, but, I like my coffee to taste like coffee & not just sweet hot milk! Starbucks always hits the coffee taste for me, staff are fast & friendly... bonus! 👌☕ Oh my son says they do the best choc chunk cookie too! (He's 6, cookies are important!)

I was sent the wrong coffees!! I ordered 2 Frappuccino’s and was sent hot ones, just eat have said they are unable to refund me which I feel is poor since I have been delivered the wrong items!!

Just a regular Starbucks. Ordered a large drink today that was hardly a drink a mostly ice- which I think it's just Starbucks in general. The staff were patient and helpful.

My entire drink was spilled out so I had no drink, very poor service
