Chips were dry not freshly cooked and noodles were sticky and tasted funny. Other dishes were okay

The 'ribs' were tiny bits of mostly bone. Mini spring rolls were dry. Chicken balls very greasy.

Thought we would try a new takeaway shop but this was an utter mistake. Food poor to the point we were given wrong out of date awful smelling portion and due to large order portions missing. When called they couldnt deliver and gave credit which is no use as we wont EVER eat there again. I was up all night. Cant give zero on this otherwise i would.

Very quick to get your food after ordering in store, workers are always nice and food tastes great. Only issue is the servings are quite small compared to other chinese’s.

Delivery was on time! Spare ribs were overcooked, tough and we t in the bin, awful. The beef curry and chow main were very nice.

I frequently order from this Chinese restaurant, and the food is consistently amazing. The crisp, aromatic duck is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the food is prepared quickly without compromising on quality.

Sweet & Sour Pork balls contained minced pork instead of the traditional pieces and it had a strange onion taste. Not a fan of either the flavour or the texture. We threw that away. To be fair it was fried to perfection and not greasy. Can't complain about the rice or sauces but that Sweet & Sour was bad. Proper bad. Sorry, it's not for me. I like it the 'old' way.

Food was OK but cold and the app showed it was delivered when it wasn't. It was hard to get ahold of the restaurants and when I did all I got was "its on its way!"

Been getting our Chinese from here for years never had any problems and it's always good. Recommended the rice noodles Singapore style!

Fantastic food was lovely and hot very tasty

So so disappointed that after 90 mins our delivery still didn't arrive, even after chasing it up, a few times, it ruined my birthday meal my daughter organised for me, then when they sent someone with our refund it was not the full amount. The last few orders we have had have been poor or cold so after using you for very many years we are sadly now done, we will be using a new restaurant in future.

Such an awful service, ordered a delivery at 5.05pm 5 minutes after opening time. Was told it would be delivered within the hour. This however did not happen, recieved a call from the delivery driver over an hour after ordering. He was not far from my address (post code was given when order was placed) I gave clear instructions on how to get to my property. However after 5 minutes of struggling to explain I was told its fine he would use my post code, fast forward another 15 minutes and 3 more phone calls still no sign. Spoke to the store and expressed concerns of my take away being cold after now almost an hour and a half from ordering. It was then agreed to cancel delivery but the only way for a refund was via cash delivery. Obviously had no choice but to agree after spending a fair amount on "treat night"!! Shockingly they managed to deliver my refund within 30 minutes!! Why they couldn't deliver my food I am still struggling to understand. When discussed about returning money and I agreed I explained this needed to be done before 7.30pm due to my children's bedtime and disturbing them. Besides the fact they now had no treat night dinner!! So my money was returned but it was short. I then informed them of the fact my refund was short, no reply at all. Then fast forward to 9.10pm, over 4 hours after ordering I had somebody ring my doorbell to return 90p to me!! Waking both of my children!! No real apology, no understanding just told it was a busy night which I completely understand however ordering 5 minutes into service I struggle to understand how they are so swamped with back log orders. When I finally managed to talk to somebody I was told my refund was incorrect because the counter was so busy it was very stressful to return my money. So lesson learnt unless you are in stor and face to face they have no concern about delivering an order that you have paid for or delivering any type of customer service.

I cant believe that some people have put 1 star reviews! This is our local and sometimes we try others but this is the best. You can't please everyone this is for sure but they do a great job of pleasing us. We love this place and recommend it. 6 stars.

The special chow mein just tasted like an extremely salty ashtray. it smelt burnt. Won’t be ordering from here again sadly.

Long time to delivery wasn’t the best Chinese

Delivery was notified for 6pm but arrived at 5.30pm - not a problem, but I must admit we were unprepared. However the food was good and we will definitely order from them again.

Don't know what happened but the spring roll tasted disgusting. Only took one bite, the rest went into food waste.

I always get 'Rice Noodles Malaysian Style', 'Nasi Goreng', 'Deep Fried Crispy Shredded Beef with Chilli' and some 'Sesame Prawn Toast'. Plenty there with loads of leftovers for the next day, and a complimentary bag of prawn crackers is always included which is nice! Food quality is always excellent, always delivery sooner than stated which is a bonus too. Can't fault anything here, definitely recommend, and will continue ordering from here! IT'S THE BEST :)

Ordered twice now, had Malaysian curry which is amazing! My only gripe is delivering way before the time given? I know you want to look good but i literally just ordered a pint and it showed up!

A classic example of why you should never judge a book by it's cover. It's looking a little run down these days but the food remains great!

The food was delivered 2hrs after ordering. Which was half an hour over the maximum delivery time. The food arrive cold, missing items and the chips were just totally undercooked. £45 wasted and I would like a refund. Your welcome to come and collect the food as it's sitting on the side In the kitchen. My guests and I won't be ordering from here again as we will be going hungry tonight.

The mushroom chow mein was burnt and had to be thrown away. Delivery was on time.

The duck chow mein is weirdly sweet, kind of similar to a sauce you'd put on ribs, and I didn't find it tasty nor could I manage more than a few bites. The Singapore chow mein is also odd, instead of that dry spice I'm used to this is wet, and has little to no discernible flavour. The prawn toast is ok, good portion sizes compared to other places, and the pancake roll is quite tasty.

Decided to order from here as our usual green Asian Chinese was shut , never again . The chicken curry was so salty that’s all you could taste ! We won’t be ordering again .

Food was not as hot as I would have expected

Very tasty, beef green pepper black bean sauce, special fried rice, special chow mean and sweet and sour chicken, lovely.

Honestly, just underwhelming. My usual Chinese was closed and the reviews looked good so I thought I’d give it a try. The ribs were overcooked and rubbery, the roast duck rice was the worst I’ve ever had- oily and fatty to an extreme. The wontons weren’t much better. Wish I hadn’t bothered, since I threw most of it away.

Ordered 2 beef chow mein, only 1 arrived

We had some issues with the food, the chicken satay was pink inside so we had to leave half of it. The prawn crackers were stale. The ribs were dry and over cooked. Not the best Chinese and we won't be ordering again. Sorry.

I have used Jasmine Chinese take away loads of times and have never been disappointed . We always have delivery so atmosphere doesn't come into it

It was reasonable but not exceptional.

Crispy duck was expensive (£12) for a quarter and was mostly fat and definitely not crispy. Chow mein was a very dark colour and tasted burnt, and the fried rice had big chunks of scrambled egg in it which wasn’t too nice. Crispy chilli beef was great and spring rolls okay but stodgy and mostly full of bean sprouts. Won’t order from there again.
