Food arrived hot and was very tasty, only thing we didn’t enjoy was the prawn toast, found it very thick and heavy

Quick preparation and easy pick up. Tasty food, all still hot when we got home. Yummy!

Probably just my luck, took 70 mins to deliver and for £8 I’ve got a kids portion shredded chicken chow mein which had no taste :/ disappointing

It said it was delivered and it wasn’t, when it arrived half an hour later it was cold

everything was so dry.pspare ribs were thrown out just couldn't chew the meat. it was as if they were left over and just reheated

Ordered food tonight terrible chips cold and stale afternoon warm ups phoned to complain but just got told to contact just eat they deliver they don't cook the food

for what I spent over £40 they went very little food... tight with portion sizes but maximise profits at my expenses

I'm not sure if there's been a change in the kitchen last couple of months but the food tastes even better !! Tonight's dinner full of flavour and could tell it was fresh , really enjoyed it thankyou

Cold, tasteless, will never use again

We enjoyed our meal. Was not too salty and oily. I ordered Ribs with curry sauce, it would have been nice to get more gravy with the ribs. The gravy was so little that comes with the ribs. My ordered was scheduled and was on time. The delivery person was very cheerful during delivery. I would order again but theres definitely room for improvement.

1.5 hrs to deliver. Really disappointing food quality. Chowmien was the worst ever (dry, bland, broken, not much meat). Have ordered from here few times this year and quality seems to be inconsistent at diff days of the week, but generally not great.

Tiny portions. Spring rolls were completely dry & chicken balls were 90% batter.

The portions were larger than anticipated, the size of the chicken balls were generous though they were golden the batter was a little too thick and not as crispy as expected. Very tasty food which I would happily order again. Thank you

Ordered from here many times. Portions have definitely got smaller and the duck in the ramen was just fat so not enjoyable. Such a shame as it has such good flavour and my favourite Chinese takeaway around!

Spare ribs had hardly any meat on them and what meat there was on them was burnt hard and chewy

Hmmmm I've been using Jasmine's for years, to be honest it's been bit hit and miss. Ive had dishes that didn't arrive and when I called them they wouldn't deliver and wouldn't refund, just said I'd get a discount next time. That alone is unacceptable. I've not used them for a while but thought I'd give them another chance and again I was disappointed, dishes bulked out with too much onion and the quality of ingredients isn't the best. I always used to tip the delivery driver but they now charge for delivery regardless, unfortunately that does mean I now don't tip the driver. I'm not happy with paying twice. I just hope the delivery charge gets passed on to the driver🤔

a really good meal, if I was local, it would be my go to for Chinese food

No flavour over cooked chowmain .sweet and sour chicken balls was disgusting the special curry was the only thing you could eat out of my whole order never again most of it went in the bin

The only thing was to much salt in the curry unpleasant and its more yellow in colour for some reason

Food was lovely but wrong things arrived. Ordered 8 spring rolls and just got one massive one. Ordered 10 chicken balls and only got 9. Chips were dry but it’s a Friday night so understand they are busy.

I have used the Jasmine and no one else for over 3 years now as their food is usually amazing .. unfortunately the quality of the ribs is getting worse as time goes on. My latest order had ribs that must of had maybe a table spoons worth of actual meat on them and resembled bundles of fat that looked nothing like a rib. Please Jasmine, use better quality ribs as it severely lets down your normally amazing meals

Chips were dry not freshly cooked and noodles were sticky and tasted funny. Other dishes were okay

The 'ribs' were tiny bits of mostly bone. Mini spring rolls were dry. Chicken balls very greasy.

Driver was polite, had no issue getting the order. All good :)

Thought we would try a new takeaway shop but this was an utter mistake. Food poor to the point we were given wrong out of date awful smelling portion and due to large order portions missing. When called they couldnt deliver and gave credit which is no use as we wont EVER eat there again. I was up all night. Cant give zero on this otherwise i would.

Very quick to get your food after ordering in store, workers are always nice and food tastes great. Only issue is the servings are quite small compared to other chinese’s.

Delivery was on time! Spare ribs were overcooked, tough and we t in the bin, awful. The beef curry and chow main were very nice.

Lovely food defo best in Ashford

I frequently order from this Chinese restaurant, and the food is consistently amazing. The crisp, aromatic duck is particularly noteworthy. Additionally, the food is prepared quickly without compromising on quality.

Sweet & Sour Pork balls contained minced pork instead of the traditional pieces and it had a strange onion taste. Not a fan of either the flavour or the texture. We threw that away. To be fair it was fried to perfection and not greasy. Can't complain about the rice or sauces but that Sweet & Sour was bad. Proper bad. Sorry, it's not for me. I like it the 'old' way.

Food was OK but cold and the app showed it was delivered when it wasn't. It was hard to get ahold of the restaurants and when I did all I got was "its on its way!"

Been getting our Chinese from here for years never had any problems and it's always good. Recommended the rice noodles Singapore style!

Fantastic food was lovely and hot very tasty

Such an awful service, ordered a delivery at 5.05pm 5 minutes after opening time. Was told it would be delivered within the hour. This however did not happen, recieved a call from the delivery driver over an hour after ordering. He was not far from my address (post code was given when order was placed) I gave clear instructions on how to get to my property. However after 5 minutes of struggling to explain I was told its fine he would use my post code, fast forward another 15 minutes and 3 more phone calls still no sign. Spoke to the store and expressed concerns of my take away being cold after now almost an hour and a half from ordering. It was then agreed to cancel delivery but the only way for a refund was via cash delivery. Obviously had no choice but to agree after spending a fair amount on "treat night"!! Shockingly they managed to deliver my refund within 30 minutes!! Why they couldn't deliver my food I am still struggling to understand. When discussed about returning money and I agreed I explained this needed to be done before 7.30pm due to my children's bedtime and disturbing them. Besides the fact they now had no treat night dinner!! So my money was returned but it was short. I then informed them of the fact my refund was short, no reply at all. Then fast forward to 9.10pm, over 4 hours after ordering I had somebody ring my doorbell to return 90p to me!! Waking both of my children!! No real apology, no understanding just told it was a busy night which I completely understand however ordering 5 minutes into service I struggle to understand how they are so swamped with back log orders. When I finally managed to talk to somebody I was told my refund was incorrect because the counter was so busy it was very stressful to return my money. So lesson learnt unless you are in stor and face to face they have no concern about delivering an order that you have paid for or delivering any type of customer service.

So so disappointed that after 90 mins our delivery still didn't arrive, even after chasing it up, a few times, it ruined my birthday meal my daughter organised for me, then when they sent someone with our refund it was not the full amount. The last few orders we have had have been poor or cold so after using you for very many years we are sadly now done, we will be using a new restaurant in future.

I cant believe that some people have put 1 star reviews! This is our local and sometimes we try others but this is the best. You can't please everyone this is for sure but they do a great job of pleasing us. We love this place and recommend it. 6 stars.

The special chow mein just tasted like an extremely salty ashtray. it smelt burnt. Won’t be ordering from here again sadly.

Don't know what happened but the spring roll tasted disgusting. Only took one bite, the rest went into food waste.

Delivery was notified for 6pm but arrived at 5.30pm - not a problem, but I must admit we were unprepared. However the food was good and we will definitely order from them again.

I always get 'Rice Noodles Malaysian Style', 'Nasi Goreng', 'Deep Fried Crispy Shredded Beef with Chilli' and some 'Sesame Prawn Toast'. Plenty there with loads of leftovers for the next day, and a complimentary bag of prawn crackers is always included which is nice! Food quality is always excellent, always delivery sooner than stated which is a bonus too. Can't fault anything here, definitely recommend, and will continue ordering from here! IT'S THE BEST :)

Ordered twice now, had Malaysian curry which is amazing! My only gripe is delivering way before the time given? I know you want to look good but i literally just ordered a pint and it showed up!

Driver turned up with no hot bag with the food inside and was in just inside a flimsy carrier bag
