Was originally scheduled for between 40-50 minutes from ordering, then at 40 minutes changed to 60-80 minutes, arrived 1 hour after ordering, food was cold and drink was missing

My food was cold and soggy not happy with this order at all

The food arrived cold. The chicken had no flavour to it to the point I had to add a load of salt just to make it palletable. I expected some flavour beyond the garlic sauce, sadly not. Top it off the chicken had very little texture, just tasted like boiled meat. At least the chips were decent.

All the food was hot and good, except the chips, they are usually crispy and fresh. To be honest , they were chewy, like they had been microwaved so binned them. Giving benefit of the doubt as usually food is always on point.

love kebabs from here however the last 2 koftes I have got have been quite tough and hard to chew, tasty but not as soft as they used to be. last few I've had have been tough on the outside and quite rubbery and chewy.

The food I am very disappointed with, the cheesy chips were cold and the mozzarella dippers were stone cold and soggy, the nuggets were not cooked properly and have a pink tint to them

Placed usual food order like I always get, turned up early than time I stated although I live 4 min drive from shop if that….. kebab was cold had to take it all apart removing salad & reheated & my daughters nuggets & chips! Disappointing as this is always 5* & always my go to! :(

The worst kebab in Ashford. Food was over a hour late customer service was appalling. Dealing drugs out side terrible avoid at all cost

chip felt like rubber. the burger was horrible it litterly was just cheese slice and the burger and a dry bun. no salad no sauce nothing. extremely disappointed and disgusted at the quality of the food. won't be ordering from then again.

The pizza where wrong and the lamb was very chewy. and the salad was to much onion and not chopped up properly. I was not happy at all with the order.

Food as always was delicious and very hot on arrival - it’s never not been piping hot and this is our go to takeaway place! The only small issue we have had is the delivery the last few times gets delayed on the app - which we would understand at weekends - but it then still doesn’t come at the latest delivery time it’s always around 15 mins later than the pushed back end date. BUT it is still always super hot like I said and always such great quality

food was cold salad was brown and as if it was a week old called then to complain and person on phone was rude basically telling me it wasn't his fault and I had to drive to shop to get a fresh order as food we recived wasn't edible poor food and poor customer service

The chicken donner meat had neither texture nor flavour. The cuts were like skin or fat. It was very unpleasant. I needed to get the salt and pepper out too because it really didn't taste of anything either. A shame because I'm a regular customer, but I may look elsewhere next time

First time I’ve used this place. Had the tray of all mixed kebab meats, all I can say is….. on point !!!!

The order was ok not not very warm and the delivery was over 45 minutes late, the response was we are busy and gave me 2 cans of drink free. To be honest Luke warm kebab 45 minutes late was very very poor.

Have used Kennington Grill a few times, and normally the food is good. However, this order arrived with awful, soggy chips - which I can only assume had either been re-cooked, or left sweating for a length of time. It was that bad that we binned the majority of it

Shame as the food looked great on the menu. Kids chicken burgers were like a chicken nugget in a very hard stale toasted bun . Kebab meat tasteless . Missing drinks although they did fix that quickly . Definitely not worth the money

Was told at 8.30 my order had just left (10 minutes late at this point). 8.45 still not food and on route. The wait (assuming it arrives at some point soon) will be in excess of 2 hours from point of order. Don’t quote times you can adhere to. Food was cold on arrival at 8.49pm. Bad experience

I’ve given 5 star as food good as always and delivery on time as usual, however they did forget to put my pitta bread in my halloumi salad pitta! Which was disappointing. However everything else came fine. Looks like I’ve been refunded for my part of the meal so great customer service too. We all make mistakes and first one made in over 10 orders with this restaurant. Will still order again as we love the food.

This used to be a nice kebab shop. Now dreadful. Never eaten something so expensive and horrible. Had a large lamb shish, looked like a small. When did salad on a kebab become a garnish? Now the taste...chilli sauce tasted like vomit (literally the smell taste you get from vomit) and the salad tasted of cheese. The meat had a strange smell and on taste didn't seem right, could of been because of the vomit chilli sauce. The salad appeared to be old, wilted and brown discolouration. My wife had a chicken burger, same with the salad. Roll had been "heated up" but was dry and stale. My daughter had chicken nuggets and chips. The chips were good. The nuggets were undercooked and tasted of old frier grease. My son had a doner and chips kids meal. Chips were good. Doner meat was dry and again had a strange taste. I will not go back, not unless I wanted chips. Overpriced. Really bad quality. Tasted like food poisoning.

Both of my kebabs chicken is all burnt and hard to eat :/ so sad cause I’ve had the kebab in store & it was amazing. Will never be getting delivery again

The food was good and the order came faster than expected but I am disappointed on the person that delivered it as he was very rude…as I said *cheers mate* he said said nothing and just mumbled. I find that very rude I’m sure he did the same thing last time. I would expect if he does the same to everyone he delivers to they would be just as annoyed as me please sort your attitude or next time you won’t be respected by me…

Would be good if you could order more than 1 sauce for a kebab as you do in the shop.

possibly the worst take away my husband and I have ever had, he ordered a large doner Kebab with a wrap but received a tiny wrap with about 1/3 of the meat you would usually get in a large, and the wrap smelt weird like crayons?! The chips and chicken nuggets were stale as if they'd been cooked hours ago and just heated up a little (not enough) before delivery, also they were very chewy and hurt our teeth. And I had a 1/4lb burger, which was about half the size I was expecting.
