My family love pizzas from here

Absolute disappointment! They were late and on top of that they delivered the wrong meal. We ordered chicken shish and chicken doner, they delivered lamb instead. I can’t stand the smell of lamb so really unpleasant experience! When I tried to call the restaurant they didn’t even bothered to pick up the phone!

Unfortunately the chicken was really chewy and was edible! I normally love the kebabs from here but the last few time they Havant been up to their normal standards

my absolute favourite kebab house, this time unfortunately chips were cold, chicken nuggets were cold for my daughter and a lot smaller portion of kebabs than ever before. love this place so hopefully it's just a one off as normally it's the best around

Food arrived 1.5 hrs late. Unacceptable. Food never arrived as ordered. Pathetic all round service. You will not see me again

the kebab meat was burnt! the chips had been cooked soany times there was nothing inside. the chicken strips though were fabulous .

Fresh ingredients, base wss not chewy

chicken nuggets and the lamb kebab was cold

lamb shish was tough and not very hot , lamb doner not hot , chicken doner greasy and chips stale.

Was originally scheduled for between 40-50 minutes from ordering, then at 40 minutes changed to 60-80 minutes, arrived 1 hour after ordering, food was cold and drink was missing

My food was cold and soggy not happy with this order at all

The food arrived cold. The chicken had no flavour to it to the point I had to add a load of salt just to make it palletable. I expected some flavour beyond the garlic sauce, sadly not. Top it off the chicken had very little texture, just tasted like boiled meat. At least the chips were decent.

All the food was hot and good, except the chips, they are usually crispy and fresh. To be honest , they were chewy, like they had been microwaved so binned them. Giving benefit of the doubt as usually food is always on point.

love kebabs from here however the last 2 koftes I have got have been quite tough and hard to chew, tasty but not as soft as they used to be. last few I've had have been tough on the outside and quite rubbery and chewy.

Ordered chicken donee kebab sharp bone size of a thumb nail! Pointy cracked my tooth! Be careful when chewing! :(

Always a good kebab! Do a cracking BOGOF pizza too. Parking can be a bit tight at busy times

Placed usual food order like I always get, turned up early than time I stated although I live 4 min drive from shop if that….. kebab was cold had to take it all apart removing salad & reheated & my daughters nuggets & chips! Disappointing as this is always 5* & always my go to! :(

The food I am very disappointed with, the cheesy chips were cold and the mozzarella dippers were stone cold and soggy, the nuggets were not cooked properly and have a pink tint to them

The worst kebab in Ashford. Food was over a hour late customer service was appalling. Dealing drugs out side terrible avoid at all cost

chip felt like rubber. the burger was horrible it litterly was just cheese slice and the burger and a dry bun. no salad no sauce nothing. extremely disappointed and disgusted at the quality of the food. won't be ordering from then again.

Wrong items delivered and very small portion for large items would not recommend

The pizza where wrong and the lamb was very chewy. and the salad was to much onion and not chopped up properly. I was not happy at all with the order.

Food as always was delicious and very hot on arrival - it’s never not been piping hot and this is our go to takeaway place! The only small issue we have had is the delivery the last few times gets delayed on the app - which we would understand at weekends - but it then still doesn’t come at the latest delivery time it’s always around 15 mins later than the pushed back end date. BUT it is still always super hot like I said and always such great quality

food was cold salad was brown and as if it was a week old called then to complain and person on phone was rude basically telling me it wasn't his fault and I had to drive to shop to get a fresh order as food we recived wasn't edible poor food and poor customer service

Put chicken on a veggie pizza the staff was very rude took over 1and half to come

Order arrived in time, but missing drink from order is just not what I paid for.

The chicken donner meat had neither texture nor flavour. The cuts were like skin or fat. It was very unpleasant. I needed to get the salt and pepper out too because it really didn't taste of anything either. A shame because I'm a regular customer, but I may look elsewhere next time

First time I’ve used this place. Had the tray of all mixed kebab meats, all I can say is….. on point !!!!

Online said they deliver to our address, frequently checked the delivery status to suddenly be told when it was due for delivery the order had been cancelled with no form of contact

The order was ok not not very warm and the delivery was over 45 minutes late, the response was we are busy and gave me 2 cans of drink free. To be honest Luke warm kebab 45 minutes late was very very poor.

Have used Kennington Grill a few times, and normally the food is good. However, this order arrived with awful, soggy chips - which I can only assume had either been re-cooked, or left sweating for a length of time. It was that bad that we binned the majority of it

the fact it got to us early was a good thing :D deffo get the nachos again!
