the fact it got to us early was a good thing :D deffo get the nachos again!

Shame as the food looked great on the menu. Kids chicken burgers were like a chicken nugget in a very hard stale toasted bun . Kebab meat tasteless . Missing drinks although they did fix that quickly . Definitely not worth the money

Was told at 8.30 my order had just left (10 minutes late at this point). 8.45 still not food and on route. The wait (assuming it arrives at some point soon) will be in excess of 2 hours from point of order. Don’t quote times you can adhere to. Food was cold on arrival at 8.49pm. Bad experience

I’ve given 5 star as food good as always and delivery on time as usual, however they did forget to put my pitta bread in my halloumi salad pitta! Which was disappointing. However everything else came fine. Looks like I’ve been refunded for my part of the meal so great customer service too. We all make mistakes and first one made in over 10 orders with this restaurant. Will still order again as we love the food.

This used to be a nice kebab shop. Now dreadful. Never eaten something so expensive and horrible. Had a large lamb shish, looked like a small. When did salad on a kebab become a garnish? Now the taste...chilli sauce tasted like vomit (literally the smell taste you get from vomit) and the salad tasted of cheese. The meat had a strange smell and on taste didn't seem right, could of been because of the vomit chilli sauce. The salad appeared to be old, wilted and brown discolouration. My wife had a chicken burger, same with the salad. Roll had been "heated up" but was dry and stale. My daughter had chicken nuggets and chips. The chips were good. The nuggets were undercooked and tasted of old frier grease. My son had a doner and chips kids meal. Chips were good. Doner meat was dry and again had a strange taste. I will not go back, not unless I wanted chips. Overpriced. Really bad quality. Tasted like food poisoning.

Both of my kebabs chicken is all burnt and hard to eat :/ so sad cause I’ve had the kebab in store & it was amazing. Will never be getting delivery again

The food was good and the order came faster than expected but I am disappointed on the person that delivered it as he was very rude…as I said *cheers mate* he said said nothing and just mumbled. I find that very rude I’m sure he did the same thing last time. I would expect if he does the same to everyone he delivers to they would be just as annoyed as me please sort your attitude or next time you won’t be respected by me…

Would be good if you could order more than 1 sauce for a kebab as you do in the shop.

possibly the worst take away my husband and I have ever had, he ordered a large doner Kebab with a wrap but received a tiny wrap with about 1/3 of the meat you would usually get in a large, and the wrap smelt weird like crayons?! The chips and chicken nuggets were stale as if they'd been cooked hours ago and just heated up a little (not enough) before delivery, also they were very chewy and hurt our teeth. And I had a 1/4lb burger, which was about half the size I was expecting.

Chips was very nice and crispy, however it’s the second time now that we got very dry and stale meat, I believe they sold us the leftover from the day before. Won’t be going back again. A shame really, as we’ve had nice kebabs here before and it’s local to us, but cannot always go there when it’s busy to make sure we get fresh food.

Chips and chicken nuggets were pale could have done with being cooked more, didn’t get the sauce I asked for on my kebab overall wasn’t overly impressed

It’s 9.15 and I’ve had to phone restaurant to find out what’s happened to food and we are still waiting was told food was there ready but was waiting for a driver so our food was just left sitting around for 30 mins + Really not impressed

It was nice but never get enough kebab meat on the pizza so its actually just a cheese pizza with a tiny bit of meat. But was on time and hot so not all bad

I have a disabled child, when answering the door the my child was stood with me and the dilvery driver laughed and pointed out that my child was in nappies. I was not happy at all he has no idea why my child is still in nappies and to laugh and point it out is absolutely disgusting.

First time order and the meat and chips was very nice. Really nice chilli sauce with a hint of sweetness. The chips are amazing and crispy. Will be our new kebab house after 10yrs of using our local

Portion sizes are amazing, they fill the boxes up with an incredible amount of meat. Flavour is great and they always do a proper job.

Good food as usual but almost always get at least an element of the order wrong - this time missed out the chilli sauce on the kebab which to me was a cardinal sin and ruined the experience

Not normally one to write reviews but very disappointed that we didn't get our free bottle of coke as promised due our delivery being over 20 mins late. Monthly take away. We ordered pizza, kebab and doner meat and chips. Was fantastic. The pizza is cost effective and nicer than papa john's or topps. Well done Kennington grill 👍👍👍

I order from these guys regularly and they never disappoint. Recently there was an item missed of our order and they dealt with it promptly.

It was hot but it was tasteless it was meant to be a meat feast but still looking for the meat it was just cheese and pizza base not nice apart from being 🥵

Food is awful, just received my order took one bite and it went straight in the bin. The meat does not taste fresh I am not even sure it is safe to eat! I then opened my pizza that has chicken on and it and the chicken looks completely off I won’t even attempt to try it! Never will I order from here again and advise others not to aswell!

As far as kebabs go, it’s nice here. The portion sizes are on the smaller side and leave you wondering value for money. It’s not the first time I’ve left disappointed with the size of the meal, I’ve ordered a large chips for over £3 hoping to share with the missus but I’ve had to stop at Maccy Ds to bulk up the order. Unimpressed. Staff are polite and friendly. Probably one bad experience too many for me to return.

The food itself was lovely however I asked for a vegetarian pizza and they put extra meats on it instead of on the meat feast pizza like I asked

Delivery on time but significantly longer than the estimate before you order. Pizza was good, but kebab was probably one of the worst I've ever eaten. Threw most away.. luckily a 2nd pizza was free so i didn't starve!

took 2 and half hours to come was offered a bottle of coke as a sorry but i explained i had a diabetic and hungry so a bottle coke wasnt good enough

All though it was late as a busy night the food was perfect lovely and hot and tasty beautiful and delivery driver was do apologetic great service

Initial Food delivery time was long, 1.5 hours from payment time, shortly before delivery time a delay was indicated, then it still did not come on time by 20 mins. Tried calling restaurant but phone line was closed down. Money taken at 18:19. Ford delivered cold at 20:20.

Not impressed. Soggy, tasteless and very little chicken in my Chicken Shish. I asked for some salad but not all of it salad and soggy. The spicy chicken pieces was just spicy batter and had a strange smell...one for the bin.

Best kebab around. Kapsalon is the business. Chuck some garlic Mayo on the top and it’s like eating a meaty dauphinois 👍🏼
