Nando's in Ashford

Amazing service, amazing food, as always. Despite a mistake being made with one of my items (a burger) for a take out order they, very generously, offered to remake not only the burger but the entire meal itself. Furthermore, they kindly offered me a free drink whilst I waited for my order to be remade. The young lady at the till (Aliyaah) was also very friendly, approachable and quick to answer the phone when I called. I highly recommend everyone to come to this Nandos.

Whenever we travel to the UK this is quite often our last stop, we love Nando’s! This time we arrived in the UK in the evening so were surprised to see how busy the place was. Still we got appointed a table quite quickly and received our food without a long wait.

Excellent Nando’s restaurant. Food, was hot, tasty, and portions were good. Service was superb. Ricky really looked after us and ensured everything was to a high standard. Highly recommend this Nando’s.

We came here yesterday, a Saturday afternoon, with a family group, including 2 kids. I thought the staff were all lovely, really helpful and friendly. Really made it a great meal. There was a short wait for a table, understandable as it was pretty busy. Restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was good, on par with other Nandos I've been to. Thanks for a great dining experience :)

You don’t know how disgusted I am with how long my food had taken to come out over an hour on a Sunday with no one here they had not looked at the online ordering orders because they was to busy talking I will not be coming again

Crowded at 5pm on a Saturday, very long queue to order, staff very slow preparing tables for the newly arrived. As expected, menu all based on peri-peri chicken or vegan alternative. The plain chicken is still spicy, my kids did not like it. Won't come again.

First class service. After traveling for an entire day and having crossed 4 countries, we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat with our 1 year old. Unfortunately no tables available but someone seated us very kindly with a high chair and provide Mac and cheese. Because we'd had an eventful day, he gave us a drink on the house. Literally made our evening as it meant our daughter had her favourite food and we could continue our journey home in no time.

After a day of shopping at the designer outlet, my visit to Nando's was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the staff exhibited exemplary courtesy and assistance. The service was impressively swift, ensuring that our meals arrived promptly. The restaurant itself was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable ambiance for dining. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for a seamless dining experience!

Decent location next to the cinema and the service qas ok but not brilliant. The quality of food and portion size is awful I wouldn't go back. Cost £40 for me and my daughter and I got the smallest chicken wings I've ever had in a restaurant. My daughter didn't even finish her sides and she usually loves nandos. No colour in any of the food, the chips were barely cooked and you get much better quality a lot local restaurants than these chains who dont look after their staff or customers.

The staff is so wonderful here we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant visit and the food was great

Our first time in Nando's and it was a very pleasant couple of hours. Restaurant felt just right --clean and tidy with the right level of lighting. Staff were welcoming, polite and efficient and the food was really tasty. Not only that but there were all sorts of menu variations possible via the phone ordering system which may have confused me but was simplicity for younger heads.

I can definitely say is the worst Nandos I've ever visited, the food was uncooked and the table service one of the worst possible. Definitely not coming again.

Wow wow o wow what’s an amazing lunch we had here on Saturday as we stayed in the hotel close by. Will defo be returning to this Nando the atmosphere was great and food fast and tasty

I have to say spoke to Harry the manager reg our order and he went out of his way to make sure we got everything we ordered and it was spot on hats of to him also so friendly and helpful. Thank you

Usually love our Nandos meal but tonight's takeaway, Full Platter, didn't hit the spot. Sides were fine but our full chicken lacked flavour (perhaps not marinated well, and not charred as normal) which is unusual. Hopefully this was just a blip and our next visit will be better. Staff in the store were welcoming and friendly.

Half of my order came 15 mins apart while I could see my meal sat on the pass and it was left there. It was tough and dry by the time I got it. Not great.

It's a Nando's you know what you're going to get. Clue - it's chicken!

Really easy , welcomed and seated , then choose from menu , go order and pay and food comes out , eat and done . Music and atmosphere were good , the staff friendly , and the food lovely .

The restaurant was clean and food was to a good standard. The only thing I don't like is having to pay at the counter before eating. However you are given a drinking glass while you are paying. You can then fill this up as many times as you like from the soft drinks machine including ice dispenser.

Ali was so kind and friendly couldn’t fault her on her hosting and hospitality skills what a delight ! Really made me and my partner feel comfortable Lilly was so sweet and kind tended to our needs and served with grace and last but not least Jaime was so nice always had a smile !!! These girls are a credit to the company !!

Staff wondering around aimlessly. Got told to order through the app but even though payment was taken, somehow the order “failed”. We had to ask for a refund since we ran out for time as we had a movie to catch.

Great Nando’s. We got what we expected and paid for. We stopped by on our way through from the Eurotunnel. And on the way I read the reviews… they weren’t so positive, so I was a little sceptical. After our perfectly satisfactory and pleasant experience here I thought I’d show them some love! So this is just your regular Nando’s. Exactly what you expect. It was absolutely packed when we arrived, with seemingly happy paying customers. We grabbed the last table. Ordered on the app. Got our drinks very quickly (which I always appreciate!!) Waited a little while for our food but that’s fine as they are busy. The food was normal Nando’s standard. Absolutely no issues. Staff were lovely. Clearly a great stop by when you are on the way to the cinema. Lovely Nando’s. Well done guys!

Absolutely savage food. Lovely atmosphere and even better staff. Ate here 3 times in the last week and they always found a seat for us. Had 1/2 a chicken all 3 nights and never disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful along with floor supervisor/manager.

The constantly get the order wrong for takeaway

Nandos Ashford is honestly one of the best Nandos I've been to. The staff there are polite, efficient and can't do enough to ensure you have a positive experience. The food is always well cooked and they do what they can to ensure that dietry requirements are met. The grillers work hard to ensure food is served promptly and the floor staff keep the restaurant really clean. On previous occasions my chicken has been a little dry but yesterday it was juicy and the medium flavouring was spot on, I dislike food drowned in sauce and the sauce to chicken ratio portion size was perfect ! I visited yesterday mid afternoon, (approximately 2.30pm) and despite a pretty full restaurant, we were seated promptly, we didn't queue too long to order and the food was out a lot speedier than I would've thought possible. The young lady serving (green silky blouse) ensured that my nut allergy was catered for and had the most welcoming smile. The floor staff (blonde hair female) was rushing from table to table, keeping everything clean, and it seemed as if everything were running like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend this restaurant for a spot to eat after the cinema, it easily rivals F&B and Pizza Hut.

I came in unexpectedly late this afternoon, I was supposed to be at the cinema watching a 4DX film, but due to pregnancy decided I couldn't stay and watch the film. Feeling extremely deflated and upset, I went into Nandos on my own, whilst I waited for someone else to collect me, having left my partner in the cinema, as I didn't want to ruin his night. Matt at the tills, I believe he was a manager, could see I was upset and just asked me if I was OK whilst I was ordering, he was extremely genuine and kind. Unfortunately, due to my ridiculous hormones his kindness and gesture made me extremely emotional and I could not stop crying. Matt and his colleague, I believe Anastacia, were incredibly kind and made me feel extremely supported. Their token of kindness and support really made a huge difference to my night. It has made me incredibly proud of Nandos, these two really cared for the customer and are a credit to the company. I hope my feedback repays their kindness and they are praised for their empathy and kindness.

They can not serve people in acceptable time in an empty restaurant because of " not enough staff".....

I think it's the best Nandos in Kent. Front of house always very friendly and seat you as soon as possible.

Was very understaffed when we visited. But we were seated fairly quickly. And ordered through the app as suggested by the very friendly staff. Food was fairly prompt and prepared to a good standard, very nice will be back.

Very impressive and was seated quickly even though there seemed to be a wait. Quick service and was checked up on constantly if me food was OK. But toilets could have been checked because most of them didn't have toilet roll

Usual Nandos experience, only draw back is the waiting sometimes seems to take forever for a table. Otherwise, lovely and friendly staff. Who are always pleasant

Very good Nando’s, quite during the weekdays in the evenings which is nice. Good service and nice food. I think they should get rid of wooden chairs as it gets uncomfortable after a while. Highly recommend!

Note you cannot book in advance so you have to chance it by just turning up. We arrived approx 5.30pm Saturday. Food came out quickly and was really hot and well cooked. Mains were spot on too, just right, chicken was soft and tender not dry or tasteless. You can order via the QR square on your table or you can go up to the counter. I like this method as your bill is already paid so no need to wait at the end. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very pleased, will return .

Nandos Eureka Park Ashford is like our second home - we go there so often it's like we are part of the furniture! However, it seems there has been a change of staff or the staff members we were used to seeing have moved on which is a shame they were great and recognised us and would have conversations with us, however the staff tonight were great too! Food today was brilliant. I'd leave 5 star reviews all the time - at least 24 times a year ;)

Very poor service from the manager. After waiting one hour for the food she said " all I can do is give you a refund" if you dont want to wait for an additional 10 minutes. The food was served to everyone else that came after us and no one explained why such a long wait.

Got a massive takeaway… was banging. Would get again.

It's normally good here and I'm a regular BUT...on this occasion I found myself with bad food poisoning which put me completely out of action for 36 hours. I hadn't eaten much previously and I don't know if it was the chicken or any of the sides but I'm a bit reluctant to go back here right now.

Ordered via the table qr code. It took forever for the glasses to come let alone the food which took forever.

Till staff disappeared for over 10mins when the we approached the counter to order, even kitchen staff were perplexed. When she reappeared only to take the next customer's order instead. Attempted to order the Fino, was told the relish that comes on it isn't available. When asked to change it for either one of the other relishes served on other dishes instead. Staff member had to call manager for a decision, 5 mins later manager appears to say missing relish can't be substituted..... Extremely disappointing customer service!

Waiting for a table and lady said sure she'd be back in a min, 5 mins later someone else turns up and says they aren't taking bookings. Well you could have said so 5 mins earlier and not kept us waiting. Badly organised.

Nandos is Nandos, always great food. They've always been consistently good at Ashford, nice atmosphere and a clean place to eat.

Good value for food, lots of staff, however, a big wait on tables 20 mins to be seated even though half the restaurant was available. Can't be staff shortage there were 2 managers, at least 4 floor staff kitchen was full of cooks and 2 people on till area?

Very good service and atmosphere and food was lovely however chicken can be really burned sometimes and not worth the price for the amount you get.

Understaffed and the slowest service ever in Nando’s. Attentiveness if staff scores zero. Cold soggy chips and even they weren’t served with a smile. Obviously a very poorly managed ‘restaurant’

A quick pre cinema meal was needed so a visit to Nando’s ensued. My teenage niece loves the place, but it’s wonders are list on me. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive, but fiddling around with qr codes to order a chicken burger are not really a thing…. are they? It’s a bit like McDonalds where simply ordering food at the counter is just far too…. er….. easy ? Anyway, having realised that this was a restaurant where er, I had to “wait” on myself I ordered chicken based food and fries. It was okay, pretty much burger in a bun. Coke was cold and wet. Table top sticky, staff efficient. But really, couldn’t see what all the fuss was about, but clearly a popular chain with branches everywhere. Not much change out of £20 seemed almost as spicey as their sauces.

Normally love Nandos, but I wont be going back to this Ashford branch.. it took 35min to get our food which is not very long but in Nandos terms it long, compared to what we have normally had to wait at other branchs. The issue is, the griller just kept pumping out the chicken while the rest of the kitchen had to play catch up.. this meant our chicken sat under the hot pass for 10min while it waited for the rest of the kitchen to add the sides. Our chicken was so dry and hard we couldnt eat some of it. Our long stem broccoli was luke warm in instead of hot, our garlic bread was soft and not crunchy..... So far the worst nandos experience we have had!

Not even 1 star. Waiting at least 40 minutes for our food just to see it on the serving counter for 10 minutes. Once the food finally arrives it’s cold we tell the manager that it is cold and they take it away and apologises, once the food comes back turns out they actually give us the same dishes! Also was cold. Wouldn’t waste my time here again.

Really nice sitting outside, friendly staff, great food

My daughters birthday and she wanted to go here. Some of our food was cooked and left under the lamps for about 15 minutes before the rest so when it came to our table it was mostly cold. To the manager's credit he handled the situation very well and we left happy. So often you find they do the minimum to resolve the issue but he I feel went over and above. It's Nandos, if you've eaten at one you've eaten at all of them.

Kids made me do it. I think they liked it. I thought it was horrible. I guess the chips were ok but the fake chicken burger was really very bad, bordering inedable. I would have much preferred a MacDonalds or even a Subway or even an out of date egg sandwich from Tesco and they're just down right dangerous.

Great chicken!! Not much more yo say. Lots of parking and a nice outside searing area for the nicer weather. Friendly staff and quick food. Love the refillable so drinks.

Extremely slow service (we were warned) and the wings were a little dry and over cooked but apart from that it was good

Not the best Nando’s but not the worst. The service is generally pretty slow but the food is ok. Last time I visited on a Sunday afternoon, one staff member was moving so slowly and with such a vacant expression it turned out to be really amusing to watch, and was a welcome distraction while waiting for the rest of the bored looking team members to prepare the food. Cleanliness of tables and menus not great either. Will be interesting to see if this branch loses much footfall when the new one opens in the outlet.

Always seems to be short staffed, half the restaurant is empty but you wait for a table. Tried takeaway tonight and it was 20 mins late to collect

When we arrived @ Nandos they told us that we need 2 wait for 15 minutes, but a lot of table (outside AND inside) have been empty. After the waiting time n choosing our table we where told that they haven’t chicken…cause of a broken grill. Why couldn’t they tell us this be4 our waiting time? In addition we were told that the preparation will need 25 minutes….it took minimum of 30 minutes. When ordering we were told there was no liver as well. We saw that our dinner was ready to get served, but no waiter was available. Luckily we got our food n it tasted well. The different sauces are very delicious (but normally no needed).

15 minutes wait for table... Got seated and placed the order. 50 minutes later still waiting for the food. They are more bothered about takeaways, Uber and just eat orders than people in the restaurant!
