Excellent service Host on the door was extremely accommodating with my wife's disability

It's Nando's. Everyone likes Nando's. My only reason for not giving 5 stars for everything is that the butterfly chicken was a burned on the outside (inside was juicy), and food took longer than expected to arrive. Probably a 25 minute wait. Service great.

Dined here on Friday evening (13th September). It was very busy and we were informed of a wait, however we were given menus to browse and there were seats spare to sit on. The wait wasn’t long though. Great front of house, I think her name began with an L, super friendly, kind and helpful. She made us not really mind waiting because she was so nice. Food was good, nice atmosphere and would come back if in the area again.

This restaurant is really vile, the floors are sticky, the tables are greasy and disgusting. I spent a few minutes cleaning knives and forks before we ate. The server behind the counter was more interested in other things, it took me a while to get served. Food average at best. Just gross. Last time I ever visit Nandos - it’s the new Pizza Hut.

Worst nandos experience to date. Many of the food options were unavailable, the food took a while to arrive and the acoustics of the restaurant meant that you felt you were eating in an echo chamber- if I could have given minus stars for atmosphere I would have.

I had a fantastic experience at Nando's in Ashford. The manager was extremely helpful, and the staff were very polite and friendly. Despite it being late on a Sunday, and they must have been tired, their customer service and attitude were outstanding. I was really impressed with how well they treated us. Highly recommend!"

Lovely manager on today (28/08/2024, this his name is Ricky) we arrived to collect our take away but there was a wait of about 10-15 minutes. (We got there at our time slot for collection) The manager offered us 2 complimentary deserts which we thought was very kind. Small things go along way!

Nandos is one of my faves! They don't fail to disappoint, with the addition of 20% nhs discount if you show your badge. The unlimited ice cream is also a winner for me

Food was good as you can expect from Nando's, site can get very busy during peak hours and service does suffer during those times. The wait for the food to arrive has been long on a few occasions, but when it does happen the staff are always very apologetic and the restaurant is usually packed.

Kieran who was our waiter was extremely polite and helpful. A real credit to the branch!

Food is always on point! Lovely friendly staff and quick service. Wish they have the option to tip the staff when ordering on the app in the restaurant, nobody carries cash anymore! :)

Decent location next to the cinema and the service qas ok but not brilliant. The quality of food and portion size is awful I wouldn't go back. Cost £40 for me and my daughter and I got the smallest chicken wings I've ever had in a restaurant. My daughter didn't even finish her sides and she usually loves nandos. No colour in any of the food, the chips were barely cooked and you get much better quality a lot local restaurants than these chains who dont look after their staff or customers. I have since returned a few times and the food and service has greatly improved and I take my daughter weekly. I would recommend this restaurant.

We came here after the cinema with our family. I tried all the sauces and my favourite was the extra hot. My cousins really like your restaurant and now we do to. (will definitely come back soon). Thank you, Ollie, age 10

Food was good, presentation was a bit weird for my partner's meal as she has a gluten allergy and it came out on 3 separate plates! Staff were friendly enough with brief interactions, the atmosphere was nice and food was out quickly!

Entered on my own on a business trip on a Thursday night, despite being relatively busy, staff were attentive, quick, welcoming and friendly. Kitchen staff seemed to have it on point, food came out hot and delicious. Will definitely return!

Came here after a long day. It was pretty late, and I was unsure if I'd be able to get something to eat. Fortunately, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Mia. Food came quickly and with a smile. I left some belongings on the table as I left. Before driving off, I realised and I got out of the car to find Mia was already outside trying to locate me to return my belongings. Nando's are lucky to have such a wonderful team member. She was a delight from start to finish.

Thanks for being friendly to customers. This goes out to the young black boy welcoming customers. That on its own goes a long way. I returned today 04/06/2024. My order was chared. I mean seriously, somebody needs a bit of training.

After our dinner my daughter wanted ice cream, I queued 10 minutes just to pay for the tub to then have no spoons. They said they would bring one to our table, so my daughter has got her ice cream from the machine expecting her spoon to be brought over as promised. No spoon is brought, I then proceed to ask not 1 but 3 other members of staff for a spoon. No one seemed to know what was going on. All I wanted was a spoon. So painful. 20mins later by daughter could finally eat her ice cream.

Travelling with dogs, we were happy to find Nandos within walking distance of our hotel. There was plentiful outside seating and the staff were helpful by providing a big bowl of fresh water for the dogs. The food was great, the service was quick and the courses were brought to the table in good time. The app made ordering easy as we didn't need to enter the restaurant.

Good food as always but.. and this is a big BUT.. The trend to do ordering through a QR code goes hand in hand with a lack of ability of the staff to properly communicate. We ordered some drinks and as we never experienced this type of "service" before, the drinks sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes before I went and asked about it, and was told: "Oh yes, it was here for a while". Does none of the staff get the idea of maybe walking a few metres to drop the tray with drinks at the table?

Amazing service, amazing food, as always. Despite a mistake being made with one of my items (a burger) for a take out order they, very generously, offered to remake not only the burger but the entire meal itself. Furthermore, they kindly offered me a free drink whilst I waited for my order to be remade. The young lady at the till (Aliyaah) was also very friendly, approachable and quick to answer the phone when I called. I highly recommend everyone to come to this Nandos.

Whenever we travel to the UK this is quite often our last stop, we love Nando’s! This time we arrived in the UK in the evening so were surprised to see how busy the place was. Still we got appointed a table quite quickly and received our food without a long wait.

Excellent Nando’s restaurant. Food, was hot, tasty, and portions were good. Service was superb. Ricky really looked after us and ensured everything was to a high standard. Highly recommend this Nando’s.

We came here yesterday, a Saturday afternoon, with a family group, including 2 kids. I thought the staff were all lovely, really helpful and friendly. Really made it a great meal. There was a short wait for a table, understandable as it was pretty busy. Restaurant was clean and tidy. The food was good, on par with other Nandos I've been to. Thanks for a great dining experience :)

Crowded at 5pm on a Saturday, very long queue to order, staff very slow preparing tables for the newly arrived. As expected, menu all based on peri-peri chicken or vegan alternative. The plain chicken is still spicy, my kids did not like it. Won't come again.

First class service. After traveling for an entire day and having crossed 4 countries, we wanted to grab a quick bite to eat with our 1 year old. Unfortunately no tables available but someone seated us very kindly with a high chair and provide Mac and cheese. Because we'd had an eventful day, he gave us a drink on the house. Literally made our evening as it meant our daughter had her favourite food and we could continue our journey home in no time.

After a day of shopping at the designer outlet, my visit to Nando's was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I stepped in, the staff exhibited exemplary courtesy and assistance. The service was impressively swift, ensuring that our meals arrived promptly. The restaurant itself was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable ambiance for dining. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience and am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for a seamless dining experience!

Our first time in Nando's and it was a very pleasant couple of hours. Restaurant felt just right --clean and tidy with the right level of lighting. Staff were welcoming, polite and efficient and the food was really tasty. Not only that but there were all sorts of menu variations possible via the phone ordering system which may have confused me but was simplicity for younger heads.

I can definitely say is the worst Nandos I've ever visited, the food was uncooked and the table service one of the worst possible. Definitely not coming again.

Wow wow o wow what’s an amazing lunch we had here on Saturday as we stayed in the hotel close by. Will defo be returning to this Nando the atmosphere was great and food fast and tasty

This goes for all nandos really mediocre food, nothing special at all, just fast food.

Usually love our Nandos meal but tonight's takeaway, Full Platter, didn't hit the spot. Sides were fine but our full chicken lacked flavour (perhaps not marinated well, and not charred as normal) which is unusual. Hopefully this was just a blip and our next visit will be better. Staff in the store were welcoming and friendly.

I have to say spoke to Harry the manager reg our order and he went out of his way to make sure we got everything we ordered and it was spot on hats of to him also so friendly and helpful. Thank you

Half of my order came 15 mins apart while I could see my meal sat on the pass and it was left there. It was tough and dry by the time I got it. Not great.

Really easy , welcomed and seated , then choose from menu , go order and pay and food comes out , eat and done . Music and atmosphere were good , the staff friendly , and the food lovely .

The restaurant was clean and food was to a good standard. The only thing I don't like is having to pay at the counter before eating. However you are given a drinking glass while you are paying. You can then fill this up as many times as you like from the soft drinks machine including ice dispenser.

Ali was so kind and friendly couldn’t fault her on her hosting and hospitality skills what a delight ! Really made me and my partner feel comfortable Lilly was so sweet and kind tended to our needs and served with grace and last but not least Jaime was so nice always had a smile !!! These girls are a credit to the company !!

Staff wondering around aimlessly. Got told to order through the app but even though payment was taken, somehow the order “failed”. We had to ask for a refund since we ran out for time as we had a movie to catch.

Great Nando’s. We got what we expected and paid for. We stopped by on our way through from the Eurotunnel. And on the way I read the reviews… they weren’t so positive, so I was a little sceptical. After our perfectly satisfactory and pleasant experience here I thought I’d show them some love! So this is just your regular Nando’s. Exactly what you expect. It was absolutely packed when we arrived, with seemingly happy paying customers. We grabbed the last table. Ordered on the app. Got our drinks very quickly (which I always appreciate!!) Waited a little while for our food but that’s fine as they are busy. The food was normal Nando’s standard. Absolutely no issues. Staff were lovely. Clearly a great stop by when you are on the way to the cinema. Lovely Nando’s. Well done guys!

Absolutely savage food. Lovely atmosphere and even better staff. Ate here 3 times in the last week and they always found a seat for us. Had 1/2 a chicken all 3 nights and never disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful along with floor supervisor/manager.

The constantly get the order wrong for takeaway

I came in unexpectedly late this afternoon, I was supposed to be at the cinema watching a 4DX film, but due to pregnancy decided I couldn't stay and watch the film. Feeling extremely deflated and upset, I went into Nandos on my own, whilst I waited for someone else to collect me, having left my partner in the cinema, as I didn't want to ruin his night. Matt at the tills, I believe he was a manager, could see I was upset and just asked me if I was OK whilst I was ordering, he was extremely genuine and kind. Unfortunately, due to my ridiculous hormones his kindness and gesture made me extremely emotional and I could not stop crying. Matt and his colleague, I believe Anastacia, were incredibly kind and made me feel extremely supported. Their token of kindness and support really made a huge difference to my night. It has made me incredibly proud of Nandos, these two really cared for the customer and are a credit to the company. I hope my feedback repays their kindness and they are praised for their empathy and kindness.

Nandos Ashford is honestly one of the best Nandos I've been to. The staff there are polite, efficient and can't do enough to ensure you have a positive experience. The food is always well cooked and they do what they can to ensure that dietry requirements are met. The grillers work hard to ensure food is served promptly and the floor staff keep the restaurant really clean. On previous occasions my chicken has been a little dry but yesterday it was juicy and the medium flavouring was spot on, I dislike food drowned in sauce and the sauce to chicken ratio portion size was perfect ! I visited yesterday mid afternoon, (approximately 2.30pm) and despite a pretty full restaurant, we were seated promptly, we didn't queue too long to order and the food was out a lot speedier than I would've thought possible. The young lady serving (green silky blouse) ensured that my nut allergy was catered for and had the most welcoming smile. The floor staff (blonde hair female) was rushing from table to table, keeping everything clean, and it seemed as if everything were running like a well-oiled machine. I highly recommend this restaurant for a spot to eat after the cinema, it easily rivals F&B and Pizza Hut.

Was very understaffed when we visited. But we were seated fairly quickly. And ordered through the app as suggested by the very friendly staff. Food was fairly prompt and prepared to a good standard, very nice will be back.

Very impressive and was seated quickly even though there seemed to be a wait. Quick service and was checked up on constantly if me food was OK. But toilets could have been checked because most of them didn't have toilet roll

Very good Nando’s, quite during the weekdays in the evenings which is nice. Good service and nice food. I think they should get rid of wooden chairs as it gets uncomfortable after a while. Highly recommend!

Note you cannot book in advance so you have to chance it by just turning up. We arrived approx 5.30pm Saturday. Food came out quickly and was really hot and well cooked. Mains were spot on too, just right, chicken was soft and tender not dry or tasteless. You can order via the QR square on your table or you can go up to the counter. I like this method as your bill is already paid so no need to wait at the end. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very pleased, will return .

Nandos Eureka Park Ashford is like our second home - we go there so often it's like we are part of the furniture! However, it seems there has been a change of staff or the staff members we were used to seeing have moved on which is a shame they were great and recognised us and would have conversations with us, however the staff tonight were great too! Food today was brilliant. I'd leave 5 star reviews all the time - at least 24 times a year ;)

Very poor service from the manager. After waiting one hour for the food she said " all I can do is give you a refund" if you dont want to wait for an additional 10 minutes. The food was served to everyone else that came after us and no one explained why such a long wait.

Got a massive takeaway… was banging. Would get again.

It's normally good here and I'm a regular BUT...on this occasion I found myself with bad food poisoning which put me completely out of action for 36 hours. I hadn't eaten much previously and I don't know if it was the chicken or any of the sides but I'm a bit reluctant to go back here right now.
