Every time we have ordered from this take away the food is always fresh and we’ve never ever had any issue with anything the staff seem all friendly very polite with food quality is 100% specially there spicy beef and pineapple pizza Plus it’s buy one get one free I would say is better than dominoes

Had a take away from here today it was the best kebab take away we have ever had everything was cooked to perfection, quick, friendly delivery, all food arrived piping hot it really was absolutely perfect.

Food was spot one and arrived on time.

New management, food is soo much better Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Been ordering takeaway from here since the summer of lockdown in 2020. We often go for the £30 kebab family mixed special which is more than enough for us 4 and is great value for money. Service is unbelievable and delivery driver often turns up within 25-30 minutes of ordering. Be careful with which website you use as there appears to be a Charcoal Grill in Ashford (Middlesex) which is a coincidence.

Our delivery was very fast it was the best kebab we have had in a long time x

Disgusting customer service, took my money then refused to deliver, was extremely rude, wouldn’t let me talk, I waited over an hour to be told “go somewhere else” definitely don’t recommend and don’t waste your money! Horrible and rude

Worst experience using this app. I ordered 2x 12" pizzas. Upon arriving, both pizzas were charred and inedible. I would not feed this to my dog yet along my family. I contacted the restaurant to try and rectify this, and I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The man over the phone quite aggressively asked if I'd ever eaten pizza before, so unless I want to go into hospital, they have to cook it properly — both responses are beyond my comprehension, especially for someone in a customer facing role. At no time was there any understanding or courtesy towards what we received. They weren't offering a refund, or to helping rectify the issue and come and check/collect the pizza — they were just very dismissive. We were left out of pocket, as well as unable to eat both pizzas.Hopefully this review makes you rethink who answers your phones to customers

Food is okay but delivery is always either half an hour early if you try order it for a certain time or an hour later than they tell you… I called up to complain that this had happened 5/6 times and they proceeded to argue that I was too picky by wanting my food around a certain time!

Popped in as was in area and fancied a kebab. Got the House Special Kebab, loads of tasty Donner meat and one skewer of the others. Really impressed, definitely recommend if passing, it's tucked out the way in a housing estate and a gem of a find!

Chicken burger dry as anything. And forgot doner meat. When i called to get the meat delivered and to say i couldnt actually chew through my chicken burger i got told they wouldnt replace it then hung up on me! Disgusting customer service!

Ordered and paid for my food through deliveroo,was told charcoal grill had my order and someone from charcoal grill would deliver,my order never showed up,i phoned the restaurant and the delivery person but no answer and this was way before closing time.!deliveroo have sent an email for charcoal grill to refund me.

Not sure if there are new owners but we receives a leaflet the other day and figured we'd give them a go for delivery... best food delivery we've had in a very long time! Lots of choice, food was fantastic and delivered on time. Will definitely be ordering from Charcoal Grill again in the future!

Ordered from there yesterday, they gave me the wrong food for one and it was burnt. When I called up they told me to eat my XL kebab and they will send me the correct one out as well...I would of preferred a refund as how was I meant to eat 2 XL kebabs, so it went to waist.The next day after I felt really 🤒

Ordered 2 chicken Kebabs ( cube chicken) within 2 hrs of eating both me and my partner have upset tummies. Chicken was hard and chewy Wont be ordering again

An hour and 45 mins late and it’s cold and it’s not even correct food missing. Shop didn’t even call me back Another 15mins and still no call back avoid like the plague

Giving 4 stars because every time I've ordered its been spot but tonight I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and chips and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive, for then the delivery guy told me he went to the house down the road! Chips are cold but everything else okay, such a shame as this place is my favourite, happens again I will be going else where even after being a loyal costumer 👍

Gave it 3 stars 9 months ago... Back in the days this was a 5 star place. Day by day has got worse. Ordered Fish & Chips (with Salt & Vinegar). First thing - no salt and vinegar which we could live with. But then when I saw the state of a LARGE Cod it was embarrassing. Looked like a medium cod not a large one, could tell was cooked in old oil due to weird colour on the crust along with how oily it was! It wasn't crispy and was just oozing with oil. At first over the phone wouldn't even offer a refund, barely an apology. Had to go to the shop and wait to speak to the manager who kindly gave money back for my portion of the order. I've gone to this place for years but looks like I'll have to stop.

2nd time in a row delivery over 1.5hrs and when food arrived it was discustingly cold and very soggy. We will never be using Vinos place again, which is a shame because first experiences was always ok. Never again because £25 wasted straight in bin.

Food was good and the people who didn't scrimp on the portions. Chips would have been better if crunchy. Also the delivery man man called Shane is so fit.

Placed my order online. Got a phone call saying they hadn’t got no savaloy so I asked for a jumbo sausage. Waited an hour for it to be delivered to be delivered a battered sausage which I am allergic to batter. Rang up to ask them to bring what I asked for and the man shouted at me down the phone and told me to f**ck off.

The best kebab I've had in Kent after a long time. Not too expensive, wholesome, fresh and great customer service.
