A good venue in which to drink from their broad-if-unadventurous menu of well-kept cask and keg ales, as well as spirits, and wines. Not sure the frozen margarita machine is quite my thing... Friendly enough, relatively unpretentious and comfortable decor; a pleasant place to lose an hour or two.

Excellent food as always from The Emperor!

Ate here because it was one of few options on a Monday lunchtime. Not disappointed though and will return. Friendly service. Excellent simple Italian cooking. Good value for money. Only downside is the room is a bit echo-y - don't sit near coffee machine if you want to hear the conversation on your table.

We booked a table at Buenasado to celebrate our wedding anniversary a few days ago and not only the food was outstanding, but what really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff! We should have thought beforehand that it's this time of the year when everyone's out for Christmas parties and venues are packed with noisy crowds, but despite this- Giovanni, the manager of the restaurant, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our romantic night out, even offering us an amazing complimentary gift! The staff is as well trained to the highest standards - out waitress Brigita was very professional and attentive despite the busy atmosphere. Excellent hospitality! The food itself was exquisite - perfectly tender medium rare steaks are by far the best in Reading , padroni peppers were a charm! So far one of the best steakhouses in Reading and London area ! Thank you!

I was expecting a pita, but the flat bread was good, too. The "secret sauce" is super good.

Busy as usual but staff aren’t as friendly as they used to be it seems. Food is so overpriced for what you get and not as good quality as used to be. With all that said it wasn’t entirely bad it was just average but we will be coming back. :)

We have been here many times over the last few years & the kids know it as our favourite place to eat. Food is always amazing. Staff are always great. You can never go wrong. Simply fantastic!

My food was left outside the entrance of the front door of my retirement complex. I received a txt telling me that it had been delivered but not where to. I didn't realise that the carrier would leave it outside! After about 3/4 of an hour I looked around the complex foyer and then saw the package that had been left on a wooden seat through the glass door.
