Great service, great drinks, best ever

Once again absolutely fantastic fish and chips,had a large cod and chips between the 2 of us we struggled to eat it all. 5 + stars all the way. Katie 👍👍👍👍👍

Takeaway quality is poor. Food arrived late and cold. Pad Thai did not have flavour and the chicken massaman curry was incredibly oily and used bone-in, skin-on thigh - not pleasant. Disappointing!

I ordered 2 large cod and 2 large chips for collection. The food was ready when I got there but when we got home we realised that either, the chip portion sizes are massively reduced, or they only gave us one portion. Sadly the chips were also dry, which is unusual as we generally have good food from there. Can’t complain about the fish, though. That was lovely.

The food was cold and service was bad last night Friday night and her daughter a bad too never going back again when it say coffee from nescafe and is not as it kendo coffee and we had to pay £3.50 just for hot water wot the joke to as well then and why even the manager should of said been happy then Then £40 and there was atmosphere in the restaurant was not welcome to wife

Food was very nice and well presented very good value .. you are left to got on with your food the staff are very nice and friendly ..and do not keep asking you if everything is OK thankyou for a nice and relaxing breakfast...

I can’t recommend this place enough the apartment we stayed in was cosy and clean and exactly what we needed to get away from our busy life’s for the weekend, we decided to eat in the pub on Sunday and it was hands down the best roast dinner I have ever eaten and Iv eaten a lot! The food was superb, myself and my friend spoke about it for days after and having been craving the pork belly ever since! even the coffee is full of flavour. The pub itself has a beautiful feel cosy and warm but with a modern twist, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had some usually a little naughty dogs with us who also seemed to love it and behaved the best they ever have in a pub to date. Don’t hesitate, go, you will not regret it

Spot on the breakfast. Very well cooked and not greasy. Potatoes were lovely. Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly. Thank you for a lovely breakfast.

We were welcomed into the bar area to eat accompanied by our dog. There was lots of choice on the menu and extra choices on the specials chalk board. I had a most delicious mushroom and nut wellington and my husband had a burger which was not only huge but super tasty. There was a great selection of desserts. Lovely pub, friendly staff and delicious food - what more could you want?
