The Master Fryer in Horsham

Ordering and paying online was very easy! Food ready to pick up at specified time. Portion size was generous and food was excellent!

I ordered on line for 6.30 and when l got there it was ready immediately and piping hot. Delicious plate of fish and chips thoroughly recommended.

Very very busy presumably online ordering is bigger buisness,and yes it was a Friday, just guessing...but normally that scenario makes everything fresher and hotter....Sadly not,stale Luke warm chips , wife refused to eat them....cod roe should have been piping hot, Not!!! Cod was OK not hot though....off day who knows ? there are other chippies but I thought 35 years of going into town is such a trek , but theirs is still hot!!!!

Ordered on line, the web site is easy to use. On collection they was no waiting straight in and out. Food once again very good.

Had 2 x Haddock and chips. I cannot fault it in any way. The fish was beautifully cooked, huge slabs of fish, so very very tasty unlike many offerings these days. Chips again were well cooked, not bitty, they were good sized and good quality. Really first class. Well done .

Ordered my meal online which is fast and easy to do. As soon as i walked through the door the young lady on duty handed me my meal straight away with a big smile on her face . The chef on duty also greeted me with good banter. Masterfryer Roffey, highly recommend to everyone

This is our go to fish & chip shop. The chips & batter are not greasy, steak & kidney pies (my husband’s favourite) are always available & the portions are generous. We used to turn up at the shop & order, but now use their online order service & the orders are always on time & correct. An added bonus is that you can accrue discounts to use on a future order.

We had a lovely meal there tonight I believe the men cooking were called ben and tommy and the lady on the till was Maria and another lovely girl who's name I didn't catch, the service was efficient speedy and faultless

They always do excellent chips. My husband has the fish or chicken and he says it's always perfect. I'm vegetarian so I usually have their excellent halloumi sticks.

The online ordering system asks you if you would prefer your order wrapped in paper or placed in a box. I chose box. I made this choice as I find wrapping battered fish in paper makes the batter very soggy and stick to the paper...

We ordered a cod & chips and pie & chips. Chips were warm and not cooked through. Very disappointed. Cod was ok but soggy batter. Home made tartare sauce was not very nice. First time we have tried here, so very disappointed.

Pre order fish and chips for 14 people, the food was all ready and piping hot when we arrived to collect ✔️ Just one piece of fish wasn’t the best, but everyone else said how good the food was. My only comment would be for an order of that size it would have been so helpful if the paper wrapping had been marked with it’s contents, not an essay, just a letter or 2.
