Today, when I started to eat my food, I accidentally spilled my drink and right the next second the worker Asma cleaned it up for me. Aswell as that, she also gave me a new drink with such good atitude. Which made my experience truly wonderful! Thank you to all Mcdonald workers that helped!

The food was poor, the atmosphere was terrible, and worst of all, as the front and rear doors were wide open, the entire place stunk of cigarette smoke. The food was pretty poor. The chips had obviously been cooked in a large batch, and we seemed to have gotten the end of said batch, as although the chips looked pretty crisp, they were soft and flaccid. The burger itself was not bad; however, there was very little American mustard, and the ketchup in it was more like a relish than ketchup. I can't say that it was particularly hot either. The onion rings were ok, although they were oozing fat, hot fat at that. They looked great it was just a shame that they had been cooked with fish as that was all you could taste. Ok, it was Friday early evening and pretty busy, but that does not excuse the lacklustre food, which arrived in less than ten minutes or indeed the stench of stale cigarette smoke that hung in the air. Yes, it was hot, so they had all the doors open, but still the smell was awful. ?The management should be ashamed at that, I'd not recommend it...

Amazing Pub! We came for the Easter Special Event on. It was so lovely that the pub takes the time to set up these events. Bouncy castle, Crafts and Easter Egg hunt. The general manager James was fantastic. He oversees the event and makes sure everyone is being spoken too, kids are having fun and giving out prizes and sweets. We had food and drinks after and it was great value and tasted lovely. Would recommend this pub

It used to be a very nice place, but now the upper floor is usually closed, and the food is not comparable with the one served when they opened the business . Another company's service in decline like other thousands.

Recently went here for lunch in the bar area and had an excellent and relaxing experience. The very friendly welcome, service, food and prices were all superb. Thank you.

No dogs are allowed here now so we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Worst chips iv ever had, totaly undercooked even after asking for more well done and then taking back, second lot was even worse, dry, tasteless and undercooked, also a tiny portion for £16! Wont bother going here again! Want to give no stars but cant

Good selection of food, great value for money and tasty. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely come back again.

Stopped for a meal, which was absolutely disgusting stone cold and not as described on the menu. Toilets dirty and smelly and toilet paper all over the floor in the ladies sticking to my shoes. Told the bar person, and they were not interested. Total waste of money. It's really not worth a visit at all. My 10 year old granddaughter would have made a better job. Also, not worth the money paid for the meal, in fact I give better food to my dog. staff rude and standing around doing absolutely nothing totally unorganised.

Food is always late on delivery. Every single time it takes double the stated time.

We went on the impression of selling "hobgoblin" beer, but sadly they didn't serve it. We were given quite a tight time line to drink up as we had our grandson. The toilets were something from a third world country! Quite surprised they didn't have squat bogs!

Delicious turkey and veggie roast, only improvement could be the carrots adding abit of seasoning & keeping the skins on. Customer service is always great. Managed to make use of the local offer posted through our door.

The Griffin were very accommodating when my husband (the birthday boy) saw that they had Lamb Shank Shepherds pie on the menu but it was part of their Easter menu and was supposed to have changed the day we were due to visit, I called up before booking & asked if there was any way at all he would be able to have it (as it was his birthday!) and lovely Sam who I spoke to said ‘when booking make sure you put it in the special requests section but there is a strong possibility that it might be likely to be able to happen’ I did just that and when we turned up the following day he was able to have his dinner of choice! Thank you very much to the Griffin for making his day & he said it was delicious and very filling! We were all very impressed with our choices so thank you once again! We have visited a few times over the years as we love the place and always recommend people to visit! See you again I am sure! The Taylor family! X
