Great food I'm been yesterday test food kebab lovely I'm eating lamb doner and lamb shish and chip's very nice end cook very well lovely

Another of my reviews, I have known the Istanbul Grill team for a while and they were quite friendly. I know we have quite a few negative reviews but please may I state that deliveries are handled through third party companies and they may not handle the food well and may take long due to their transportation. Anyway, lovely garlic and chilli sauce. It is delicious with the Fries. We mainly order their fries and salad. Very nice with other foods. I do agree that some food may be a bit overpriced for example the jalpeno cream cheese poppers which are £6 for 6 pieces. Other things are nice but i would give 5 stars if some prices were decreased. Will carry on visiting Istanbul Grill to enjoy their delicious food.

Speedy delivery always, arrives hot, always great service and the food is super tasty it’s our go too when not in the mood to cook

Do not order delivery from here second time I have ordered where chicken was absolutely dry and flavourless definitely had been microwaved not fresh at all cheesy chips were cold as not even like warm and only a 7 min drive away never ordering again

Ordered a chicken wrap meal and I got only a chicken without any salad or sauces. And it was not possible to eat because it was so salty. Disappointed because used to love this place!

Best Kebab in The UK period! You won't taste a kebab like this anywhere else. Portions are perfect, prices are decent and the staff are great and friendly. Have been going to Instant Grill for almost a decade and they're irreplaceable even now that I leave over a hundred miles away, when I want a good kebab, I drive there for one

my order hasn’t came and i spended 20 quid

Had the chicken shawarma, Portion was great. There was reused oil that had bad smell, which gave a bad experience eating it. I don’t think I would ever go back.

The donner meat was like thick cuts of tough rubber, poor salad and tasteless chilli sauce. not sure why there was coleslaw on it either. Glad I'm not from this area if this is the standard of kebabs around here.

Absolutely banging! Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved this; I was craving garlic mayo so I asked for extra and my wrap was full of it… always the perfect suggestion for takeaway weekends!! I’ve been ordering food from here for years and Istanbul grill Eastleigh never let me down!!

Food was Luke warm my partners wrap was stone cold for £30 wasn’t worth it

I have been to Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and Bristol, nowhere has a better kebab than Istanbul Grill

My son thinks is the best kebab he has tried so far. Fresh food, nice people

£7.69 for a portion of cheesy chips (with extra cheese). Chips are rock solid and cold. Tasted stale and old. Barely any cheese and what was there was some horrible dusty/powdery grated cheese that wasn’t even the slightest bit melted (because the chips weren’t even warm). Will not order again🤮🤮

From placing our telephone order with a very courteous young lady, receiving our delivery, and eating our meal. Everything was superb. Lamb and Chicken Shish kebabs top quality, beautiful salad. Highly recommended.

Istanbul grill is the only place to go for decent fast food in Eastleigh, the owner and staff are always friendly and the shops is always clean and well looked after. But most importantly the burgers and kebabs are the best around. Highly recommend Istanbul grill

They used to be good but no more. Their prices are now ridiculously expensive AND their portion sizes have shrunk. I'll be going elsewhere 'till they get their act together.

Have used these guys for what seems eternity but as of late I've noticed a drop in portion sizes. Recently ordered a large kebab meat and chips which looked to me like it has gotten smaller. I understand cost of living etc but little things like that your regulars will notice. Bar that i have never actually had a problem with these guys, always clean and the food is tasty but I had to try somewhere else and their large kebab meat and chips was exactly that.

From being out for to delivery to being delivered took over 20min so food was cold when revived.

Delivered cold! Never had an issue and ordered plenty of times from here no problems but last night was a disappointment!

Was staying in local hotel 5mins away. Food arrived,,stone cold. £15 in the bin,,disgusting, won't be using this place again.

So disappointed. We ordered 3 small kebabs and a burger at £40. Food was cold, pittas stale, coleslaw tasted and also looked like a supermarket value coleslaw and I had 4 pieces of “lamb” in my kebab.

Too bad, cold food, lamb kebab 20 quid each not even salad, only the meat and some chilli not worth the price even more expensive and worse than what I have regularly in London. Never again

I had an awful doner kebab . Cold meat and very thick and not offered to be put on a hot plate to crisp it up. Just cold and quite thick meat. Wasn’t nice at all. At at price of £9 for a large not great at all. Not happy

I buy from here very regularly. Always perfect service and for sure the best kebabs in at least the county. Also plenty of interesting options outside of kebabs.

First time i have ever had a bad meal with Istanbul Grill. Everything was cold as if it was a morning after meal.

Had chicken donner and chicken sheish would have liked a bit more salad but otherwise delicious. Was expensive for what it was though.

Kabab is the best. Recomend the istabul grill kebeb. It’s the one in the square tray. Lamb shish chicken shish and lamb doner with garlic and chilli sauce. Aces. 👌

Fantastic lovely big portions A++

Ordered my delivery over the phone and when arrived an hour later was complete wrong order. Rang them and then 10 mins later swapped order! Recieved my order which looked nothing but a ripped up pitter bread and 3 bits of chicken on a mountain of moldy coleslaw! Stay away

The donner meat and chips had more coleslaw than chips. And the coleslaw itself was just mostly onions. And Milkshake and milk drink aren’t really the same thing. Very disappointed.

Main issue was portion size, and salad allowance. I order 2 small chicken kebabs for my children…I normally order one and they share but I thought I’d get two so I could pick the left overs…on ordering you can only add one salad option!! And when they arrived they were pathetically small!! So small both are the lot and was still hungry…children!!! Terrible and will definitely never order again. Shame as the chicken it’s self tasted nice.

Placed an order on Uber Eats. Paid £15.48 for a large Doner kebab and £15.48 for a large Chicken Doner. You can see for yourself we received a medium if that! The quality of the meat wasn’t worth the price either let alone the portion size. The nachos had cold grated cheese instead of the cheese sauce paid £7.49. The chips (fries) were served in Chippy wrapping paper, which meant by the time the delivery arrived they were cold. Istanbul Grill you seriously need a to re-consider your prices and portion sizes as this is outrageous (Photos speak for themselves).

I am so disappointed I spent £14.99 on a large kebab and I kid you not I got 13 slices of donner. I ordered from diamond and kebab last week spent 11.75 on a large kebab and I kid you not I got 4 times the amount I will not order from here again I feel like this is completely unacceptable and feel like I have been ripped off if you have any intentions of being full up do not order from here

Gave me severe food poisoning Saturday evening, can only be this as hadn’t eaten that whole day leading up! Won’t be ordering kebabs ever again let alone from here!!

One rude member of staff making jokes about religion when asked a simple question about the food not really funny when you are just collecting your food, even making comments to my children! It was supposed to be a joke but wasn't funny or needed.

Never ordering from here again! My partner found a beard hair follicle with 3 hairs on it in her pizza! I also had a crunch before that in my doner wrap! Absolutely disgusting! And when I phoned them to tell them they said no one has a beard and the pizza goes straight in the oven. Even had the audacity to blame the Deliveroo driver! Like hes going to do that! Absolutely disgraceful!!

Am a regular customer at Istanbul, had mostly good experiences but the odd bad one. Tonight's order wasn't great I must admit. Ordered a super doner kebab and received a large just about, the salad I ordered separate was also wrong. Partner ordered a Lamb doner wrap but when we opened it the wrap was covered in grease and soggy so she didn't finish it all.

No salad with the kebab even though it said it came with salad

I ordered chicken wings but they turned out to be hot wings and I couldn’t eat the coating as it was far too hot and spicy . Wish that had been mentioned on the menu, By the time i managed to pick off all the coating it had got cold. Chips were tasty but could have done with just s little more cooking to crisp them up like the last ones I bought .

My first meal from Istanbul Grill and it won’t be my last. The food was delivered quickly and was excellent plus chips were perfect crisp and tasty.

When you are charging for delivery. The least the drivers can do is carry the food in one of them 'warm' bags during these colder times. Food arrived luke warm, large kebab - more like a medium.

The food was great as always,only thing missing was a nice chilled Efes beer lol.

Different prices everytime the owner great, but one certain worker tried over charging don't bother, I use to spend £150 a month or more there loss.

A bizzare order tonight. Got a standard Donner and chips. Remember Istanbul being the best years ago. Order tonight and when I opened the food it stunk and tasted like Peanuts. More of a warning to anyone who may order with an allergen

Ordered X2 kebabs with all salad and sauce but got onions and lettuce and the chips are awful do not order from here!!!!

Lucky to even get one star. Proberly the worse kebab take away we have had. Ordering was no problem, however the price is a rip off for what you eventually get. We had a small straight forward order which took them an hour and 15 minutes to cook and then another 20 minutes to deliver. Not only was the food cold, but the person who delivered was very rude and basically threw my order at me from the other wise of the door and went here you go. I was also given the wrong change as well. Not to mention the fact when she knocked the door I though someone was trying to come through it! When we sat down to eat it was just a disgrace. My burger looked like it had been thrown together. My onions, BBQ sauce and cheese was on the outside of the burger and leaking over everything else. The kebab was greasy and cold same as my son's kids meal which was also missing his orange juice. The large chips looked like a small chips. All in all I wouldn't order from here again. Very disappointed as just moved to the area and new to the place.
