The food was hot, both temperature and spice, the lemon rice had chunks of small lemon which enhanced the flavour more and the nann bread tasted fresh that day and very morish

The food was really salty couldnt really eat it so complete waste of money and very disappointing. Shame as we have used them frequently but too expensive to waste money on food you cant eat

Customer service absolutely appalling, the staff were incredibly rude & sarcastic to my grandmother over the phone, they took money from her over a fault they had on their website which stopped the order going through, and took her money and instead of of just fixing the issue and sending out her order anyway, they told her to speak to KUKD which told her she would have to wait 3-5 days for her refund. This is completely unacceptable to leave anyone that long of a period, especially from a pensioner. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

If you want to lose money for 3-5 days order from this company!, they have a glitch on their website (which they incidentally know about and haven’t corrected) which takes your money, doesn’t send your order out, tells you to ring KUKD customer service line in a rude sarcastic manner and when we contacted KUKD they said nothing they can do about our order and our money won’t be refunded for 3-5 days. That’s after having to send screenshots of my bank account to prove money was taken out. For a pensioner and many people in this current climate, the loss of any amount of money for that period of time is unacceptable, unreasonable and totally unprofessional. Their whole attitude and system stinks won’t be going there again ever!!!!!!. Went back to Al Madina Tandoori at Woodlands road and had a wonderful curry which I throughly recommend. Which my grandson treated me too. So if you want a silly mess around order from Larkfield Tandoori!!!!!! Good Luck!!!!!!!!

Excellent food and delicious food

Definitely the worst Indian I've ever eaten!! Naan bread was burnt and solid! My lamb ticket starter was 5 20p cubes of this cold chewy bland apparent lamb! Vegetable curry was watery, rice was mushy and all main dishes was well to put it kindly absolutely disgusting! 1st time! Last time! 100% disappointed to another level!

Incredible food, but it was a shame it arrived an hour after the requested/ estimated time.

Food arrived early and hot. But the ice cream is completely different to what I ordered and paid for and the tikka pasanda only had 8 small pieces of chicken. Shared between two people, it did t make for much of a main.

Actually think the food is good quality however when ordering their thurs/sun special they do not give a veg curry with the biryani yet this is one dish when ordered normally??? Doesn’t really seem right if it’s listed as a one dish. When I questioned they just laughed at me. Also had s very salty Dahl recently. Apart from this overall food been good

Must say - food was stone cold - and the taste was not even like a Indian was terrible and made me feel rough after - never again will in order that - everything I ask for / bit if spice in curry sauce naan breads well done not one thing happened and to be honest - I won’t be ordering again

First order was great, second time ordering the food was inedible and covered in grease!

Tried a take away and see the photos as to what we received . Not edible at all. Phone to complain and was told if I emailed I would be a refund. Was then declined a refund and offered a free dish with our next order!! After this disaster we will not be ordering from the again !

The food was cold and of poor quality. Mixed starter of 2 onion barges, and cold bit of chicken. The chicken tikka masala cold and tasted awful. Coconut rice cold! Not nice flavour. I’d ordered the Ben and jerrys ice cream and got a flake ice cream that was watery as all melted. Very bad food. No extras like most Indian take aways provide like Popadom. Will not use again.

My first time ordering from here and it will be the last. Food was okay but nothing special! When the delivery driver arrived with my food he insisted I pay another £3. I told him I had already paid online when placing my order. He said the price was wrong and asked for the extra money again. He insisted I pay him cash. I told him to go away and shut the door.

I found bone in my curry and it was very sharp

Do not waste your money, our order arrived crushed and all spilled out in the bag. The bag had obviously been dropped, stood on. One container had no curry left in it at all. We called the restaurant and explained and all we got was we’re busy and they hung up the phone.

I have my favourites and this is one of them.

Was ‘with the driver’ for 30 mins before arriving at my home 5ish mins drive away food arrived cool/warm, Asked for veg samosa got meat, tbh food wasn’t gross but it wasn’t enjoyable, bland over cooked with a cup of frozen diced veg mixed into it.

Got 1 burnt popadom for a pound rice was cold Currys where very oily very poor quality

Have eaten from here a couple of times with the food being OK, not the best nor the worst. But then got a Sunday deal which seemed good value but that was a huge mistake on my part. The curry sauce was so thin, it seemed as it had most definitely watered down. There was less than half the chicken in the deal portion then previously all in all it was tasteless and certainly not worth any money at all, it went in the bin. So don't get the 'deal' but for an OK curry at an OK price just buy from menu and it'll do the curry fix

Really bland meal - dissapointing

This was the worst curry we've eaten - awful. Cheesy Nan had no cheese but loads of sugar and were burnt. Chicken Pasanda had no taste other than so much salt - worst ever. Sag Aloo just pure salt and papadums tasted like burnt oil. We have had good food before from here, sometimes a few issues but generally good but after this we won't be ordering from here again - dreadful.

Most disgusting takeaway I have ever had, the order wasn't complete, phoned they put phone down, eventually got through could hardly understand him, had to wait another hour, it was cold narn bread burnt couldn't even eat it, so if you want a decent Indian DON'T order from there, absolutely disgusting food !!!!! Stars out of 5 minus 5 !!!!!

lovely meal hot and full of flavour. I have never ordered from this restaurant but I will definitely be ordering again. The food was excellent value for money on the Thursday deal big portions and good quality. Thank you my family really enjoyed it.

The £12 deal was fantastic. I ordered chicken shashlik,pilau rice,bombay potato. This also came with a single poppadoms,you could have nan if you wanted,salad and sauce. Very tasty and value for money. My only complaint was I asked them to double check the order but they didn't, as I also ordered brinjal bhaji (aubergine) and got bhindi bhaji (okra) instead. I took a pic as proof. I did not complain as the Indian was a delivery and I was hungry. I did try the okra but didn't like it,so that was £4.00 wasted. Overall the food in the deal was fantastic and I would order again,but perhaps would put double double check the order.

Items missing. Only a small bag of onions to go with the popadoms not worth £1 a bag . The sauce to go with the popadoms was ment to be mint but it was white and didn’t taste right. Lamb chops were burnt and not a lot of meat on them . Rice was cooked to much so not nice meal will not be ordering again from them

Chicken Tikka pieces were lovely. Sauce too oily but nice flavour. Cheese naan was a disaster, basic naan with a few bits of cheese on top and not inside the naan. It was cold and hard, pretty woeful.

First time ordering from here. Must admit food was fantastic. Great portions and flavour. Plus the dishes were not greasy. Will be ordering from here again. Also very reasonably priced compared to other Indian restaurants in the immediate area.

Tikka masala didn’t taste like it should this was not like any other I have had before anywhere and wasn’t a good thing and the food gave me and misses really bad bellyache aswell so overall not very good considering how much I spent

Great food again. The madras was the hottest one I’ve ever had from anywhere but it was the tastiest too. Not sure if there’s been a chef change recently but what was always good food has become even better.

Delivery time is a joke, say it has been delivered when it is out for delivery not good enough

Do NOT order from this company!! They forgot items from our order and then had the cheek to us ask to come and get it!! When asked for a refund they refused!!! First time and last time I will ever order from them again!

We have ordered from Larkfield Tandoori quite a few times now & always top notch. Really good value for money, friendly delivery, food order always correct (compared to some other local take aways that seem to struggle with this element) so would definitely recommend.

Made a big order for me and my partner longer delivery than usual but came within times given. When the food arrived the driver was apologetic for how long it took and said it was really busy tonight which I understood. When dishing the food up we realised that there was no naan breads which we had ordered and the food was cold, so I called the restaurant to query it to which the person told me it was busy and then hung up on me so I called back and the same happened again which left me furious.

Good service quick delivery but not the best curry, compared with other local places.

Food was lovely, my only issue is that my order was missing mint sauce which I paid for. Delivery driver friendly. All I ask is that u check the order before delivering it, as it’s frustrating to get charged for an incomplete order

Used Larkfield Tandoori many times now, always good, this time arrived through the snow and ice 30 mins early.

Excellent food as always. Piping hot with good delivery time and all tasting great.

Always had nice food from here, but unfortunately food turned up cold , the driver did apologise we didn’t mind as guessed they was busy, but I couldn’t eat most of mine as to cold,( not sure if reheating is safe to do)

Good balance of flavours, not overly greasy, delivered hot.

To put it subtly, if I wanted to see a cremation, I would attend a funeral! I don't expect to see my food turning up looking like briquettes from a charcoal BBQ. And just having sauce thrown over it to try and make it look slightly edible. There wasn't one thing about this meal that was even remotely enjoyable (well, throwing it away was). The naan bread was atrocious with only around 25% of it looking undercooked, the rest was just brittle charcoal. The butterflied prawn still had the fecal tract left in it, Found bits of bone in foods that should be finely ground before before construction, Very very dissatisfied with this place and won't be ordering from here ever again.

Have used Larkfield Tandoori for a few years and has always been really nice, No complaints, however recently the chicken isn’t great and has put me off of ordering from here as it’s happened a few times now.

They cancelled my order on uber eats i rang to ask why and they told me it was on the way it didnt show after an hour and was told it was on the way but never showed up

I had to find the delivery guy, I had opened the door, of building, he had not looked at map of flats, and was roaming around upstairs. I went outside to see if he was there. finally met him in downstairs corridor. Food was cold, and not very appetizing.

Great food but one side dish missing, which let it down. Appreciate Saturday nights are busy but a quick check would have made sure we got our whole order, surely
