The best restaurants in South East

It took an hour and twenty minutes for the restaurant to call to say the cauliflower bhaji was out of stock. This was when the food was supposed to have already been delivered. When asked how long the order would now take I was told twenty minutes... 50 minutes later the food arrived and was cold. Wish we could say the taste was good but the food didn't taste of anything.

i don’t know what happened but i was missing 2 dishes from my order, i called up to complain but it was very much “i don’t know what i can do about that” just feel like i’ve been ripped of £20 worth of food. check your order before you leave that’s all i can say reall…

Where do I start….. food was 20minutes early and cold. We informed the restaurant to leave food at the back of our home yet the delivery driver continued to bang on our front door until, I believe, he actually read the note and left the food at the back. Meat in the starter was undercooked, naan was undercooked, potatoes were over cooked and the chicken was undercooked and not fresh (had a greyish look about them). All our food was inedible, resulting in organising a dinner before the football! We’ll be applying for a full refund!! First time we have ordered here and it was the worst Indian take out we’ve had. Never ordering here again!

Passion fruit Mojito is honestly too delicious. I recommend everyone to buy when you go to Creams because it is only for the summer. The service was excellent. Warm welcome throughout and attended to my needs. I even got a free mini ice cream. Such a vibe.

Absolutely abysmal experience. Staff not very polite. Openly admitted to microwaving burgers so they are NOT cooked fresh as they state. An email detailing all details on this experience is being sent straight to head office. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Had a well cooked ribeye steak and nice bottle of wine. The food was great and the service and atmosphere was very pleasant.

I took my son here for a treat. We both really enjoyed what we ordered. The banooffee waffle i ordered was lovely I did struggle to eat it all. I did enjoy it though. My son had a Sundae and he loves it too. He didn't manage to eat it all. But still left a happy boy. There smoothies and Milkshakes were also really nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely go back again. But definitely as a treat.

Such a lovely experience from the moment we walked in through the door! The staff were so accommodating and the food was very, very nice! So just before our Roast dinner arrived, the manager came out to say theres been a problem with the cauliflower and it isn't to their normal standard, so they are going to give us an additional bowl of vegetables (including the very tasty roasties!!). We really respected this - we fully understand that things can go wrong at times - but to be apply to offer an alternative was GREAT! We would definitely come here again.

Delicious food and generous portions. I'd definitely order again especially with a Thursday deal.

Good for a quick breakfast, or weekend drinks, menu is OK as long as you like burgers, steak and normal things you find in other pubs

Been here a few time now But was here Easter Monday for lunch. We had the Scott Egg on the starter menu And the pie for main can't find anything wrong with the food or drinks
