The best restaurants in North West

Tried to visit, checked website and social platforms if need to call to reserve. Refommened not to reserve. Turned up sbowing open online but then found it was closed for private event?? No information posted anywhere, bit of a joke

What an experience, great food, great entertainment Excellent service from juande and the rest of the team. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

First, and most importantly, the roast dinners we had were spot on; tasty and generous portion sizes. Second, the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Kerry (or Kerri?) was attentive from the moment we were sat down, to the moment we left. Smiling throughout, we were made to feel very welcome. The venue itself has a real feel good factor, it was busy and there was a buzz about the place. The toilets were exceptionally clean and smart. There is a wide selection of drinks and Kerry was informative when we asked about wines and draught lagers. To cap it all, there is entertainment. A DJ when we first came in, but a musician towards the end of our visit. The music is reassuringly in the background and not so loud that your can't hear your fellow diners talking. A wonderful experience.

Great atmosphere, friendly,informative staff. Our food choices were pre ordered 2 days before, as we sat down with drinks, we were asked ,are we ready for food, we didn't have to spend ages deciding what to have . It was underway and everything available

gnocchi was swimming in oil. Garlic bread was decent. Service and atmosphere was good.

Before starting an nine days holiday in Benalmádena along the Costa Del Sol my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre and visit some of the great pubs and bars our city is justifiably famous for, top of our list was Brewdog, in my opinion the best craft beer bar in Liverpool. I love the look of this bar ,interior is superb, its a modern bar ,light and airy interior, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, beers on offer displayed on boards behind the serving bar, great decor and furnishings, cool neon lit features, retro gaming machines and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Colquitt Street, its just a wonderful bar to chill out in. We were here on a beautiful and very warm Saturday early May afternoon ( 10th May ) ,bar was busy with a great atmosphere, a quick study of their beer range which is always impressive, in the end we both opted to start with Brewdog punk ipa ,a delicious hoppy tropical flavoured ipa ,hints of caramel and citrus combine to deliver a wonderful aromatic ipa that's just amazing, while sipping our ipa's we already had our next beer picked out and we both went over Brewdog wingman ,a great session ipa with mellow tropical fruit notes with a delicious citrus aroma ,its rapidly becoming one of my favourite beers brewed by Brewdog, I enjoyed this ipa so much that I purchased a four pack of Brewdog wingman from the bar's take away section to add to my beer fridge back in our house to go with our great selection of classy beers, my twin brother and I always have a great and diverse selection of great beers in our home ,will look forward to drinking them when we're back from Spain . We really enjoyed our beers in Brewdog before we moved on and as on every other visit to this amazing beer bar we had a great beer experience. Brewdog is easy to locate along Colquitt Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from midday. A wonderful bar serving wonderful beers,most definitely well worth seeking out if you're in the area.

Fish and chip Friday for £7 what's not to love. Fantastic value and super tasty. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

After reviewing possible Italian restaurants on Google Maps, we decided Ristorante Sergio looked to be just what we wanted. Unfortunately, the directions were less than exact and we walked past the restaurant on the Cathedral side without realising! The entrance is hidden away on the other side of the building. The place was busy with an excited buzz. We had not been able to make a reservation and waited for a short while for a table to become vacant, unusually being given a menu to browse while waiting. More restaurants should do this! Our meal was quickly served, hot and delicious! Thanks to Salvio and the staff for an unexpected delightful evening.

Beatifull house well maintained in a lovely part of the country

First visit here and it was Outstanding! Excellent in Every way. Spotlessly cleaning all customers/ guest areas ,beautifully presented food and everything of excellent quality. Rooms very modern and spotlessly clean everywhere. Staff very helpful, courteous and cheerful . Very efficientl y run. Set in a lovely area with large outdoor eating space looking out onto fields. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending and will certainly visit again.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant food and service first class, we enjoyed it so much we visited again a couple of days later and everything was just as faultless we will definitely return next time we’re in Manchester.
