Excellent service from Emily. Asking for Drinks and presentation of food and deserts were very good. We had an amazing diner.

We visited Churrasco for a date night. We enjoyed the steak and some wine. The food was cooked to perfection - everything was hot and the steaks were cooked to our liking. Our waitress Macy was attentive and friendly. We would visit again. The only thing I would say is that the steaks don’t come with any fries or sides so adding these on adds extra cost.

We chose Churrasco Steak House in Liverpool after reviewing several steakhouses in the area. We were surprised that our steaks were presented on cold plates, even though the sides were presented in small heated iron skillets. We did enjoy the steak fillets but would have enjoyed it more on a hot or warm plate. There's also a 10% service charge added to the bill that we were not aware of u til the server presented the bill. It should be advised upfront but it does go to the staff so it's not an issue of paying it.

Fantastic food. Best Steak we have ever had and we would also recommend the beer soaked brisket mac and cheese. Entering everyone was friendly and welcoming and the service was amazing especially Macy. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Liverpool. Thank you all!

We were in Liverpool for the weekend, this place was our first nights tea, and what a gem of a place. The staff were very friendly and new the menu's well. My husband had the rack of bbq ribs, he said wow 😋 the meat just fell off the bone, very tasty, big potion, very happy. I had house burger, very nice, cooked well, got onion rings as a side they were huge. Had the house cocktail, which was also very nice, elder Berry and raspberry if I remember rightly. Would recommend to everyone a visit and we will be bk when we visit Liverpool again.

Came for an anniversary meal, food is always amazing, the desserts are to die for, especially the chocolate fudge cake. Kieran was really friendly and recommended us some drinks. Really friendly staff overall and great atmosphere.

Service was superb, drinks served straight away, ended up getting a tomahawk steak which also arrived in quick time compared to other steak places I have been. Our server Kieran was excellent described everything very clearly and gave class recommendations as well as making sure everything was okay for us, 100% recommend best steak I’ve had in Liverpool.

Came here for a date night on a busy Friday, and were warmly welcomed by the staff. Thank you to the hostess and our server, Kieran who are a credit to the restaurant. He recommended a pumpkin spice espresso martini, and it was delicious! The food was lovely, only thought was that the steak lacked seasoning a little but was cooked brilliantly. Some really amazing food. I ordered the steakhouse bruschetta, flat iron and cherry cheesecake and I couldn’t fault it. Service was also great all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I spoke to Alex who was lovely and really added to the experience. Would 100% recommend

When is an offer not an offer.... My wife purchased the £120 Chateau Briand steak offer.... The deal is a baked camembert with bread to start, chateau Briand sharer with choice of sauce, rocket salad, fries and a bottle of Malbec all for just £120, or so we thought... At the end the manager hit us with a bill for a further £18? She explained that is was not an offer it was just a voucher for £120 off the bill. We had to have a pretty embarrassing discussion for 5 minutes pointing out there own website word for word, stating we had not deviated from the offer. Also when adding up the totals on the bill the individual items only totalled £125 yet she wanted a further £18. The receipt didn't make sense and we left feeling like we were scammed... Meal was ruined after an embarrassing debate with an audience in a busy restaurant... They have since emailed to apologise and said the manager had got it wrong and we should not have been charged extra... All a little strange...

Came to City Center during sightseeing on a busy Saturday afternoon. Craving steak and wine. Other steakhouses said in person that they were completely booked, despite still fairly empty at 16:30ish. Churrasco found a way to accommodate me despite being booked out and made it happen around their bookings (I was by myself and they just gave me a time and asked me whether I could make that) Black Angus fillet with chimichurri sauce, red wine suggestions, sides - all on point. Can’t comment on other options. However, I don’t write many reviews, hence I’m writing this. The service and the food were exceptional for the time I was there. Neither pushing it too much nor neglecting, but a simple thumbs up whether everything is still alright every other time and an eventual come by to check. 1 star deduction in ambience (4/5) only due to a personal preference since I don’t like steak houses to be too dark of a setting. However, music was on cool! I like the over all vibe. Pricing - fair for city centre and quality. However medium to slightly more expensive overall. Thanks for having me!

A group of us were booked in for Sunday lunch. The group was made up of a wheelchair user and other disabled people. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was very good. When the food arrived it was very well cooked, hot and well presented - plentyful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

I can honestly say the service and the food was exceptional especially for a Saturday night. There wasn’t a dish me and my partner didn’t enjoy. All the staff were so helpful and accommodating as we had our baby with us so going out for food can be quite difficult sometimes. I would like to especially thank Iggy, Emily and Kelly

Top notch service and a great Atmosphere Emily was our Waitress and she couldn't have done anymore for us, great reccomendations by her for choices on the menu Ask to see the Dessert menu even if not having one, they bring you out all the desserts so you can see which one you would want

Chateaubriand Steak served cold (medium rare). They missed our order of the brisket mac and diane sauce. No one came to the table and ask "hows the food" or check up if we wanted dessert. Also table cutlery was missing on our table, other empty tables had their set prepared. This is my last day in Liverpool, thank you for awful dinner experience

The filet stake on a hot stone was the absolute best stake I ever had and staff especially Kelly were very pleasant, great smiles. She was helpful in selecting the meal which was amazing.

I’d call this place a bit of a gem. Our waitress was really efficient, friendly and helpful. The general service across the whole of the staffing team was superb too. Atmosphere was my cup of tea, quiet place with enough of a vibrance for it not to be awkward, but quiet enough to feel like you are an exclusive customer. Food was fantastic. Cost me and my mum roughly 65 a head for the night, steak was perfectly cooked with a fantastic peice of meat. They offer great steak sauces, sides, potato options and they have their own Mac and cheese variety list. I’d highly recommend.

We’ve been to Churrasco steakhouse in the city centre a few times, every time the steak is brilliant. On our most recent visit we were served by Kelly who was really lovely, the staff are always really welcoming and friendly though. We’ll definitely be back, one of the best steakhouses in the city.
