Albert's Schloss - Liverpool in Liverpool

First, and most importantly, the roast dinners we had were spot on; tasty and generous portion sizes. Second, the service was exceptional. Our waitress, Kerry (or Kerri?) was attentive from the moment we were sat down, to the moment we left. Smiling throughout, we were made to feel very welcome. The venue itself has a real feel good factor, it was busy and there was a buzz about the place. The toilets were exceptionally clean and smart. There is a wide selection of drinks and Kerry was informative when we asked about wines and draught lagers. To cap it all, there is entertainment. A DJ when we first came in, but a musician towards the end of our visit. The music is reassuringly in the background and not so loud that your can't hear your fellow diners talking. A wonderful experience.

Banging roast beef. Highly recommended no complaints here will definitely return. Cooked exactly as the say. Honestly, if you want a Sunday roast in Liverpool, you can’t go wrong

Bueno, solo teníamos que visitar el día de las madres, este lugar era Rockin: ) en el buen sentido. Cada vez que hemos pasado nuestras visitas a Liverpool siempre hemos dicho que tendríamos que intentarlo, y estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho. Era el día de las madres, así que el lugar era fuerte, música alta, voces altas, baile, gritos, pero todo muy divertido. Nos sentamos lejos de todo el ruido en una esquina, todavía podíamos ver el escenario donde un grupo de chicas estaban cantando, trabajo brillante. Eleanor vino, explicó las opciones del menú, y tomó nuestros pedidos de comida y bebida. Muy profesional y cortés. En poco tiempo, llegaron las bebidas y llegó el entrante humus que era tan bueno. Después de un respiro llegaron las tuberías principales, tuve el pollo y mi compañero tenía el nudillo de cerdo masivo que era enorme y toneladas de carne. El pollo estaba bien, podría haber comido más, el relleno era un pequeño disco plano redondo, habría sido mejor si fuera rellenar bolas pero aún así sabroso. Pedimos salsa extra que estaba caliente. Las patatas asadas eran increíbles, el brócoli y la col muy agradable también. No tenía espacio para el pudín, pero mi compañero tenía el brownie de chocolate que estaba caliente y delicioso. Eleanor caña para charlar con nosotros y era muy atractiva y se centró en sus clientes, incluso cuando estaba muy ocupado, (ella es un activo). En general, una gran noche, ocupado ruidoso, bullicioso y muy divertido. ¿Volveremos .. definitivamente; )

Tried to come in for Sunday lunch but were all booked up :(, you must book especially at peak times. However we returned later in the evening for some drinks and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere was electric and had a great time Hannah x

I won't be back after waiting at the bar due to the team doing anything to avoid service. When I was finally served the guy bizarrely not only was preparing my order but someone else's as well.

Great food, fantastic live music, brilliant service from Ross. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area.

Finally a place i can feel comfortable! Lovely atmoshpere no bad vibes Performers truely talented and made this millenial super happy with the tunes! Best valentines ever! Service is spot on and staff are on the ball! Just smiles everywhere i cant wait to come back! We didnt have food on this occasion but i will be the next time X

Excellent Bavarian Feast. Strange that the Bavarian Feast is classified as having possible crustacean cross contamination. can’t imagine what of the platter could have crustacean contaminants and no other dish - Roast pork knuckle, chicken schnitzel, bratwurst, kaiserwurst, chilliwurst, pork belly, sformato, braised red cabbage, seasonal greens, bier jus, Schloss kraut, pickles Finally perfect venue if you like loud music- was hard to hear each other. Again excellent food and service

Bar staff are so good at their jobs and always a great atmosphere in here. Yes it's pricey but most of the time you're also getting a show, so it's worth it!

Didn't like it, when we went it was rammed, service is abysmal, waited ages to be served, loud, no where to sit, or stand, constantly told no standing here, no standing there. Went elsewhere zzzzzzzzz.

Does anyone else find the bar service very slow. Also, there's a lot of old townies who seem to have grown out of concert square. Great live entertainment. Fun vibe overall. Great for the over 40's

A proper British meal in Liverpool! I want to eat well before the game. I ate Sunday roast and vegan dishes. The vegan food was so delicious! The staff were also very friendly and nice! The atmosphere was great too!

Musician on at time.gets busy be prepared to stand having your drink,unless your eating then no problem

First visit here to meet a few friends and really Impressed! It was busy even though the beginning of January. Managed to get a seat and waited at the bar about 10 minutes to be served. Staff absolutely lovely. Served with a smile, they could do with more help as run off their feet! Atmosphere was great, older crowd, live singer who was awesome. Will absolutely return next month, think it will become a firm favourite for us.

Had a few drinks here. Bar staff were excellent however no bar snacks are available after 6pm (not even nuts, crisps or pretzels). After being told this I asked to speak to a manager. No one bothered to come. We left.

This is a huge vibrant establishment that puts on entertainment on selected nights.Great atmosphere loved it, oh and ladies you.must try out the disco toilet it's quite unique

First time I’ve been here and I absolutely loved everything about it. The food is delicious and the cocktails were absolutely top drawer. The disco toilet is hilarious and we used the Photo Booth. Great fun!!! Shared a pretzel between 3 of us, warm, soft and delicious. Came with 2 dips. I’d definitely come back here again 🫶🏻

I come here quite often because I love the atmosphere. The shows they put on are great, the staff are lovely and security is on the ball. There's never been any trouble when I've been there but they're professional and approachable.

A bar as big as a barn? Tick Lager lager? Tick Atmosphere...some Any dark beer? No. Food? Yes, but didn't look anything special. Expensive? Yes.

Visiting home after being away for a while, seen this new place and was curious to try it out. Massive with loads of room to sit, great choice of drinks, great food selection. Takes a while to get served at the bar when busy but other than that had a very good experience here. Look forward to coming back when I return.

Great brasserie, classy gigantism and dynamic, family atmosphere, good welcome, some adorable waitresses. Above all, the food is quite excellent and plentiful, right down to dessert, the donut and cheese cake are killer

Went here for breakfast today, the interior design here is beautiful and the food was amazing. We got a simple breakfast with eggs bacon etc and it was lovely. We also tried the pastries and they tasted great and were very fresh. Our server was Leah and she was amazing, super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

First time at Albert Schloss Liverpool and it was a far better experience than the Mamchester one we had been in previously. Service was exemplary. Especially the waitress Kerry, who went above and beyond to provide a lovely experience for me my Mum and Dad. We had a brilliant time and will definitely be back. 08/01/ 2025

Our waitress kerri was lovely, cheerful and very helpful. We came with picky eaters and allergies and everyone was catered for very well. Food was delish. The music entertainment was fabulous. We had one extremely rude waitress, had to get up and go to the staff to get service at our table several times, my chair broke and collapsed while I was sitting on it and all we got was free drinks. Funghi pasta was a very small portion and contained what I can only describe as dog chews.

We called in for breakfast while staying in Liverpool for our wedding anniversary, there was a DJ playing songs and requests which was fun - the atmosphere was very relaxed and the food was delicious.

Had the Christmas dinner. Tiny portions. Big Price. The Ambiente could be considered German but the food surly not. The food wasn’t really good either. price-performance ratio is not right. Huge service charge for poor service. (Group of 20, approximately 6£ each) The disco toilet is fabulous and the Photo Booth is a nice touch.

Amazing service and food! Had an amazing time with friends. I would only say that the music is a bit too loud for even a small conversation and could do with lowering down during meal service times.

Went with friends for Christmas dinner. I had Cordon Bleu and it was okay. Felt a bit too oily by the end. The fries with the cheese topping were really good though. Overall, everyone was happy with no major complaints I could hear. It was a bit too loud for my liking. But it could be the Xmas rush and celebration. The staff were friendly.

Security are horrific, claimed noone else was allowed in, despite people coming in. My friend, who was already on had nipped out for a smoke, I had bought them a drink and wasn't allowed back in. Never known anything like it, never coming back shocking

Absolutely awful service from the door staff again! Hostile and vile ...love manhandling grown women...just security on a power trip...such a shame as the rest of the place is great

I’m embarrassed for the young lady who works here. An aggressive bouncer asked a gentleman to move out of his way when there was plenty of space to get past. (It almost seemed set up). Another man then came up to my mother, and asked if she had a problem. Long story short, a young “lady” who works there, who seems to think it was “her” club, kicked them out. “Get out of my club”. Customers shouldn’t be spoken to like that. Genuinely felt ashamed and cringed for her. She made a show of herself and the bar. It looks like a classy place; but the lack of class from the staff made them stick out like a sore thumb. Avoid this place if you want somewhere with decent atmosphere. Good thing it happened when it did, they were about to spend hundreds there.

Had a Christmas lunch today 14th December. Must say I and my colleagues were disappointed with the meal. The venue seems great but I won't eat here again. Burnt Brussels.

Went here for work Christmas meal. The venue has high ceilings and beautiful interior, sophisticated, classy yet strangely cosy at the same time. Apparently they play alot of live events and have a lot of entertainment to offer. The food was amazing, drinks were well presented and the staff are extremely well trained and friendly. The toilets have a lot of character and themed and there is wheelchair accessible with lifts.

We took my mum for a breakfast, Kerri our waitress was amazing. Food was perfect, atmosphere was lovely, and it is also dog friendly.

Went for Sunday brunch, the pork knuckle was cooked perfectly. They also have seasonal turkey special as main. Make sure you book a table. The live signer was great and atmosphere was full of vibe. Good beer selection, definitely recommended. The bar looks amazing!

Loses a star because the Schweinhaxe was really chewy and undercooked. But the entertainment with the house band on Friday night was excellent. We really enjoyed it.

Absolutely amazing place to eat drink and for entertainment. Brilliant location venue staff food and drink with the entertainment on a Sunday afternoon was amazing. Second visit in 12 months and gets better. Must go more often 🙏
