I went to biskits yesterday and let's say I didn't leave one bit disappointed! Everything from the amazing customer service to the actual food, I was pleasantly impressed :) I could tell from their menu and the presentation of their food that a lot of time and research had gone into it, just showing how much they care for their customers :) For any of those curious I ordered 2 types of French toasts from their breakfast menu: a chocolate Bueno French toast and a strawberry French toast with some maple syrup on the side. I even ordered 2 sandwiches: one chicken and one steak, alongside with a warm cup of cappuccino. I will defiantly come back again and again :D

The food was good, especially the biskit special french toast. However the service wasn’t great. We were waiting for menus for quite a while after we were seated. The food came out quickly but once it came, we were waiting a while for cutlery. We asked for more water three times before we ended up getting it because the waiters seemed to forget. The place was quite busy when we went so maybe in a quieter time it would be better.

The food was 10/10 and the service from Awais was amazing. Definitely coming again!

The best shop ive ever been too, the interior decor is truly beautiful and full of colours. The food also is mouthwatering and delicious with high quality ingredients. Definitely a must visit if your in Manchester 10/10

The grilled cheese was amazing with the tomato and basil soup would definitely recommend. Everything is absolutely amplified with the amazing service from Hashim and awais who provided the best customer service I have ever had at a restaurant comparing with those found in high end restaurants such as gauchos.

Travelled from Cardiff for this. The food was amazing and the staff were great! Very friendly made sure to be accommodating and ensured our experience was positive. Will definitely recommend. Keira and Anisa were the ideal front of house staff, nothing but positive words for them.

First time visiting here with my family and we was well looked after by Keira who was very hospitable and assured we were happy with our food and service. Food is 100/10 definitely worth the travel and visit. The decor is aesthetically pleasing. Will defo be visiting again !!

The food was banging I had a shakshuka which had the best level of spice. My other family member had a full English which definitely hit the spot though it was a tad bit on the salty side. We ordered iced coffee the white chocolate hazelnut iced latte was sooo rich in flavour and was the best flavour. It’s such a cute place for a cheeky brunch with your friends and the service was amazing, as the food service was quick and Farah helped us a lot and kept on checking on us.
