I ordered a breakfast and asked if I can remove the mushrooms and exchange for something similar like an egg. The owner said he'll remove it but charge me to add something else. Lol. Never had this issue with any other breakfast place in my life. Secondly, to get some extra toast you have to get up and pay and takes away the sit down and eat vibe. Finally, the owner is one miserable guy and doesn't have good energy vibe. Dresses halal but has haram priced Dont waste your time here, much better breakfast places like istanbul in cheetham hill. They spent more on decor than food quality

I've been there more than 5 times. Perfect combination of ambience, delicious food, spot on customer service. Never disappoints. Love their freshly made waffles and battered fried chicken, loaded fried iced lattes. Consistent amazing taste.

Nice cosy place with good food. Didn’t like the fact that we had to get up and order at the till, waiter should take our order in line with the kind of look they are going for. Food and drinks were served on time and everything was spot on. Full English was cooked well and tasty as well as the chicken and egg Benedict. Place was pretty full so they must be doing something right! Parking isn’t the greatest loads of no entries nearby but parked further down the road and walked up which wasn’t too bad.

Great place, service, food and manners by all staff from the lady who served us Mariam to the owner. My best bit was the small intimate prayer room they had which was an amazing touch so you could pray when it's prayer time. Also. the 1/2 chicken was really nice and so was the hot shot parmaesan. Loved the mango smoothie and Belgian hot chocolate Will be coming back in a few days.

Biskits Diner is absolutely amazing! The food was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish we tried was a hit. On top of that, the service was outstanding. Just ordered milkshake, the straw was so flimsy. Had to travel home to use a spoon to have the milkshake. Bloody cheap straw. The likes of shakedown and Archie’s using actual milkshake straws vs a straw that you have with a fizzy drink…

Nice dessert store where the staff greet you with salaam, they have a small prayer room which I did end up using and nasheeds playing through their speakers. Overall service and atmosphere is 5/5 because of this. The matilda cake is very rich but thats expected of a chocolate cake covered in chocolate sauce so I can't fault it!

5 of my friends and I went for brunch, upon arrival we were greeted nicely and went to order as told, the wait for the food was about 30-40 minutes which we understood it was quite busy I then asked to swap a drink as it wasn’t made how I asked for whilst ordering and was met with a “you’ll have to order another drink because we can’t change it as it’s a waste” even though the drink I originally wanted to change to was less than half the price of the one I currently had, during making our order, 3 of my friends ordered the yogurt bowls and asked if this could come after we had all finished eating, they said that was fine, we then had to wait a whole hour and a half after we finished eating for the yogurt bowls during the time of it taking so long we then asked for it to be taken away and there was no issues and everytime we asked for an update they told us “were packing it up” even though we seen them packing up the final time we asked lol. When we left we had seen that the syrup takeaway box wasn’t closed, meaning it spilt all over the packaging of the takeaway bowls, whilst my friend was eating she saw mould on her fruit which we inserted a picture.

My family and I have been coming to Biskits for a while now. Never ever disappointed in terms of food quality and quantity. Its one of the few restaurants who are consistent in their taste, value for money and portion sizes across their whole menu savory and sweets. Kudos to the team and management!! P.s. they have a small prayer area including the prayer mat which is enough for one person.

Was decent food, ordering you had to queue up in a smallish shop which was annoying table service should be given would have been easier over all was alright seating was a bit compact too

Great cafe/restaurant. Food was delicious. Portions generous. A bit small inside, but we went at a time when it wasn't too busy so we were ok. One toilet in the restaurant, kept clean. Whole restaurant is quite clean. Prices a bit high though. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been to Biskits in Manchester many times now, and honestly, it never disappoints. Every single visit has been spot-on, and this time – Monday 14th April, with a group of nine of us – was no exception. The food, as always, was absolutely top-notch – fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with real attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where you can try something new each time and still be blown away. Now, I’m not sure if the gentleman looking after us was the manager or the owner, but whoever he was, he was incredibly welcoming and generous. He went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, and his kind, down-to-earth manner really stood out. The staff were also brilliant – friendly, respectful, and on the ball throughout. What I really love about Biskits is the calm and peaceful atmosphere. They had soft anasheed playing in the background, which created a really serene and uplifting vibe – perfect for relaxing and enjoying your meal without all the usual noise you get in most places. Another huge plus – they don’t serve Pepsi or Coca-Cola products, which I really respect. It’s refreshing to see a business making ethical choices like that in support of the boycott. Hats off to them. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers great food, brilliant service, and a thoughtful atmosphere, Biskits is easily one of the best spots in Manchester.

The food was amazing, some of the best food if not the best food place I’ve been to in Manchester, the service and the staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us with any questions or requests that we had. The food portions were large and filling (and trust me i eat a lot and it made me full) and delicious. I would recommend to anyone, 5-stars is an underestimate I would give it 10 if I could.
