As soon as I walked in I just knew this place would hit the spot. The atmosphere and decor is so calming and simplistic, the waiters are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The food was so so dreamy and delicious. Will definitely be visiting again

Everything was amazing in the shop except two things and that’s why I’m not giving 5 stars , one was toilet as I personally think it doesn’t match the standard of the shop and need to keep an eye on the cleanliness and 2nd were fries . All the meal was amazingly tasty and smoothie was the nest level but fries were quite average . I really believe/recommend they should be doing steak fries or something similar

The service from Sayem was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming—perfect for enjoying a family meal. I would definitely recommend if you’re craving some delicious comfort food. The loaded mix fries and the beef smash burgers were absolutely spot on.

I’ve been here many times, the food is always very nice. We came for Iftar, they have an extensive menu and I love that they recently added matcha. The matcha was really nice. The service was excellent and we got our food fast. We were served by afzal and seyem they were lovely.

Best food I’ve had in a while. I had the Philly grilled cheese sandwich. Was amazing. And the fries with parmesan on top was sooo good. It all had allot of flavour. We all enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere was very nice too.

We came to this recently renovated eatery for iftar and they have a VERY classy atmosphere, with such affordable food and drinks. The service was amazing by our waiters and the manager was lovely. Biskits have fabulous drinks in huge cups which is refreshing to see when a lot of cafes are downsizing their portions and increasing prices. I really do think their prayer room has put so much barakah/ blessings into the business, and I’m glad an eatery that proudly serves the Muslim population exists!

Can’t go wrong with this place the high quality service, and atmosphere never disappoints. Amazing food every time, they’ve even got a new matcha line which tastes insane. Currently open till 4 am for Ramadan, I will be here every week!

The servers at Biskits in Manchester seemed really down, and the worker or manager, who looked unsure of his role, just watched me stand at the till for 5-10 minutes without being served. The food I received was cold and poorly presented, almost like it had just come from a 5-a-side game. When I asked for more cutlery, I was ignored, and the same happened when I inquired about the location of the toilet. The manager, I assume, just glanced at me and asked in a rude tone if everything was alright. Biskits really needs to step up their game!

Biskits Withington was a huge disappointment. The service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. But the worst part? The manager—moody, arrogant, and completely dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns, he acted like customers were an inconvenience. With so many better diners around, I wouldn’t waste my time here again. I would not even rate this establishment a 1 star

Terrible service. Rude over the phone and extremely disorganised. Clearly don’t understand hospitality - IMO hospitality is above everything. If people feel seriously unwelcome and disrespected in your establishment, it doesn’t matter how good or bad your food is. Do better.

Been to Biskit a fare few times and the service is always really fast and food is always amazing. Today we were recommended the french toast with the brownie overload by Asim, as they cookie dough was only available in the evenings. This really hit my sweet craving spot, as I was really looking forward to the cookie dough. Thank you Asim, really friendly and approachable. Much appreciated.

I had a great time with the full English breakfast and red velvet French toast. The breakfast was filling and really hit the spot, and the French toast was soft, sweet, and tasted amazing . The service was excellent—really friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back!

The French toast was lovely but I wouldn't return. The service and dining experience was extremely poor. It was so cold we had our coats on the whole time and we weren't even sat near the door. The place was about half full, we ordered food then dessert. Dessert came but it took 10 minutes to bring cutlery and clear the table of our food. The desi tea came out lukewarm. They are very pushy for reviews each time, interrupting our conversation. I have been here several times as the French toast is nice and each time the service keeps on getting worse. A friend of mine came with her husband and they were having an argument and they kept getting asked for reviews during this! Wouldn't come back here again unfortunately, gave it many chances but the service is just too bad and the constant nagging of asking for reviews is off putting. I will review a place based on my experience, not because I'm being forced into it. Final straw was the owner was sat on his laptop the last time we came and the service was still terrible!
