Came in tonight during a weekend away in Liverpool. The staff; Lou, Robyn and Sam couldn’t have been more helpful. My usual order in a BrewDog bar is “something sour and fruity” and they were each more than helpful in offering suggestions. Fantastic service, will be back

First time in this BrewDog. Beers were perfect. We stopped by twice on this short trip to Liverpool.

Music was a bit loud for conversation but it was good music, so 4/5. Had the parrot burger with dragon fries, would recommend 😋 would also recommend the fruity beer if I could only remember the name! It was all tasty 🤤

Had a staff night out at brewdog Liverpool and had a great time. Amy, Sam and Brad looked after us the whole time and all three were incredible. An absolute credit to the company and had a blast

Unlimited wings were OK. Nothing special. Would have preferred different flavours. Drinks were very expensive. Staff were great and very pleasant and friendly. Loved the games. Saw a group of lads playing cards while having their wings. Great idea. Hoping to try burgers next time I go.

Stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat, I was served by Luke who had a very welcoming demeanour and attitude. He was professional and I will definitely be returning.

The stuff was very nice, but the food was not good. The fries and onion rings tasted very oily, and the chicken wings were dry.

Brilliant place. We had a bottomless brunch (90 mins). We both had the breakfast and a few drinks. Great price and great food. Would highly recommend 👍

Went here to have a bottom less brunch it was amazing 👍. The drinks were lovely I up graded £10 for the cocktail menu they were brilliant well value for money . The food was fresh and tasty loved every bite. And the service there was fantastic the team were always there when you needed another drink promptly 🍺👍. Couldn't ask for more definitely be going back. Thanks guys for a brilliant experience x.

I went to wings Wednesday in Liverpool and left hungry and frustrated. Me and my friends booked this as a nice treat for me. I'm quite fond of a good eating challenge and it had been a while since I've been able to partake in one. Unfortunately the venue made any attempt at a record completely impossible. I now understand why Liverpool is not on the online scoreboard. Upon arrival I was keen with ambition of aiming for the top ten. I knew I could demolish a good fifty before the real challenge began as I marked down my choice on the sheet then... nothing. That should have been my first clue as we sat in an near empty bar wondering where our servers had disappeared. Upon leaving our booth and finding them having a chinwag round the corner we handed in our order got some drinks and sat down in anticipation ready for the fun... Twenty five minutes later we got our first set of wings. We found the bar staff where inattentive and slow. We had to call on them constantly, which unfortunately caused them to avoid us further. And then after ordering wait fifteen to twenty minutes for five wings to arrive. Upon inhaling every wing given to me (which where delicious TBF) I left disappointed with mild burns on my fingers (due to every set of five wings being freshly cooked and piping hot). I was only able to order thirty-five wings in my two hour window. So I left wings Wednesday feeling annoyed. cheated out of an unattainable goal through no fault of my own.

Food itself was nice, bottomless wings. However, family meal was ruined by the very poor attitude of the server named Robyn. Rude from the beginning of the meal right the way through to the end. Brew Dog, this employee is letting your restaurant down massively with a bad attitude. Really put a downer on our evening, even though we went out of our way to be courteous and friendly.

A gang of us visited BD L’pool participating in their bottomless brunch, and trust me- it was bottomless. The food was also top notch - fresh, hot and full of flavour. Great staff here and all. Special thanks to Luke who couldn’t do enough for us. Visit, try Black Heart on draft, sit back and relax.

Clean, welcoming, a variety of daily events.

I recommended the place to my buddy who was visiting as the food has always been really good especially the burgers. Burger was great as always ( although they need to control the sauce and salad ratio as the burger falls apart and is messy) My buddy ordered the chicken buffalo burger and it was massively overcooked, dry and inedible. At the end when we paid the tab, the bar tender asked if the food was ok and my friend told him no. No hesitation the bar tender removed the item from the bill. Good demonstration of care and genuine hospitality. I'd recommend that a quick check back be done if business allows to avoid this as it's unlikely my friend would come back because the solution didn't enable him to enjoy his food. Beer great as always and the team demonstrating consistent care with all the customers.

Enjoyed the Brewdog Beer Experience with my son. Great beer (lots of it), excellent cheese board - and informative, entertaining, instructive and engaging chat from Lou, our host, all for £25 a head. Truly outstanding value for money. Sampled some Brewdog beers I already know and love, some I discovered for the first time - and some weird and wonderful oddities. Twister (does what it says on the tin, but not for me?) and Wingman Tropical (sublime). A large range of stouts, some rocket-fuel strength but deceptive. Lou was a superb host - and spoiled us rotten. Two hours well spent. Very, very strongly recommended.

Before starting a ten days holiday in Benidorm my twin brother and I decided to take a couple of days off work to visit some of the great pubs and bars our city is justifiably famous for, at the top of our list was Brewdog,been here many times, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love the look of this bar, the interior is smart,a proper craft beer bar look,light and airy interior, neon lit features, an eye catching serving bar complete with illuminated boards showcasing the great beers on offer and there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around Brewdog, its just a classy bar. We were here on a dull and rainy mid July afternoon, our summers are magnificent aren't they, a quick study of their beer range and we both opted to start with Brewdog punk ipa ,these were served in excellent condition, we grabbed a table were we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our ipa's which were perfect, well balanced, well crafted, hints of toffee, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a smooth finish, a classic British ipa indeed, when we finished our beers we then both had Brewdog wingman session ipa,again served in pristine condition, so tasty ,in my opinion Brewdog brew the most innovative beer range in the United Kingdom at the moment, it's hardly a surprise that this bar is so popular with beers served in this good a condition. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on, can't wait to go again when we're back from holiday, we'll enjoy some Brewdog beers in Benidorm actually as we know Cerveceria L'Abadia in the New Town and The Pig'N'Whistle Pub in the Old Town of Benidorm have Brewdog beers available. Brewdog is easy to locate on Manolis Yard/Colquitt Street. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from midday. In my opinion, well worth seeking out if you're in the area.

Great bar, used a Wowcher which entitled us to a burger and fries and a flight of beers from the headliner menu! The burger and fries was absolutely delicious! Very tasty and a great size! Our server helped us choose our beers and they were all excellent! The Black Heart Stout was particularly nice like a chocolate espresso!! The service was great and atmosphere was very chilled! I would visit again regardless of wowcher as the prices are not too expensive! Brilliant!!

Called in for a pint and to play some Pinball as there's so few places locally with tables. Unfortunately the machines are not well looked after. Deadpool was completely out of order and turned off, Elvis has no display on the DMD and Iron Maiden has an issue with the ball sticking in the left ramp.

Had a lovely time! Ben, Bradd and Lou provided amazing service. Definitely will be coming back.

Had such a fabulous experience today at the beer and cheese tasting with my sister! I would like to give special credit to our amazing hostess Alex - she is just wonderful and a credit to the brewdog team! She is very knowledgeable and taught us loads of new things about brewdog and beer. Made us feel so welcome and had us laughing the whole time - she really went above and beyond.  It was genuinely the best tasting experience I've been to and Alex played such a big part in that. Thank you so much! See you soon in brewdog (or at the bottom of a slide 🤣)

Alex was such an AMAZING host on Tuesday! She explained the beers so much more than we expected, her advice was fantastic! And the beer was great! Will 110% be coming back!

Booked brewdog for a party of 20 people. Beforehand, they sent me a link to share with the party to pre order food. I had to email them a couple of times (because we have some fussy eaters) and the staff at brewdog always replied quickly and were so friendly! On the day, again the staff were fantastic! The food was delicious and everyone was happy with their order. Will definitely be returning.

I ordered mixed fried rice and it was old and the rice which is use for the fried rice was not mixed with the ingredients the food was so old I waste my money I am never going to order with this restaurant

Never been to a Brewdog pub before. Popped in to watch Scotland in the Euros football with a group of visitors to Liverpool. We loved it. Great atmosphere and boy such helpful staff. Chris, Nathan, Robyn, and Adam were all brilliant. Wish I could say the same about the football! Never mind. We will be back to brewdog soon.

I went here with "ok" expectations. I left 100% satisfied with the quality of the food for what i paid! First off, I went on a wing wednesday. After we settled on what others wanted at our table we got our wings. Fair warning, they are not small!! Even though they are all you can eat, they did not opt for tiny wings. A fair comparison would be vs nandos, they are easily 2x as big. And at £13.95, its a great deal. We got my daughters some nuggies and fries. (We pinched some of each just to try) honestly the batter for the nugs was very good and the fries(chips if you like) were insanely perfect. To a point that the big corp McD. Would be jealous. My wife and her mum had chichen and waffles and they noted that it was a solid 10/10. The beer was crisp cold and the atmosphere was great. To top it off we had a team of 2 waiters it seemed at times always making sure we were all good. We were all very happy to spend the 45 minute journey to come to this spot. If I lived here I would definately make this a prime spot for me. If any staff or supervisors read this, please tell your team "thank you very much for everything!"

Lou , Robyn and Nathan delivered fantastic customer service. … attentive when we rang the beer bell ( blinkin brilliant !!) and so swift with our food order . Ben and Luc behind the bar delivered brilliant drinks every time . BIG THANK YOU … oh and the background music was perfect!

Having been here before for Wings Wednesday, we were hoping that it’d be good again. However this time was a huge drop off compared to last. Last time we were there it was busier and yet we still managed to be served almost twice as much. It started off with being handed a sheet to fill in with no other instructions. After filling the sheet in and waiting for around 15-20 minutes my girlfriend headed to the bar to ask if we were to order there. When doing so a member of staff laughed and proceeded to say ‘Yeah*laughs* i’ll put it through now’’. Not exactly what comes to mind when you think of customer service is it. Not sure why you’d seemingly mock someone after them being given no prior instructions. As someone who manages in hospitality myself, the standard of service was terrible. I’m not shocked to see their hiring general manager for this location as the current staffing is in shambles. The actual food was great ( I’d keep the chefs and sack off the rest of staff personally) the wings were really good and I’d recommend the Buffalo wings specially. For the most part of the 2 hours of our bottomless wings we were waiting. I think we waited around for probably around 80 minutes of the total. When we were actually able to order wings they came pretty quickly. We were able to get two top ups, which considering the original portion and one of the top ups we had to ask to be served is not great. Most of the time we were waiting around staff were just standing around or sitting on their phones. We saw potentially 2 staff doing absolutely anything the entire time. The attitude of staff was rude and they were rather inattentive. If i had to describe them in one word it would be docile. Overall just a rather disappointing visit to somewhere we resllt enjoyed the last time. Will not be coming back anytime soon and definitely will not be recommending for anytime soon.

Nice little place, cocktails from a can though, if you're doing cocktails, do them properly, I wouldn't have ordered them if I'd known they were out of a can.

I've been in here a couple of times now. The first time, a warm and friendly service, the second, was not so great. It was also very cold as they had all the big windows open. Great selection of beers. I've not eaten here, so I can't comment on food, but it seemed popular. Loads of seating and we've always managed to find a seat.

Brew Dog chain with good beer range (and guests) and pinball! Dog friendly, dog beer (water) available. Update to my review from 4 stars to 2 because for the past two visits the food has been significantly poorer than other BrewDog pubs I have visited.

A sound, causal place for both easy drinks and some solid food! Burgers are good and the drinks are great, especially the value for the food you get. The best part of here is how accommodating and friendly the staff are! Really made my Nana feel welcome and made my cousins feel special with free extras etc for their 18th!

Probably the best quiz in town, loads of fun and laughs. Good beer. Always a good shout if you are in the area.

A very good variety of drinks available to cater for those with different tastes, or those looking to explore, the food is a decent standard especially considering I'd see this as a pub rather than a restaurant. The atmosphere lacks slightly because it's not in the best location in the centre, but you will typically find it get busy and loud when the wings Wednesdays are on for example, which seems to go down a treat!

It's one of my favourite places to go for a beer. Staff are amazing, always polite, and have good knowledge of the beer. The beer is amazing, and there is plenty to choose from. 5 stars isn't enough.

Popped in to try a couple of ipa's , barman accidentally poured wrong beers bit wouldn't accept his mistake,disappointing customer service.

I attended the beer school with Amy on Saturday 20th April 24. It was amazing and worth every penny (£25 per person). Amy's knowledge was amazing and she knew so much about brewdogs beers and stouts and also knew about the guest beers who brewdog support or do collaborations with. Amy explained everything about the drinks we were served, the brewing process, the ingredients added, why it tastes the way it does and some other fun facts. I think there were 6 rounds in total (sometimes one large drink and others were two smaller drinks in each round). It is very competitive for the price and you almost get your moneys worth through the drinks alone and a cheeseboard, which Amy recommends you try with certain drinks. On top of this Amy spoke to our group for over two hours in such am engaging way, time went very quickly and she made you feel relaxed. You can really tell she is proud to work for Brewdog and very passionate about what they do for our environment and their staff etc. Then each round we had to smell and taste each drink and compare taste with other guests and tell Amy what drink we thought it was (quite fun if you are a craft beer drinker). Amy would then tell you what drink it was and then give you an expert speech about said beer. There was a break in-between each round to go the toilet etc. If I don't attend again myself, which I most likely will during the brewdog beer festival Amy mentioned, I will 100 percent be buying this as a present for my family and friends it was brilliant! We always love visiting Brew Dog. Their Hoppy meals are always a winner for me, burger, fries and a drink alongside.

I had been gifted a voucher for the Beer School. We were hosted by Nathan who was fantastic - exceptionally accomodating, friendly, informative, and a nice guy! Got to taste a few beers alongside a decent cheeseboard. Thoroughly enjoyed it - cheers!

Booked a Beer School for my dad birthday and was not disappointed. We had Brad who was nothing short of fantastic! Knew everything about brew dog beer and beer in general to be fair. Everything about Brewdog Liverpool if fantastic and would highly recommend if you are visiting the city. Nathan who is on the bar is always a gem and will always greet you with a smile and a chat. Ordered drinks and 2 breakfasts they come missing items that it said it would have. And come with onions in the beans witch this is not stated on the menu I mean who puts onions in beans 🤯. I also never received the extra sausage for me dog. But tries to charge me for it. Over £13 each for breakfasts you taking the piss…. Oh and you can’t cook eggs to save your life. Total waste of near £40
