The best food on planet Earth! Beautiful setting, attentive and friendly staff that can't do enough for you, incredible food selection on the menu, and amazing coffee! I had the Bronx Brunch, and my partner had the Van Alen, we did order pancakes for afters, but we're absolutely stuffed, so the server kindly boxed them up for us to takeaway. We recommend 1000%

Tasteless and dry breakfast. Very good service but the food was so disappointing. The beef was very hard and I was struggling to chew. The prices are also ridiculously high. Only pro was that they have a gluten free menu, I still wouldn’t recommend

Gorgeous food, I had the 5 cheese toastie and it was the best toastie I’ve ever had!! So creamy and full of flavour. My dad had the French toast with bacon (which we always both get) staple of moose, which he thoroughly enjoyed. Lovely staff to especially quick for prime time Saturday breakfast (11am). Always come back here, the hope street guys are always happy and smiling too 😊

LOVE going here when we visit the city. Best brunch possible, food is incredible, served with giant mugs of hot coffee! Weather was glorious so sat outside on Hope St (inside is a cozy but too dark on that sunny day!)

We love Moose coffee and I wanted my family from London to try their amazing food. We visited on 19/4/25. I had booked a table for 6. The food was good as usual. We paid cash, over £100.00 including tips. I was later told by my cousin that one of the servers accused us of not paying for the food and then another one came over asking if we had paid for it? Really unhappy with the service at this location. They should have asked the person who had served us if we had paid before coming and asking us if we were going to pay for the food. Never again coming to this location.

Third visit to Moose Coffee. Food was nice, love the potato hash. Service let it down today. Currently sat in the cafe, waiting for over 30 minutes at this point for someone to come and take payment - it's not busy but our server clearly has some very important gossip to divulge to her colleagues behind the bar!

Highly recommended. We will return!

I'd been wanting to visit this place for a while and was little disappointed with it to be honest. The food tasted okay but wasn't that warm. Coffee average. The staff were great but unfortunately there wasn't enough of them. Have been to a lot better places for breakfast in the city.

The Pancake Benedict was absolutely delicious! The pancake texture was perfectly soft and fluffy, adding a unique twist to the classic dish. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection, with a rich, velvety yolk that tied everything together beautifully. I highly recommend trying it – a true treat for brunch lovers!

Food is good and great quantity. But the staff can be very rude. My friends and I were there for less than 1.5h, and the staff was ready to kick us out. After we took a few minutes to leave, one of the staff came with an attitude like we were in debt with them or they were doing us a favour and told us that we needed to leave. It’s crazy that a paid costumer can be treated like that just because they have finished their meal. Never going back. There are plenty of better places in Liverpool that treat you with dignity and respect.

Amazing food, great coffee and endlessly friendly helpful staff.

Not a great experience here today. Arrived 1045 and place was very busy, waited 5 minutes to be seated. Waited at least 15 mins before taking a drink order. We looked online the menu prior to arriving so we knew what we wanted to order, when the waitress came to take our order we’d both opted for an avocado based breakfast, informed that they had no avocado today so had to go over menu again. 1 of us us GF so looked at the menu online again, made second choice then to be told that the particular dish isn’t on menu anymore and the online menu hasn’t been updated, back to menu again and made a third choice. Food arrived, hardly any smoked salmon and it wasn’t very fresh, it was crusty in parts, eggs were not seasoned, no condiments on table to use and unable to get anybody’s attention to request some. Bacon very dry and the potato has was inedible and was left uneaten as it was laced in too much garlic. The only positive was the coffee was very good. Left very disappointed, definitely not worth £35, won’t be rushing back in a hurry

Good service and food, but could do with better cleaning of cutlery, loo door was left ajar onto dining room, and other diner's dogs were allowed to sit on seats - not good.

We had a lovely time at Moose Coffee this morning. Claire was the loveliest and nicest server. We had the chocolate pancakes with berries and bananas and Clare attended our every need. She was fantastic. Would come back again.

Food was amazing, service was prompt and professional. We booked ahead and told them it was my kids birthday and they gave him some free birthday pancakes. Waitress Claire was a credit to the establishment.

Came here because of the reviews and I'm pleased to say, it didn't let us down. Reminded me of being back in Canada with the decor, service and food. Service was great and nothing too much trouble. Most of all the breakfasts and pancakes were excellent, and can't wait to come back!

Stopped off at Moose on Hope Street for brunch. Great selection on the menu and tasty food, good portion size. Nice atmosphere and waitress, Erin, was very polite. Word to the wise... Make sure to book especially on weekends otherwise you may be turned away.

I always enjoy the excellent food and atmosphere at Moose. And the service by Joe was brilliant. He is always very friendly and helpful but also patient when I cannot decide what I want to eat.

Love the food here, and the service was good. Only bad thing was the broken toilet seat - in a cubicle that is apparently checked regularly. A square seat on a round toilet is not the best fit.

While it took longer than usual to be served all staff members were hard at work and no o e was slacking. Our server was so polite and even compt one of our meals as my little girl didnt like it. To be clear it was a matter of tast on her part nothing wrong overall with the meal.
