Took a gamble and was not disappointed. Had a selection of wings and fries. Absolutely fantastic, best chicken I've had, loads off flavour n juicy, just fell off the bone Looking forward to try the Manchester one. Note..10% service charge added to bill

Visited this place after seeing raving reviews. As someone who puts excessive salt on their food, I can tell you now the food is stupidly salty. To charge such a price for Luke warm salty food is astonishing, I can only presume the people who genuinely enjoy eating here are salt water crocodiles. We were the first people sat and the last to be served our food, the only positive bit of the experience was the cute half pint glasses and the buffalo sauce was decent. Just go to a Wetherspoons or chippy, don’t waste your time or money.

Not my favourite restaurant ever, the food was below mediocre and the service wasn’t really that great. My friend tried to order online and it didn’t go through properly either. The tables were really sticky too so not that great

It was so below average. KFC was better than this. Service was alright, but overall its a dingey place with not much atmosphere. We complained about the mac and cheese which was tasteless and I asked for it to be taken off the bill which it was. My plate was also dirty on the side, which I didn't mention. But yeah lots of room for improvement and I won't be returning.

Visited on Tuesday afternoon with 3 kids, 1 in a high chair, we were seated by a tall dark haired lady who also served us. She was very attentive and what I thought was great was she actually spoke to the kids and interacted with them which doesn’t happen often. She had a joke with me about needing a wine and really made me feel settled which again doesn’t happen a lot when dining out with 3 kids. Every time I come here Myself and the children are always made to feel welcome the staff are all really happy and attentive. Thank you for such a positive end to a lovely day out during the half term.

Went with our kids and they loved it. Tasty and decent portion of nuggets and chips with an ice cream for afters for a fiver was great value. Even better when it was free because we ate between 12-6pm! Our meals were a little on the small side. The chicken was nice but not mind blowing and the sauces came on the side and were a bit watery. The chips and side were good but it felt pricey at £13.50. All in all, worth a trip with kids and would go again.

This was my first time visiting yard and coop and I can’t fault it one bit. Staff lovely and welcoming. Very quick service. Food was lovely. Definitely be going back.

Service was slow , food poor. Sat with our 2 young grandchildren that were entertained with crayons and paper, we ordered 2 kids meals , chicken breasts and fries upgrade of pulled chicken and chicken breast with fries upgrade of salt and pepper fries . Chicken came with plain fries and a order of pulled chicken fries and the other was with plain fries and a order of salt and pepper fries . Chicken was extremely dry as if it had been sitting a while, the salt and pepper fries where actually fries soaked in soy sauce and sprinkled with spring onion . Never touched the pulled chicken fries . We where left waiting for our table to be cleared and the kids ice cream to come even though the restaurant had emptied out. Eventually we got our bill of £70 for something KFC would have charged £25 and been nicer . On leaving I noticed a sign saying kids eat free every day 12-6 it was only 5pm and I’d been charged but really couldn’t be bothered. Never eating there again never advising people too be I would warn them off !

Love Yard & Coop, definitely my go to when I’m going into town or before a night out. Food is always delicious and the staff are always lovely and accommodating 🥰

Wasn’t a patch on previous times before. Food came lukewarm. Mac n cheese was disappointing. Some pieces of chicken came cremated. Not ideal. Manchester one was better.

Just want to express our heartfelt thanks to Jade and Kieran for making us so welcome! The food was outstanding and came so fast too! We really enjoyed our kareoke booth too! Fab start to our hen weekend!

My husband and I took our daughter in for lunch this afternoon and whilst the food was as delicious as had come to expect from previous visits our service by Emma was EXCELLENT!! Friendly, fun and helpful from the minute we stepped in, to when we left! I don't usually leave reviews but Emma was so outstanding that I have to spread the word! :)

Having read good things about this restaurant, I was really surprised to find the first floor completely deserted when we arrived on a Friday night. There was no one to greet us at the door, so we wandered downstairs to look for a member of staff. We were told to sit at the bar whilst our table was cleaned, but during this time we were ignored by the barman despite there being no other customers - a really missed opportunity we would have ordered a drink! Despite there being many empty tables, we were led to sit under a strange wooden platform at the back of the restaurant with a child’s bedroom curtain the only accessory - an odd interior design choice which had the effect of making us feel like we were dining under a bunk bed opposite the toilets. Sadly, children were loudly running up and down the stairs and on top of the wooden platform throughout our meal which made it feel like we were eating in a child’s playground. The food was nothing to write home about - the chicken was coated in a very soggy and mushy crumb which was nothing like the crispy chicken the menu suggested. The salt and pepper chips were nothing of the sort as they were coated in soy sauce and seaweed which hadn’t been mentioned anywhere on the menu. These were tasteless and also soggy. I left most of the meal. The staff were friendly but sadly we would not visit here again or recommend it to a friend as it lacked atmosphere and the food was unappetising.

Visited on Friday evening with my wife and daughter as a spur of the moment decision. Because we sat down before 6pm our daughters meal was free (worth knowing!) Got to say I’ve always avoided coming here (basically because you always see Groupon and Woucher offers for it) but I’m glad to say I was totally wrong. The Buff Daddy burger was really good and the BBQ Pulled fries (pulled chicken in Dr Pepper BBQ sauce) were fantastic! My wife and daughter also really enjoyed their meals. The bill came to £54 with 10% service charge added but we had 2 mains (with uncharged fries), a portion of wings, a kids meal (free) and drinks so not bad at all. Not a fan of the service charge being added for a table of 3 but as long as it goes to the staff(!!) I don’t mind coz they were all great!

Not been for a while but food was still really good. A special mention to Rachel, our server who was so helpful throughout, including helping with online matters.

We recently went for a family meal to Yard and coop , food was amazing so tasty & big portions, my little boy whos 8 is a fussy eater & he really enjoyed his chicken roast dinner, staff were all lovely and friendly will defo be coming back soon!

Second time here and never disappoints. I came with my partner, son and his girlfriend who loved it. The staff, food, service is always on point huge portions at reasonable prices.

Visited after some xmas shopping late afternoon of a weekday after seeing a voucher on Groupon (which took a while to come through!) The venue allowed us to use the voucher without pre booking. Upon being sat the staff were really patient as we waited for the voucher to go live. Orders were taken via online app. I got the chicken kebab and my partner got chicken thigh, chips with chicken gravy. Upon receiving the food the kebab looked beautiful. The chicken and chips looked nothing overly special for a chicken place (nothing like expected) The chicken gravy was more of a bistro colour and tasted the same with bits if gravy in (definitely not ecxpected). The chips reminded me of school cafeteria bit were fine, the chicken thigh was ok although the rosemary was overpowering. The kebab was gorgeous aswell as aesthetically it also tastes really nice, there was a small bit of the naan which was overcooked but would highly recommend and I'm already looking forward to having this again despite the poor chicken & chip effort from a chicken establishment. I did email my feedback after the meal but as of yet not heard back. I usually do take photos, in this occasion I didnt, the kebab deserved it!

I went for a birthday meal with some friends and couldnt have chose a better place. The food was absolutely delicious! So many flavours and all of them good, the design and layout was unique yet stunning and very creative drinks to suit all palates. Ideal for all ages I would say. Helpful staff, will definitely be going back soon Update: I've been 6 times since this!

Visited yesterday for the quiz night! Ordered food online which was super easy and staff were really helpful if we needed them. Food was delicious had the yorkie wrap and quiz was super fun! Will be back soon :)

Please be careful, I booked this restaurant for our dinner recently, I was asked for £15 card authorisation to secure the table. I was told via email and via the staff that if we turn up at the restaurant this would not be taken out. We went, the food was nice, service was good. The following day both the Bill and the £15 where removed from my bank account. I have tried to contact the restaurant but to no avail. I have had to take this back to my bank as it should never have been taken out.

Came here twice in 2019 with my partner his sister and her fiancé. We came September and November and food is so nice and decent portions too and because it all sounds so nice it so easy to order too much which we did. The place itself is quirky and has a fun atmosphere. Staff friendly and brilliantly priced too, would recommend.

Vine aquí con algunos amigos para comer por mi cumpleaños. El personal fue amable y feliz de ayudar. Ahora se anuncia claramente que sin fondo dura 90 minutos, pero cuando pedimos una recarga a las 4:25 nos dijeron que había terminado hace 5 minutos, ¿65 minutos después de nuestra primera bebida? ? ? Nos dijeron que podíamos tener uno más.También teníamos que preguntar cada vez que queríamos una recarga y era bastante difícil llamar la atención de alguien, a veces sentimos que el personal nos evitaba a propósito para evitar rellenar nuestras bebidas.En cuanto a la comida, pedimos los gofres y las tortitas. . . los gofres se recomiendan en el menú y en las imágenes de las redes sociales como un estilo de hamburguesa: un gofre en la parte superior y otro en la parte inferior, este no fue el caso con el nuestro (vea la imagen a continuación).Realmente decepcionado porque cada vez que visito aquí para un tipo diferente de ocasión, me decepciono.

Fui aquí para una cita nocturna con mi novio y, como de costumbre, no me decepcionó. El servicio fue perfecto, buenas pautas de covid en su lugar, cada uno de nosotros recibió los muslos de pollo con papas fritas y salsa y un lado de macarrones con queso para compartir. Adjunto fotos de comida a continuación. El pollo frito es el mejor que he comido, mucho mejor que KFC en mi opinión. Conseguí las patatas fritas sucias que están cubiertas con salsa de queso azul y mi novio consiguió patatas fritas con sal y pimienta. También había papas fritas cargadas para elegir. La comida absolutamente increíble no podría recomendar lo suficiente. Nada lujoso, pero servicio y comida 10/10. Le daría una calificación de 6 estrellas si pudiera.

Vine aquí para una comida de cumpleaños y ¡estaba impresionado! ! !Soy un poco entusiasta, así que tuve que elegir la "Massive Cock Burger" (sí, escuchaste bien) y también una porción de alitas pensando que la hamburguesa sería simplemente otra hamburguesa de tamaño exagerado, ¡pero esta cosa era enorme! ! ! ! No solo era grande sino que tenía un sabor increíble, con tantos sabores y texturas, pero todo encajó perfectamente y ¡tiene que ser la mejor hamburguesa que he probado! !Las alitas también necesitan una mención, las alitas de sal y pimienta y la salsa Dr Pepper BBQ eran tan sabrosas que de alguna manera terminamos terminándolas también. !Un lugar encantador si eres un amante del pollo, ¡definitivamente lo recomendaría si nunca lo has estado antes!

Sad to say we were disappointed after looking forward to our planned visit to Yard and Coop, Liverpool.We visited on a Monday eve, 2 adults and 2 kids. We queued for our table, then shown to a dark and smelly corridor, to what my 7 year daughter described as smelling like a pet shop. Some marks on the seats I was able to wipe clean with tissues and hand sanatizer but the smell remained. It could have been the wood but it smelt exactly like a rabbit hutch...bleughh. It would have been pointless asking for another table as the restaurant was packed. We all shuffled around to the other end of the table and this improved the aroma. Unfortunately this took us closer to the raucus alchohol fuelled screaming girl group on the next table. Ordering was a faff, not exactly user friendly and we somehow ended up with 4 portions of gravy that we didn't order and things missing on my daughters plate. The kids selection is very poor and was not enough for a 10 year old.Food was ok. Sweet potato chips with gravy on was nice but had clearly been waiting around, it was not hot and a skin on the gravy. It was however, tasty. Chicken drumsticks were tasty but huge difference in portion size between drumsticks and breast meal. The cheese sauce that covered the chips was wayyyyyy too mustardy to enjoy and sadly this was the same sauce on the mac n cheese my daughter had ordered making it more mustardy than cheesey.Suffice to say we ended up in McDonalds after and we were all glad to get out of the smelly petshop. Such a shame as we had looked forward to our visit for a number of weeks.

We visited Yard and Coop on a particularly busy Monday, firstly we were greeted by the most welcoming woman I have ever encountered (Emma) nothing was too much for her, we were quickly seated and explained how everything works due to COVID, food and drinks came out swiftly and boy oh boy was it delicious!! All the staff who we encountered were so happy and pleasant. I would happily visit this place every day (if my waist would allow it) still dreaming of that cocktail! Thank you yard and coop for a wonderful experience. Xx

I guess when i have a great Meal,i take pics,i post,i enjoy every bite and actually come out buzzing,not this timeI choice this place as i was staying opposite,it looked querky and the Reviews were generally good.There were some negative ones but of course there would be.Pros:Cool decor inside.Nice Pale Ale on Draught.Staff were pretty good.Very quick to be cooked.Dirty fries were tasty and lots of.Cons:Macaroni Cheese was really average compared to alot i have tried.Tiny pot of sauce with my lads tenders,£1 for an extra pot is like paying for extra gravy.Just a personal choice but i found the coating on the wings(that were cheap tbh),not very nice.As i say,nothing awful about this place,but when i initially read a Review saying a KFC would be better,i thought it was harsh....But i now do get what they meant.You can get alot of KFC for £30 :(

Staff where very attentive, after being shown to our socially distant table, the waitress explained how to order on the app, has, soon as we ordered our drinks were there, then our food came out, beautifully presented and piping hot, we shared the kebab has its far too much for one person! The chicken wings were so crispy, and the salt and pepper chips so tasty. Would Deffinately return

Looked forward to going here after seeing postings of their food and menu on Social Media, and recommendations from friends who had visited.In all honesty, I was totally disappointed at the experience. The food was nothing special from the adult menu, and the kids menu was extremely limited. For the price of the food, you could have as nice an experience in KFC, but obviously for a lot less money, it really was that bad in my opinion.The drinks menu was also limited, and pricey too for what you got. I opted for a soft drink with my meal and couldn’t believe that I was given child’s glass for the cost of £2.50!! Disgraceful!The actual place itself was okay, quite quirky in its decor, but again didn’t leave much to the imagination!! I think it was one of those places that having seen photos and heard people talk about, you had to sample for yourself. Having now done that, I can safely say I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Organised my booking with a wowcher code yet was still charged full price. Organised a phone call to discuss this but was left waiting all day as no one got in contact with me. So now my voucher is wasted. Also had to send my food back.

Purchased the voucher through Groupon as we had heard good reviews. Thought there may be restrictions on the menu however there wasn't, lots of choice, veggie options were great. The staff were very attentive and informative on what was a favourite dish etc. Our server was called Chloe who was fab, very helpful and service was excellent. Definitely be back when Quartine is over! X

Yard & Coop es uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer en la ciudad, la comida siempre es perfecta y todos los miembros del personal son muy amables. Ambiente acogedor / relajado. Pido el kebab, que es absolutamente delicioso y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. El pan plano es el mejor que he probado. ¡Gracias al camarero con el pelo corto y negro que siempre es tan amable!

Comience con el sistema de reservas muy, muy pobre, reserve la mesa para 6 y al día siguiente llamó por teléfono para agregar otro asiento que no estábamos en el sistema de reserva, por lo que nos reservaron nuevamente. Apareció en la noche y nos tenía en el sistema como una mesa para seis, así que por eso perdió una marca, fue por una calle 21 que podría haber salido tan mal.Ahora sobre la comida, ¿qué puedo decir, excepto fantástico, alitas de pollo, papas fritas sucias de alta calidad, el resto de la fiesta disfrutó todo lo que tenían también, no hay quejas de ese lado, el personal muy amable y atento

My wife and I ate here on a Tuesday evening recently. We didn't book, but were welcomed and quickly seated. The interior is unique and quirky and although the restaurant wasn't full there were still enough people in to create a good atmosphere. After studying the menu I opted for the salt and pepper chicken wings with dirty fries which were both really good and my wife enjoyed the dirty bird. We had never eaten here before but the food was tasty and plenty full and the service both friendly and efficient. We would happily eat here again and certainly recommend.

A great meal today in Yard and Coop. Fantastic food (I took on the "Massive Cock" burger, and won. You have to see this thing to believe it, its immense!) My missus enjoyed her chicken breast, salt and pepper fries, and halloumi nuggets. My little girl devoured her kids meal of nuggets and chips also. What really set the visit apart though was the customer service. Karolina, our server, was just lovely and made such a fuss over our daughter who recently had her 3rd birthday. She was talking about the nice lady who brought her ice cream with sprinkles and sung to her all day :) thank you for making the experience special for my family Karolina, and also your colleague with the red hair and tattoos whose name I never caught. You were both awesome, Yard and Coop is awesome, and we'll be back soon!

Came for an early dinner with some girlfriends. Staff were really friendly and the food was great. We will return. 👍

I can’t fault the staff or our experience here. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! The lady who served us was especially helpful and suggested things on the menu as she knew it was our first time here. Her name was jade and she was honestly so nice !! Amazing customer service skills !! Would highly recommend!

Food and drinks were delicious, staff very friendly and service very quick. Menu reasonably priced. Would have had 5 stars but ladies toilet was a right mess, bin overflowing toilet dirty, and bad smell. Told member of staff on way out and she didn't seem bothered. Only downfall of this visit and would put me off going again.

Visited today with my young family and really enjoyed our visit. We had the The Lone Star Burger and The Dirty Bird and Oh my lord they were so tasty and so so filling, we also had some buffalo wings which were yummy too. Service was great and very friendly and even when my little girl got locked in the bathroom and was upset our waitress came over and reassured her and apologised and brought her a chocolate brownie to make her feel better which was a lovely touch and definitely cheered her up. Will be back again :)

Went for lunch... wasn’t expecting much as someone who can do neither milk nor gluten. The staff there couldn’t do enough! We worked out how I could have the fried chicken and it was gorgeous! The staff are friendly, food is great (take a decent appetite!) and the atmosphere is fun. Will be eating there again in the future.

Really nice atmosphere and a beautiful restaurant. Very attractive to students. Good prices, especially with the Masters Rates student card. Food arrived promptly, very nice. I consider this a great alternative / contender to Nando's, particularly for students. Lovely for a student date.

My lady and I were nicely surprised by the food and the treatment received. Salt and pepper fries were absolutely yummy and the burgers (especially the lone star) divine. Along with it, we were served by an exquisite lady - Karolina if I do remember well - who made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout the whole meal. Super recommended! Thank you.

We hired the venue for a 30th birthday on a Saturday night. We had the bar area, games area and booths from the start of the night and then the entire place once diners had left. We had our own spotify playlist for the whole night, and we arranged for platters of food to be brought out around 8:30 (and there was a great selection). There was no venue hire charge and no minimum spend, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere for a party, and the food was really good if you're just looking for a meal.

Visited Yard and Coop for lunch with friends from work. The service was brilliant from the start, very friendly staff. We ordered a range of cocktails which were all delicious. I ordered the chicken burger and added bacon and mac and cheese,the chicken was crispy and succulent, the whole meal was really tasty but definitely not the best to eat before returning to work as the portions were huge! (Not that I'm complaining about that) I Would definitely visit again and I have recommended it to my friends too!

Went to try the new menu with my friends and let me tell you one thing, the Lone Star burger is probably one of the best burger I have ever tried in my life. Also our waitress, Karolina, was fantastic from start to finish. Top notch. I will definitely return as soon as possible!

Nice cocktails but food was dull and basic. And to an okay standard. Wouldn’t be my top pick place to go to again. Also it took ages for us to get the bill and pay after we asked for it.

Before I start my review, I’m not a complainer, I find it uncomfortable and prefer to suffer in silence but I had to bite the bullet and speak up. From the get go, the customer service was appalling. My boyfriend and I stood to be seated as waitresses looked at us and ignored us. Whilst ordering the food, one of the waitresses was rather rude to me. Our food came and mine was almost inedible. I had ordered the chicken thigh. The chicken was undercooked, greasy and the taste of rosemary was overpowering. Neither me or my boyfriend are picky about our food and will eat almost anything but when he tasted it, he had to spit it out! We picked at the salt and pepper chips which weren’t much better and asked for the bill. The waitress came and collected our plates without saying a word which was uncomfortable and went to get the bill. Then the waiting began. We waited and waited and waited some more before getting the managers attention to ask for the bill for the third time. I explained to the manager about the food and service and she was very apologetic and gave us a 20% discount on the outrageous £45 bill. My boyfriend had visited Yard and Coop on a previous occasion and recalled it being pleasant but after our experience we will not be returning!

We have never been here before and I can honestly say we will be definitely going back. I had the chicken breast with the Korean sauce and I upgraded my chips to salt and pepper fries. My husband had the chicken breast with blue sauce with potato fries. When the meals arrived we were amazed at how big the portions were. The food was really tasty and very filling, we will definitely be heading back soon

Me and my partner have been coming to Yard and Coop regularly as she has gluten allergy and the options here are great. But it was being served by Chloe what really stood out for us as she went above and beyond to make sure we where having a good time and where comfortable. And to top it off as we where leaving she told us about the yard and coop friends discount as whle are there so often.

Myself and 13 of my family ate here tonight and it was lovely,my dads mid 70s and a bit fussy but thoroughly enjoyed it. The team made a fuss of my daughter and put balloons on the table which was a really lovely added touch. They brought her cake out,sang happy birhday and made a fuss. I would definitely recommend this venue.

We have visited Yard & Coop in Manchester and Leeds, this was our first time at the Liverpool branch.

Visited just by passing and needed lunch. Seems very children orientated in the decor and approach. Kids and young teenagers would love it. Wasnt really my cup of tea but stayed and ordered anyway. My friend and I both ordered the garlic ranch burger. Taste was ok but jeez was it sloppy. You can't eat it with your hands. Knife and fork only it's so drenched in sauce. The chicken doesn't come as a whole breast. It was either tenders or chopped up (couldn't tell because of the sauce). Couldnt really tasted any garlic. The fries were nice and the portion was good. Also ordered the pea fritters. These were horrible huge balls of mush. Not crispy as all and couldnt taste any pea. Managed to eat half of one and didn't want to go any further. A fritter is something coated in batter and deep fried. These are not fritters. They weren't even crispy on the outside to pretend to be a fritter. Just big stodgy balls of tasteless goo.

My friend recommended we eat here, it looked great on Instagram so I thought yes - let’s go! 50% off for students, lovely - who can complain? Before I write this, I want to just say I am not a complainer - especially when it comes to restaurants. I’m normally too embarrassed to say something, but today I just couldn’t.

My boyfriend and I were very impressed with this restaurant, it was our first time visiting! So quirky and fun, we would definitely recommend not only this but the staff are great, especially our waitress Chloe whom was a delight. She was very attentive and served us in a bright, friendly and informative manner - massive shout out to Chloe! We will definitely be back Thank you Chloe for making our time extra great x

Friendly welcoming staff . Cosy but big place which is hard to achieve. Food delicious. Great introductory offers and nhs discount ( achieved by prior email ) . Is easily a nice drinks place or a family eating venue without compromising either .

Very nice, fries slightly too salty though. Decor amazing and great location. Sauce is quite spicy though be warned

Delizioso locale allestito con molto gusto ben al di sotto del livello stradale ma pur tuttavia perfettamente accessibile anche da parte di chi può avere qualche problema di mobilità (come nel mio caso, per una stupida caduta occorsa il giorno prima). Lived in Liverpool for 4 years now and can’t believe I have only just gone to yard & coop! Absolutely amazing food, I had the lone star burger which was awesome especially liked the mac&cheese; on the burger. My boyfriend had the drumsticks with the Korean sauce and loved them! Even gave us the wings we couldn’t eat to take away. Will definitely be coming back! One thing that would be great was if they gave you wet wipes to wipe your hands but other than that would definitely recommend to anyone!

Went here for afternoon tea with my partner and we had a lovely time. Amazing food, such a cool and different take on afternoon tea and amazing service from Chloe. She was lovely, bubbly and attentive. Highly recommend eating here 😁

This place was amazing, went out in a group for dinner. Nobody could say a bad thing about it. The food, drinks (especially the cocktails) were fantastic. The waitress was so friendly and helpful, can't say a bad thing about the place. They offer really good discounts for NHS, armed forces etc like 50% every Wednesday which we took advantage of but you needed to apply for it online and get an email to get the discount. So do you self a favour and check on there first.

Been here 4 times this year and will continue to do so! Great food and atmosphere. Cocktails are amazing and are a must. Worth a visit!

Came here the other day with friends, everything was amazing from the moment we entered. The staff were really friendly, and the food was extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

If you're like me and love fried chicken, then this place is a must! Service was friendly and relaxed even though it was really busy about 7:30pm on Saturday. Food came out and was to die for, I recommend the Doctor Pepper BBQ sauce!! Can't wait to come back again next time I'm in town

Manchester branch is fun and lively, great service and friendly staff. I was expecting the same here, unfortunately not. Place was dead but still waited ages for drinks and meals to arrive. Also could not get a signal down there. I had recommended it to a friend but the food was bland, lukewarm and average. He was not impressed either.

We visited one evening while staying for the weekend in Liverpool. I was really looking forward to it, being a big chicken fan. However, I was quite disappointed with the chicken - there was nothing wrong with it, but it was more bland than I expected and nothing special. Our table was also not very well situated, being right next to the toilet doors and some exit doors which were slightly ajar.

Have to say we were very impressed by the food and setting at Yard and Coop, Liverpool. Also, the staff are first rate especially our waitress Grace whom was a delight, very attentive and served us in a bright, friendly efficient manner. Big shout out for her and we will be back for sure. Thank you Grace if only all serving staff were as good as she was today!

Had a nice meal here on Friday, staff were attentive. Aimee was a great host. Food was fresh and hot, the recommended rum cocktail was delicious. Casual setting but never disappoints.

Went for late lunch yesterday - food fab as always. The lovely Grace was our waitress and she was really warm and friendly. Love the yakety wrap and the kids eating free is great for a family budget!

Attended on a busy Saturday night to be served by the most gorgeous server ever. Chloe was a total babe and put up with our drunken antics, kept us well informed fed and watered and made us laugh for the duration.
