Went in last night after a Bowling Night with Friends,Saw the Nachos on the Menu & went with the Go Big selection,Big mistake if that’s Big I wouldn’t like to see the Normal version(Pityful) For a Tenner you expect a bowl full of Nachos not 10 stacked up & don’t get me on a Pint of Lager £7.45,I totally get why it was half empty now.Well overpriced & if you want to eat & feel full go to TGI Fridays instead.

I called here on a hot day with two dogs which were welcome in the beer garden, there is a large car park , I never had much time so just had a Guinness and orange duck pate which was absolutely delicious. There is a large beer garden with a small play area and lots of grass with a football net. Really friendly staff. I will definitely return

Food and drinks were great as usual. All the staff were helpful, we got served by Antony who was lovely. Would highly recommend!!

Great service and high quality food. The hotpot was excellent and the open kitchen shows they are confident in their cleanliness and skills. Everything prepared fresh and unbelievable value. They also cater well to people with dietary restrictions with allergens clearly marked Cash only but there’s an ATM opposite at the coop

Reunion lunch for old pals. Charming thoughtful and kind staff.Pleasant environment. Good standard of basic English Sunday lunch choices , more than adequate portions and complimentary pudding Black Forest Gataux inlieu of under cooled vegetable. Decent house merlot and coffee. Thankyou

Was disappointed that the only item listed on the menu as vegan isn't vegan. Menu should be updated to state that the burger is vegetarian not vegan and/or alternative vegan options added.

Visited this pub again after many years. Lovely homely pub. Very quiet. Guy behind bar very attentive and friendly. I had small fish and chips which came with mushy peas and chunky (homemade?) tartare - which wasn’t my cup of tea to be honest - fish was nice though. Husband had pie and chips. We both chose sticky toffee pudding - but unfortunately and strangely one half of my pudding was stone cold and other side warm/hot? But it was nice.

Take away fish and chips. Food always good, best chippy but it's just so slow everytime. Typically waiting 20-30mins minimum for a relatively small fish and chip order

Not a high class restaurant. A chain experience. Menu is ok. 3 course lunch for £19.95 is fair value. Al la carte is more expensive.

First of all Staff were lovely Food was really nice Unfortunately I had a fall on the step leading to the bathroom, the floor os really hard and the light was to dim N9 hazard markings on the step so if you don't know the step is there its dangerous I've really hurt my knee and leg
