First time back here in a long while. Came after our local beefeater closed wow even better here. Pam our waitress was lovely. Food was fab and children can't wait to come back. Thank you 😊

Stayed in the hotel attached for 2 nights so booked a table for breakfast and evening meal. The staff here are really friendly especially Lacey who was really helpful. The evening meal and breakfasts were all cooked well and arrived in good time.

This Restaraunt is absolutely fantastic.Pam who served us was very sweet, professional, we were there for our Silver wedding Anniversary, the starter was beautiful breaded mushrooms. yumm the main course my husband had the fish and chips with mushy peas and he so enjoyed it well recommended. I had the melted chicken, which was chicken breast with bacon and melted cheese served with chips and home made coleslaw. then for desert hubby had chocolate cake and ice cream and I has the Biscot sunday. Absolutely delicious.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to The Morris Dancer and we will return. Have to say our waitress Pamela F made us feel really welcome. Food was really good and recommend Ribeye Steak and Salmon steak

Excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent friendly staff. Pamela was the lady we dealt with most and she was humorous and so efficient. We would like her to get a pay rise please! The others were fantastic too.

Popped into here having read good reviews about gluten free food. On arrival, we were greeted by the manager whom we asked all the relevant questions to ensure that it was safe to eat. He assured me that everything was fine and even had a dedicated GF fryer. Separate menu for NGCI. Our waitress (Pamela, I think she was called) took our order and again reassured me that everything was fine. Our group ordered from the lunchtime menu and all enjoyed (curry, gammon, burger). GF homemade chips were lovely. Will visit again if we’re back in the area. What a lovely little find this was.

Booked here for Breakfast for family. I think they must have been short staffed as we waited over half an hour. for a cooked breakfast. There was only 1 chef and 1 member of staff waiting on. Staff were very nice just not enough of them. Food eventually came and was cold apart from the hash brown i’ll stick too ocean plaza one for breakfast

Lovely meal out with the family here today. Food was good and hot! Didn't wait long to be served. June out waitress was really helpful. She looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble. I go regularly to this restaurant with friends before we go on to the theatre and we have been disappointed recently because you cannot get a jacket potato with your meal instead of chips Please bring back this alternative

A little treat of an overnight stay at the Premier Inn with evening meal and a few drinks at the Morris Dancers. As always, a warm welcome and Pamela served us and was an absolute delight. Explained to us about different offers and menu items, friendly and warm. She was amazing. We had a few cocktails plus steak sampler and rack of ribs plus 3 starters to share. Enjoyed everything and Pamela kept checking we were OK. This is why we keep returning. Every single member of staff is friendly, welcoming and so professional. We love this place and will keep coming back. Thank you xx

i called at my favourit restaurant and was served by june and samantha who are always very nice and always make me feel very welcome i started with chicken goujons followed by the steak sampler a selection of three steaks all the food was nicely presented and cooked just right this is a very nice restaurant with very nice staff and the manager anthony has the restaurant running superb and i cannot praise the morris dancers enough

Excellent service and fantastic food! June was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Anthony Is also very friendly and a great manager he should be proud of his team.

food was lovely could not fault it, but dropped one rating due to service. It was not busy as it was between xmas and new year, but service was very slow and had to keep trying to find someone when we wanted to order drinks etc and pay bill. The food was excellent though and all enjoyed it.

We went last minute on new years eve. We booked a table for 6, but turned up at 540 as our 10 month old was getting hungry. They were fantastic to sit us sooner and got our order quickly. June our server was fantastic. She couldn't do enough for us, was really accommodating and a fantastic server. She was especially brilliant with our little boy! The food was also lovely, hot and plenty of it! We will be returning!
