The best restaurants in North West

We had a lovely Spa day at the Wrightington Hotel. Spent an hour or so swimming, in the sauna and the jacuzzi, had a lovely relax in the relaxation room followed by a wonderful massage then afternoon tea which was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. This is our third visit here and we always enjoy it.

Bloody new girl with red hair , ordered my usual hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows this girl gives me the most un appetising hot chocolate I've ever seen without cream or marshmallows that I'd paid for! All pleased with herself smh I just have no.words I'm just going to not come.when.shes there again, it's a shame.i come in most days at least once not I've got to go to the costa machine next door it does a better drink.. absolute disgrace

Awful noisy place, supposedly rock music but nothing I recognised, sticky tables, won't be going back

Called here for lunch Sunday 6 April 25. It’s becoming our go to place when we’re in Blackpool having been here on several previous occasions we know that it meets with our expectations. I had a 2 course Sunday lunch, roast turkey with their homemade soup to begin. My wife had a ham sandwich with a side of fries, The service was outstanding from our arrival to departure and the food was delicious and all reasonably priced. It’s worth looking this place up if you’re in town.

Lovely 3 course meal for two at Côte Manchester. Nice menu to choose from. The prix fixe menu is great value. The deserts were amazing.

We went for my 81 birthday and we really enjoyed the food it was brilliant ive been all over the world and love chinese food even in Hong Kong i would recommend Lings to enyone you will not be disapointed the staff and the owener were very nice people 10/10 from the 4 of us so enjoy Billy & Agnes &Terry &Sue

Excellent service, great food and very welcoming atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Would recommend a visit. It may be advisable to book as it tends to get busy

My friends and I visited this place on a peak summer sunshine Thursday early evening. We found a table right away despite it being busy (as expected) whilst people were taking advantage of the outdoor seating area. The food arrived quickly and was delicious! It has a great atmosphere, friendly and upbeat. Great background music too. Well worth a visit.

Tucked away down a narrow alley, it's worth finding Bar Es! Best Mexican food outside of Mexico! Great cocktails, great beer selection, our favourite dishes were the spicy prawns, squid, nachos, and meatballs. The Bar Es in keswick is just as good.

Absolute shocking experience. Had a Very rude waiter no manners no class. Full of loud lairy men. Never ever again. So decided to leave and went somewhere else

Decent enough, and location works for being both close and far enough from the centre. The rooms have seen some wars! Not your ordinary venue! And not for the faint hearted.

Stayed in the hotel. This review is about their dinner menu and the room. Poor selection of food. I was forced to eat fish and chips. I am not a fan of fish and chips. I hope they increase the food selection to decent options. Not everyone eats burgers and pizzas and fish and chips. Some people need quality food to thrive. Regarding the room, it was okay but there are stains on the carpet. I did not fancy the room I was given. It had a wet room. I prefer a room with a bath or a shower tray. I was told if I wanted a room with a bath, that I should specify at the time of the booking. The receptionist that checked me in was very nice though. She is a perfect example of one who should be at the front desk.

Fabulous spa day with a friend. Staff throughout the day were all very friendly and welcoming. We almost had the spa thermal pool to ourselves, the treatments we had were exceptional followed by time in the relaxation room, more use of spa facilities, then a lovely lunch. It was a beautiful day, so were able to sit outside and enjoy the views with a drink. Amazing experience !
