Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West hotel in Salford

Decent enough, and location works for being both close and far enough from the centre. The rooms have seen some wars! Not your ordinary venue! And not for the faint hearted.

Absolutely shocking standards, stayed for 1 nyt needed to be in city centre. Hotel standards were very poor. Room smelled of damp, I started to look around and found mould on the walls and skirting.Carpets were disgusting..Under the beds was rubbish from the previous or previous previous guest. Car park opposite was ridiculous. NCP 24 hour stay was £25 but doesn't allow you to exit and return.

Only stayed two nights for a business trip, but the entire staff and management was amazing, they did above and beyond to accommodate all our request. Great service, thanks.

Another fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West! This was our third stay this year and never been disappointed. The hotel is clean, comfortable and peaceful and is in a fantastic location, but what really makes it is the staff. They are always helpful and patient with any requests, especially cautious and considerate about my nut allergy and always really friendly from point of booking untill end of stay. Thank you to Colin, Ryan, Simon, Silvia and the team for a lovely stay over Christmas, will definitely be back soon!

The service at this hotel was lovely. There were 3 members of staff at reception when we arrived, one was serving another couple who were checking in and the other two were chatting and having a laugh, but as soon as we entered, they stopped and and served us straight away, both extremely pleasant and well mannered. The hotel was clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy. Has spare pillows as well which is always great. Only a short walk away from the AO Arena where we watched our show. A short walk for us is 15 minutes. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect for our stay at the weekend.

It was totally as expected. A clean room and comfortable bed. The rooms were very well sound proofed so there were no disturbances from doors closing in the night.

A lot better than the last one we stayed at (Deansgate Locks). No complaints regarding the room, and the breakfast was good.

We didn’t stay here but used the bar for their 2 for 1 cocktails. Honestly pretty impressed with them and not expensive at all. Can’t comment on the rooms

We came to stay for a wedding and stayed for one night. On arrival there is no parking noted on the system but we thought we would turn up and see if there were any spaces as I am a blue badge holder. Turned up and there was a card park but it was boarded off. I called the reception to see if on the off chance they would allow us to park there as there is a disabled space and I do have a blue badge, the man I spoke with was quite rude and blunt. Cut to the chase he said no, but was so rude about it and just said we’d have to walk. So we parked the car and I wobbled over. Once we arrived the man on the desk was friendly, asking us if we needed any help. The chef for the evening last minute was unwell so there was a very limited menu, the workers were so lovely considering they were overworked that night doing what they usually don’t. Chris I believe his name was, was the highlight of our evening, served us the whole night and was so polite. We got back to our room which was a nice premier plus which we booked for only £40 so already a bargain. However the air con in our room wasn’t working, due to my disability my body cannot regulate its heat appropriately so I got very warm very quickly and felt like I was going to pass out, so I had to stand in the hallway as it was cooler than our room which was stated as 26° with the air con apparently. My partner called down to reception and they tried to amend it their end. We gave it 10/15 minutes and it still wasn’t working so we called back and they moved us to a new room on the same level and still premier plus room. We got in and put the air con on straight away and we foul feel it beginning to work straight away so imagine the other was faulty. Had a great sleep, comfy beds as always. Very big bath which has great water pressure and always fills up quickly. Very modern room. Overall happy with our stay just unfortunate circumstances about the air con and the restaurant. Great location although we didn’t go and explore very much as we already had the day before. Was very quiet being a Sunday but this was nice, we were the only people in the restaurant whilst we were having drinks and it was just nice not to have other mumbles around us

As Premier Inns go, this is a really nice one. The location is just outside the main city centre, close enough to walk and handy to park. Nice and quiet at night. The local area has just come through a major redevelopment so everything looks shiny and new. The rooms are clean and well maintained to the usual standard and it's a friendly team that run it.

The reason i pass my Plab 2 Exam back in 2019 was this hotel. What a comfortable experience i had. Reception to Rooms to toilet to view from the hotel to location of hotel with nearby good restaurants. Location of this hotel is amazing as mostly places are walking distance like gmc building, crystal maze, starbucks indian halal restaurants. Breakfast Buffet: This was the MAIN REASON TO PASS. As i had an amazing breakfast with different variety of food. Thanks to staff as they guided me about halal items like as a veg sausage. Costa coffee was included in breakfast as well. Overall totaly recommend this place and when i will visit manchester again i will stay here.

WiFi is poor. Everything else is as expected

Fresh and modern hotel in a great location with plenty of local restaurants and shopping. Parking is a 2 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are what you expect. Would stay here again.

Found a used condom under my bed. Night manager was helpful and apologetic.

Decent Premier Inn. Stayed here several times and I had a good night's sleep every time. I have had to change room a few times though as some of the rooms smell damp - possibly the shower curtain doesn't get changed enough? Either way the staff are always happy to help if there are any problems.

For almost a £100 per night you cannot get a good sleep. Very noisy second floor, you can hear people behind the wall. We stayed for 3 night and each night there was an issue. Won't come back here.

Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient check in and out. Breakfast was hot and well re stocked. Vending machine was too. Great taxi phone in reception, which saved us when Uber turned into a farce for booking... Street Taxis excellently on time. Stocked my fave sauvignon, too! Room we had overlooked the canal. Lovely. Sainsburys is opposite for any forgotten bits. A choice of pillows from soft to medium. Air con in bedroom. Iron and ironing board 👌 NCP literally 2 mins away. Felt chilled to walk about to different places like Manchester Cathedral. Defo stay here again.

Great place to stay. Only 15 min walk to the shops. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and very quiet. Reasonable price too.

had a booking with them on 18th of february cancelled straightaway from their receptionist stiil not get any refund it is been like 24 days .however in every hotels it only. took 7-10 days to get a refund
