We literally had a view watching all the people come up and down the street going to Sergeant Pepper’s and the cavern club across the street. The food was amazing. Grace gave us fabulous service and great advice on the menu items and drink items. I would highly recommend.

You need an enormous appetite to eat of the main menu. On second visit we ate off the children's menu which was just right.

I visited Etci Mehmet in Manchester a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations—the service wasn’t quite what I’d hoped for. I took the time to share my concerns with the team, and that’s when everything changed. Azad, the restaurant manager, responded to my message with genuine concern and professionalism. From his very first reply, I could tell he truly cared about making things right. He personally invited me back to the restaurant and offered a discount as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. When I returned, Azad went above and beyond to ensure this visit was unforgettable. He greeted us warmly, took the time to personally apologise again in person, and made sure we had the best possible experience from start to finish. His attention to detail and the way he made us feel welcomed was something you don’t often find—he genuinely cared. The food was absolutely amazing, and this time, so was the service. Everything was flawless. It’s clear that Azad and his team are passionate about what they do and are committed to giving their customers a great experience. What could have been just a bad memory has turned into one of the best dining experiences I’ve had, all thanks to Azad’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Etci Mehmet to others. Huge thank you again to Azad and the team—you really went the extra mile!

Great night out... had the street food set menu and it was delicious. Fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive service was also a bonus with this great meal. Highly recommended

Booked in advance to come here on Friday night 7.00 with my partner ,we where waiting at the door while the manager got tables for other people ,we where left high and dry 30 mins basically at the door and he didn’t give any thought for us even though we had booked previously ,I can only describe the experience as organised chaos ,rude obnoxious staff also we had no option but to leave as we Wernt given any attention at all giving tables to customers who hadn’t even booked previously disgusting behaviour ending up leaving you all should be ashamed of yourselves inc rude customers who couldn’t wait , also the lighting was dark and customers seamed rowdy loud wrong place for birthday celebrations load banging of pans ,it’s not a nightclub ,manager seamed more interested in filling the place full of unbookings ,do not book because the manager doesn’t take you seriously or care and has an aggressive attitude towards his customers at all would much rather give tables to anybody on the streets the restaurant was far from quiet and had the wrong sort of people dining in there 👍 1 star 🌟 poor customer service, poor attentive behaviour towards customer bookings and losing genuine customers doesn’t seam to bother them !! Wont ever be returning you where lucky I gave 1 star review 😔

Server Caleb was lovely. 2 food items sold out so had to study the menu again. Steaks quite fatty and not the hottest (2 rump ones) took half home for the dog. It’s was very cold in the restaurant. We often come for a drink but not any more due it being so cold.

Amazing food and service. Came as a family of four. Kids portions and quality are decent. Our son loved his generously sized pizza. My wife and I had the Cumberland sausage sandwich, which is the best I’d had in years. Our daughter had the chicken sandwich, also great. The sandwiches are served with salad and honey-cooked chips. Service was swift, without feeling rushed.

Excellent curry and beer canteen. All vegetarian, not that you'd notice the food tastes so good. Great range of craft ales. Always look forward to introducing friends to this place.

After waiting over an hour for our simple order of Sunday roast beef and chicken we asked the status of our order. The follow on question was what did you order? Thereafter we were told that they could serve the beef order and 30 minutes later the chicken. We are a couple so this was not what we wanted. Thereafter they offered a free dessert. Seriously after screwing up the order, does anyone want to stay longer in a ridiculous place. The funny thing was that it wasn’t even busy. Joke of a place, avoid it

Was celebrating a 50th. Staff were amazing so accomodating. Nothing was to much trouble. And for the money it was well worth it. Highly recommend

We had dinner on a Sunday at M&C Aughton, and the food was exceptional! We enjoyed all 3 courses. Our waitress Judith was so lovely, she helped us navigate the menu (one of us ate off the main menu, the other off the Sunday menu) and she was kind and attentive to our 16 month old. We can't wait to dine here again.

Lovely service and incredible food! Great options on the menu, Nduja scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly with a lovely bit of heat balanced with the feta, very good portion size
