We have visited this restaurant on a few occasions and the food is always excellent. One major issue is the extraction system in the restaurant is totally inadequate, all of the people eating in there on this occasion were coughing and nearly choking with fumes from the chilli that was being cooked, almost all of the restaurant was irritated by this, it was almost unbearable in fact one couple had to leave after complaining to the manager. The extraction system needs upgrading or fixing. This really did spoil our evening and its doubtful that we would put ourselves through that again. Real shame.

Great weekend at The Dukes Head! Exceptionally clean bedrooms. Tastefully decorated and furnished. Would highly recommend.

A delightful real ale bar with a friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and frequented by a friendly brass band. What more to a bar is there? 😀🎺

We had a stay local to this pub , but this is a real gem. We had Friday night meal absolutely excellent. Then again Sunday dinner ( roast ) , we will be back for sure . Food brilliant But the pub is one of the friendliest we've been to by far in a while. Support this pub it deserves it

Genuinely the best chinese i’ve ever had in my life. Served hot and fresh, no lamps drying out the food. Just order what you want off the menu and it’s prepared for you. Nice staff, nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed ourselves. The nicest chinese food i’ve ever eaten, so much flavour but also not too much or overpowering.

Loved it! Very chilled out, cosy with funky music and fab food. I was happy to take my 3 year old there. Food came very quick.

A must for everything Belly pork A+++ Cooked meats top quality, there fresh sandwiches are brilliant and great filled rolls or batons Hot food counter looks A+ but never had but looks popular with the amount of people waiting everyday

Had the best milk shake today and husband had a lovely coffee.

Visited here for first time and found it really nice and very friendly definitely recommend it great beers and lovely bar staff very cosy place worth a visit

Went at night had some really nice tapas dishes with a nice red wine, service was good bill was reasonable really enjoyed our 1st visit, we will definitely call again.
