It was our first time and the staff were brilliant. The food was awesome, the only thing that annoyed us was a family with a kid watching Dora the explorer on a pad that was loud , a bit ignorant that. But we will definitely go back there for food.

One of our many visits to Lowton! This time served by Lauren B who was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She took our drinks and food order swiftly. This time we ordered the limited edition 16oz sirloin on the bone. It didn't disappoint. Truly well cooked and super tasty. Side of barbacoa beef mac and cheese and we were on our way to a food coma. Yet again, great service and food from Miller & Carter Lowton. Thanks team!

Went for lunch and the steak sandwich was so good. Our server Sam was great, very pleasant and made our experience fantastic. He was very friendly and professional.

The service from the staff was amazing. Was welcomed by Sam and served by Lauren- both made sure we were happy with our visit and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Food was incredible. Would highly recommend and will be returning

What a let down! Dress code wear what you want no need to dress up. Food was ok. We had steaks with mushroom starters and half a lettuce topped with bacon. What a load of rubbish that was. Very disappointed and thought it was overpriced for what we had. Staff were really nice the barman was chatty and the server was also welcoming.

Had a very pleasant time here, we were served by the lovely Jess on a busy Sunday evening, she was very attentive and polite even though she had a large table of 17 to also deal with, even when I accidentally spilled my cocktail it was no problem and Jess quickly and discretely cleaned up the spill with no fuss and also replaced my drink for me, very kind. The food was to die for, especially the cookie pie sharing dessert, delicious! Thank you all for a lovely experience.

Ordered steak block £75 steak cold, garlic mushrooms cold butter on top not melted as again these were cold, person booking in rude, however waitress Stella fabulous

When we got there there was no record of this booking. Luckily I’d kept the text message confirming booking otherwise I think we’d have been turned away. The food quality has gone down hill since our last visit with portions being substantially smaller than we’ve ever seen before… the cocktails were ok tho.

FOOD QUALITY DROPPED HEAVILY!! I've Been Several Times And Originally It Was A Spectacular Steakhouse One Of The Best I've Ever Been To! The Food Was Superb Back Then But The Last Times I Went (which was a few month back) The Food Quality Dropped Massively, At First I Thought It Was Just A One Of Fluke !HOWEVER! The Quality Stayed The Same And Dropped In Some Areas!This Place Used To Be Amazing But Nowadays Your Lucky To Get A Mediocre Experience, Nothing Wrong With The Staff Or The Decor It's Just The Fact That The Food Now Feels Cheap And Bland, Like A Bowl Of Unseasoned Rice! DISSAPPONTED By The Food

Absolutley amazing I came in with a few friends for a catch up and some food. Not a bad word can be said about this place the staff were very attentive and answered any concerns we had about the food or drinks with a couple people having allergies. The steaks were cooked exactly how I liked it and everything was piping hot.

Service was very attentive without being obtrusive (didn’t get the name of our waitress but she was absolutely lovely). Food was right up to the usual very high standard, fantastic all around.

Went yesterday. Place was barely a quarter full. Turned us away and at 6 other people in different groups because they didn’t have enough staff to take any more customers. Shambles

Brilliant - food amazing - thanks to the chefs and servers were really outstanding - they are young people and parents/carers should be proud. Have been before and love how this company invests in young people - they are a credit to Miller and Carter.

Arrived at 5.15, for 5.30 booking! Service very very slow! Starters came eventually at 6.15! Calamari cold plate hot! Steak very tough and grissly, potatoes cold and hard! 7.44pm eventually got deserts! Worst meal and service I've ever experienced! Although waitress polite!

Beautiful food, 6 very full and happy people. My kids got to try something different. Caitlin our server was really helpful and patient explaining the different cuts of meat, sauces etc. and was very understanding of my little one and his fussy needs. Made us feel really welcome. Will be visit again

The food we ordered came in a really timely fashion considering how busy the restaurant was, very impressed. Our food was delicious, well presented and very much enjoyed. The staff member waiting on our table went above and beyond, was friendly, finding common ground with us, engaging with my little girl to make her laugh..he was just lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. The kitchen was constantly serving food, never a dull moment watching them cook lots of delicious looking food!

Had a really lovely meal, food was beautiful , cocktails were exceptional .. our waiter, kaelum (kae) was amazing, so polite, professional, very informative about the food, with the perfect balance of funny, such a lovely young man that made our evening, overall 11/10

Lovely birthday meal out. Everything was just perfect and tasted amazing. Catling our server went above and beyond, so polite and helpful.

We arrived 20 minutes early and were able to be seated before our 6pm booking. Service was fantastic and prompt. Table for 6, all different meals ordered, food was excellent and great quality. Servers were brilliant and couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend a visit. We would definitely visit a Miller & Carter restaurant again

The staff were lovely, the manager on the door accommodated us at short notice too! Sam our waiter was brilliant, very friendly and knowledgeable, dealt with a request & corrected an issue promptly. Atmosphere was quite loud as lots of bigger tables but that's to be expected, it was busy which was great to see, and the food arrived promptly. A couple of smaller details overlooked. The food was good, not quite as good as we have had at other M&C's, but we enjoyed. All in all, a nice evening & would come again.

Nice polite welcome. Server's are friendly well mannered and polite ( Alex was ours tonight ) Food was excellent. Starters and mains out in good and timely. Worth booking a table as can get busy at times. Never had a bad experience.

Visited today for a birthday meal and ordered the cote de boeuf experience, asked for medium and half the steak was still bloody. Enjoyed it as much as a could and I hate complaining so we finished our meal the best we could. Probably will not visit again service was excellent and seating was ideal with 3 small kids but our meal was over £150 and I expected a little bit more i guess

The greatest thing tonight was being served by Alishia. We had few issues with our food, and she solved it straight away. She was very kind and built a great relationship. She remembered us from the last time we were here and made the greatest surprise to my daughter. Made her feel special, and we are extremely grateful

Had a great meal here on a Sunday lunch time. Great steak, great atmosphere. Would definitely visit again. There was a set lunch menu which we felt was a fair price for the quality of food and service.

Nice place. Clean. Nice seating and comfortable. Food in dining area only, from past experience is excellent. Only issue I have, is that it isn't a place to go for just a drink. There are no light snacks etc available from the bar area. Otherwise I would recommend for dining!

We were a party of 2 and went for the Sunday 3 course option, superb starters, excellent main course, especially the steaks which were cooked to perfection finished up with fabulous sweets.

We arrived at 7pm on a Saturday evening hoping for a table, We were an hour away from home and needed to eat. We were offered a table for an hour later but was told if anything became available sooner, it was ours. We got drinks and sat down to wait, 20 mins later we had a table! Service from the start was amazing, our server Kalen (sorry if thats wrong) was very knowledgeable, charming and served with a smile. The food was delicious and wait times weren't long. We had starters, main and desserts to share. Our teens declares it was the best rack of ribs and burger they've ever had. Thank you for exceptional service 👏. We will be back with the cash tip!
