Outstanding food and service. Would definitely recommend the mixed kebab. Cooked to perfection. The staff were very welcoming and good at their jobs especially Noor, Dipesh, Arian, Kilbrom and Ali!

Could do much better if it serves alcohol. Meat is not properly cooked. For example, you don't serve kofta kebabs red in the middle, Lamb should never be served red, beef yes, lamb no.

love the energy, music, vibe of the place honestly. the food was disappointing, sirloin steak came borderline cold and unseasoned and one of the waitresses flat out ignored me when i asked to return it (which i don’t do often) so i asked another. honestly most of the waiters were amazing and had a sick vibe and most of the food was great- the food was just a bit underwhelming

It was a nice experience overall, from all the staff. They were very pleasant and informative. The portion sizes are quite big. Like the starter mezze can easily be enough for 2+ people. Although they are known for the steaks and red meat. The chicken burger was delicious. Had a nice level of heat to it too. The giant spicy meatball had no spice at all. It shouldn't have spicy in the title. It was average, it didn't really wow me with any real flavour. The chips are nice as are the rice. However considering the reputation either the food has changed or something. In my opinion a lot of the items are not made in house but bought hence they don't have that quality feel or taste. The hummus etc is very runny and lacking. The cheese in the meatball didn't seem to be the best either as it become hard within a few minutes of cutting it open. The actual meatball didn't have much to it either. To be honest, around half of the starters and mains we didn't eat as it wasn't enticing or flavourful. However this could be individual taste expectations I guess.

The dishes at this restaurant are truly stunning, with each dish reflecting the chef's dedication. The ingredients are fresh and the heat is just right, especially their signature dishes, which have a unique and memorable taste. It is worth mentioning that the service staff Dali not only had a warm attitude, but also was particularly attentive. He took the initiative to introduce us to the signature dishes on the menu and always paid attention to our needs, making the entire dining process very enjoyable. His service made us feel at home, and we sincerely like this restaurant!

Honestly can’t put into words how much I love this place! Been coming here for the past 4 years and it is perfect every time. Amazing food, wonderful ambiance and heartwarming service. A perfect 10/10 every time!

I’ve been told a lot of good things about this restaurant by people I know who’ve visited before so was looking forward to trying it myself. Unfortunately, I was left rather disappointed and didn’t enjoy my experience here at all. We had ordered steak from the menu along with sides and all of this was served to us lukewarm and went cold by the time we had started eating our meal. I had barely eaten through half of my meal as none of the food was enjoyable to consume with how cold it had become so decided not to eat anything further. I do not expect to be served food that is almost cold from a restaurant of this nature. I spoke to the manager about this and told them I am not willing to pay over £50 for a meal which neither myself or the other person I had attended with had eaten properly. The manager understood this and removed our meals from the bill which was the right thing to do. I understand this restaurant also likes to focus on the entertainment aspect for its customers with the music and dance style performances however they definitely need to have more of a focus on the standard of the food they serve as it is completely unacceptable to expect customers to pay the amount they charge when the food they serve is barely warm. I shall most definitely not be returning to this restaurant again following my experience and will look at alternative locations. It’s a shame as the layout of the restaurant itself is very nice but the food that was served to us didn’t live up to its expectations in the slightest.

Service was friendly and efficient. The platter to start was good, but would’ve expected more halloumi for £3.50 extra. Both had mixed kebab, whilst mine was tender and moist, my partners lamb was a touch overcooked & dry. Overall, very good experience, would recommend. NB alcohol free, which we didn’t realise. The mocktails were good.

Good outdoor seating. Had the pineapple and ice cream. It was really good. We also ordered Moroccan tea but they kept bringing it bitter. Usually their Moroccan tea is really good

Not great we were looking forward to it. Very dissatisfied. It’s not Turkish at all more Middle Eastern then a Turkish restaurant. Yes it is a steak house but even the easiest cooking instructions were not lived up too. The nice waiter asked us how we liked the meat. But when it came was not cooked how i asked for it. My wife’s salmon was too dry. Broccoli’s were cold. Asked without chilli’s but still came with chilli sauce. It seems like it was rushed. Music was too loud asked a notch for the volume to put down. So after a few minutes it was back on loud. Overall very disappointing. Please do take note to improve.!.!

I have been to the restaurant many times but am quite shocked at the deterioration in the service . We ordered an Istanbul steak which is supposed to be served on a hot plate with a burner beneath it - it arrived with the burner unlit and the steak cold. The servers appeared bored and uninterested and the rest of the food was average in comparison to their usual standard . Close to the end of the meal, the waitress began to clear the table before we were finished, cleaning around our half full drinks whilst we were trying to have a conversation. Bear in mind this was mid day on a Thursday so the place was near empty and there was no rush to clean. I also had a 3 month old baby sat with me and she took no care when spraying chemicals straight in front of him I asked to take the (voluntary) service charge off at the till due to the above . The server chose to question why and proceeded to input the full amount to the card machine anyway. When I corrected him and asked him again to remove it, he began berating me for questioning his service and shouting to the staff about how I removed the service charge I will not be returning again

Aryan was really professional and gave me great suggestions. He recommended the beef tacos, which were super tasty! He also asked if we had any allergens and always had a smile on his face. I really hope he gets recognized for being amazing at his job! Really wanted to tip him but he wouldn’t accept 🥲

Aryan was absolutely immaculate and throughout our time here, he served us with kindness and his energy radiated onto us on our special day. He deserves a rise because we truly felt valued and happy in this restaurant because of his care!

Went on my anniversary. Had a very good experience. Been dealt by a very good staff member called Faizal. Very professional and helped us make the right decision. Very good place and customer service is amazing.

Had a great time, the atmosphere was great and food was on point. It was definitely an experience. I was served by Amarn and Dipesh and didn’t have any complaint.

gave three, cos they dont have a service standard. Had a chance to try manch, liverpool and birmingham branches. birmingham was far better one.in liverpool branch, ordered some chicken wings and it tasted awful. burgers were ok. I got asado today, and rice was too spices. they put too many spices on fries and rice without asking. They should know spice is not everbody s taste! It can be added on later if one wants. asado had too much sauce in it, so you cant get taste of the meat.

I went with my partner spontaneously and we were generously welcomed as walk ins, the service was very attentive and we ordered and Cacik, Fillet Medallions and Sirloin with peppercorn sauce and truffle fries. All of the food was delicious, our server Ghawen was very kind and we will certainly return to try the skewers and burger! We were finally generously given Turkish teas on the house, would 100% recommend!!

Visited on Thursday 31st of October with my husband we arrived around 10.20pm. There was just the 2 of us. Restaurant was pretty empty we sat in the middle of the restaurant. From the minute we walked in the vibe was off. Restaurant was dead music was loud and annoying you could smell smoking and sheesha right in the restaurant. We called a waiter over to order drinks we saw coke etc on the menu and asked it there were alternatives as be were boycotting coke. She suggested the soda to which we asked if that was like a house machine soda etc like coke she said yet. 5 min later the drinks come it’s scheweeps soda water ? Lol it’s first plain soda water secondly it’s owned but coke the irony. Anyway we mended it to the waiter he didn’t really understand but we ended up adding some lime cordial to it. Then we came to ordering the food we ordered beef tacos for starters they arrived swiftly and were delicious. We asked the waiter for suggestions for what to order and ended up ordered a dallas steak with garlic and herb butter and side of chips and the giant meatball special. The food came around 15 minutes the meatball first then the steak and then a few minutes later the chips with the steak. The steak was alittle tough and did have a layer of fat not the most enjoyable but still was ok. However the giant meatball was burnt I ate around a quarter but kept biting in to was tastes like a burnt fast and hard sides I did not enjoy it one bit. We did a tell the waiter this he said this is how it is because they cook it on one side more due and it’s ment to be like this I said I can taste hard burnt bit. But it was left at that he said sorry and cleared the table we ordered the baklava and ice cream this was a further let down it was dry and didn’t taste fresh. We once again told the waiter he said he had had the dessert a day before and it was perfect, however we said it was not today infact it tasted stale. Nevertheless we asked for the bill and it came to around £110. We paid and left and will not be returning. From the food to the ambiance to the service it was all underwhelming. Having dined at etc mehmet in Liverpool and Leeds and this one in Manchester by far this was the worst experience we will not be returning. We felt insignificant and ignored, the service charge it pathetic because the waiters literally have to be flagged down for everything. Not once did someone come ask how the meal was or if we needed anything
