The issues we encountered ranged from food safety concerns to poor service quality, making it impossible to recommend this establishment. Food Quality and Safety: Our chicken tikka we ordered was problematic. The naan bread was excessively soggy due to an overabundance of yogurt sauce, meaning it was just inedible. My partner then fell severely ill with diarrhoea 5 minutes after eating the meal, raising serious questions about food safety practices. Hygiene Concerns: While waiting for our order, my partner observed deeply concerning kitchen practices. Staff members were using the same utensils to handle both chicken and burgers, a clear violation of basic food safety protocols. This cross-contamination risk is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. The staff are also extremely rude, and this place has a history of poor customer service is equally troubling. They are known to previously have been extremely ride and abusive towards a wheelchair user and due to illegally denying her access, and actually having received a visit from the police as a direct result of this staff misconduct. This staff rudeness and unpleasantness, as reported here also by other reviewers, paint a picture of a consistently problematic environment. Given the combination of food safety issues, hygiene violations, and a track record of unacceptable staff behaviour, I recommend potential customers to avoid this takeaway. i get the chicken wings and pizza they taste amazing 100% a perfect meal for any events staff are very nice to me

Terrible place. They do not read the order notes. I have no idea what I received, but this was an undercooked , heavy pizza dough with miniscule toppings. Stick to generic franchises.

Very very small kebab! Not bad quality but wouldn’t order again as for £8 kebabs are very unnaturally SMALL. I ordered on naan for an extra £1 and was disappointed with how SMALL the kebab was. I was hungry after as was so small.

Ordered a pizza from here approx 18.30 on a Friday night. Very surprised at how quickly it came! Steaming hot and fresh, literally just out of the oven. Really happy with the pizza. Dough tasted fresh, fresh ingredients. Stuffed crust was excellent. One of the best pizza takeaways in the area! I also ordered a small chips, likewise with the pizza they were hot, fresh, perfectly salted and delicious.

Everything I've ever ordered from here, either through in person or takeaway has been amazing! Whenever I want a kebab this is my and my husband's go to place. Fresh and delicious! Sauce is perfect! Their calzones and hamburger meal deals, chips and cheesy chips are also amazing too! This place is pretty much my no fail place to go and a total gem. Service in person is also great, very clean establishment and kind employees. Will always be back 👍

Good pizza apart from the poor quality pepperoni, which was tasteless, spongy textured and a rather strange pink colour...that was a shame and really let it down.

Today we ordered Pizza and taste was very good. They also have free delivery. Ordered chicken tikka with naan. Taste good less spice. Not like Indian chicken tikka. But taste good. Cash and card payment accepted. Shop open in the evening only. Parking spaces are available.

Horrific service. Shouted at for asking to clarify the price when the alien looking weirdo serving me had said five different prices in 10 seconds. Shouted at me when I asked what the price was, then shouted at me again when leaving with the food. Used to go there every week but will never go again. I have been going to Continental for many years. Over the years the management have changed several times. The current management are amazing. The customer service is amazing. This is the only place I know that offers thin base pizza's! They are phenomenal! I will always order my Pizza from here. Thank you guys.

I have been a regular customer of this place for a long time.I ordered the food for delivery, I never order anything for collection as I don’t have transport. I rang them to explain and was assured that I could have my food delivered. When it didn’t arrive I rang again and was told that they would not deliver as I didn’t pay enough. They were very rude and said that it was my fault. It now says that I have collected my food!Obviously I haven’t . I will not use this takeaway anymore!!

It arrived 10 minutes early and it wasn’t there has we ordered in the way home! Food was estimated time was 19.20 to 19.40pm They arrived 19.05! I arrived home 19.10! I rang them at 20.00pm asking how long it was going be he said driver been waited 15 minutes!!! If you want your food you need to collect it or pay £5 on delivery! I had, had a drink so couldn’t pick it up, which was very annoying when I was in before estimated time and had to pay ANOTHER £5 😡

Half of our order never made it to our house, ironically everything for the kids (more than half the cost of the takeaway. They didn’t want the food I had ordered and the driver and restaurant then started arguing on my phone as I had rung them to find out what was going on. Driver blaming the restaurant and vice versa. Shouting at the driver to come back to the store and view the CCTV as they had proof they’d given him the food. I asked him to deal with that later and to resend food so my kids could eat. We’d been in A&E since 4am this morning and we were all just hungry and tired. The restaurant point blank refused and hung the phone up on me. Speaking in another language to colleagues and speaking over me the entire phone call. Absolutely disgusting, narcissistic individuals that will happily leave you hungry. Never ever again!

Standard takeaway food, pizzas, kebabs etc. but generally very good all round decent selection and prices too, seems clean enough with an open kitchen area.

Staff is so arrogant, they called me by tapping the cool drink bottle on the table, once i told them you might have intimated / or trying to know me about my forgotten coo drink, they started arguing aggressively claiming they don't feel anything wrong calling me in that way, and world got so many other problems 🤔🤧, they treat customers like slave, not sure whats their mentality while preparing food for guest.

I asked a question about the menu and the person in the front of house replied me in a very rude way, also speaking in a different language with the front of house. After that he charged me a burger at the same price of the menu. If you want to eat is better you go somewhere else.

usually great, well presented food disappointed today. order was punctual. food was sloppy. burger was not put together well. the salad was all on one side. the sauce was in the burger box not on the burger. the cheese was melted on the other side of the burger. maybe the little owner who has owned the shop for over 10-15 years was not present today. when he is there the food is good. when he is not there, the food is really badly presented, no care, just really bad. really disappointing for local legends who are well known in withington.

I also never received my chips but other that I love this place food is great

Used to be ace, a good, honest kebab joint well run for decades - went in recently and it's absolutely filthy. Broken seats, floor is black with dirt. Not a chance I will be eating there it looks like something from the backstreets of Marrakech.
